Fantastic experience: Great first time gym experience! Joined on a good joining deal and was welcomed to the gym fantastically. Tristan the gym manager was great for our first session by giving us motivation and workouts to do so we were comfortable, he still gives pointers and has conversations with everyone in the gym. At peak times it does get quite busy with the amount of people and the available machines but it's understandable with the size of the gym. Overall good gym experience

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Has all the equipment you need. Broken machines get fixed within days and the manager (Tristan) is always helping anyone who needs it.

Fantastic experience: Great small gym here since 2017 saw the upgrade made it more spacious and they got new equipment. Tristan club manager is the best Manager they have hired helps and guides me on daily basis which is a treat to get technique correct. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: What can I say! It took me years to have the courage to get back into the gym. I bit the bullet & gave Jetts Berwick a go as it’s very close to home & a solid location. I went with a friend of mine (whom is a member) and was greeted by Tristan the manager at the front. Tristan and his team create a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel comfortable and motivated during workouts. Best of all he is knowledgeable, always willing to offer advice and assistance when needed. The gym is well-maintained and clean, with a good range of equipment that is suitable for a range of fitness enthusiasts. Been a fun journey so far & looking forward to what’s to come! JK

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Took me many years to get into going consistently to the gym and without Tristan I wouldn't have done it! So much awesome helpful advice on getting into weightlifting and now I can't find myself trying to stay out of the gym! Super helpful staff and trainers always willing to offer a helping hand if needed, great equipment and people have great gym etiquette! 10/10 recommend. And a big thank you to Tristan, perfect example of everything you'd expect and want from a gym manager/PT.

Fantastic experience: Had been a member here since they started here. Gym had renovated or reorganised a couple of times but still as good as it looks. Many managers come and go and they are all friendly and helpful. Our current manager Tristan is great. If you need help or advice, just speak to him. If he is not in, send him a text and you would definitely get a response. The gym equipments are well maintained and there’s something for everyone. Free weights, stations, cardio machines, stretching mats, etc. need a PT, recommendation for one, speak to Tristan. Overall, great gym to work out. Most non peak times you might get the whole gym to yourself. However during peak hours, you would still get to use most equipments, most gym members here are friendly and accommodating. If you have problems with stairs, facing hungry jacks Jetts has a lift!

Positive experience: Took membership for few weeks as I was out of action. Small gym and also realised that patrons using the gym does not carry a towel or have a habit of cleaning the equipment.

Positive experience: Very cosy gym studio. I am a regular member. Cost around $10 a week when you pay 12months upfront but they have cramped the equipment. It's not safe to move weights especially when you to add weight for leg press, there is no space to walk between the equipment. Unscientific thinking. Please reorganize the equipments

Negative experience: Went to re-join and after leaving numerous messages and not having phone calls returned I went in to join up and was told that I’m not entitled to the deal it’s only available for New members. I haven’t been a member here for over 12 months. That is neither fair nor equitable. The guy was also rude. I will join a different gym.
