Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness Thornleigh is an amazing gym, there’s a wide range of equipment and machines and is always very clean. The people are very friendly and the staff are super sweet, welcoming and helpful. Definitely the best gym in the area and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Recently renovated. Wide range of equipment to please all gym goers, from machines to free weights. Lots of natural light as well, which adds to the sense of spaciousness. Management ensures that the gym maintains a friendly atmosphere for all. Been my go to for years.

The space isn’t too large, which I actually prefer—it feels more personal and less crowded. One of the best features is the abundance of natural light, which makes working out a lot more enjoyable. The staff is another highlight, especially Chris the manager. He’s always around, ready to help out and show you how to use the machines properly. His guidance has made a big difference in my workouts. Overall, this gym has a great atmosphere, thanks to the combination of its modern design and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-equipped and welcoming place to work out.

Fantastic experience: As a local resident who has been a member at many local gyms I can honestly say that Plus Fitness Thornleigh is the best overall gym in the area and the reason I have been a member there for the last 2 years. The gym is great value for money and the recent renovations have taken the gym to the next level. Great equipment, super clean, easy parking and the facility manager Chris goes above and beyond to provide his members quality service.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Ive been a member there for about a year and a half, and I cant recommend it enough! With the new renovations, the feel and facilities of the gym are great, I really enjoy spending time there. The management staff are also fantastic! Its not a huge gym, which is nice as you feel alot more comfortable in the space they have!

Negative experience: I’m on the fitness passport so this isn’t my home gym. Equipment is dated, benches are on the way out, rowers are ok, could definitely do with some updated equipment! One of the bathrooms didn’t have a tap and the mats for stretching smelt like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Will be traveling further to find another gym on the fitness passport rather than using this one. Edit - Sorry - should have added that I've dropped in a couple of times since I've had the FP and a swipe card for plus fitness, so my review is based on at least 3 visits. The owner inferred that it was rude to post a negative review on Christmas day and has politely invited me to use another gym in the future and also mentioned that the tap broke on the 24th and will be fixed on the 27th - Maybe I should have have waited until today to press submit but it still wouldn't have changed my experience.

Positive experience: It's a budget friendly gym. Convenient, has basic amenities. I wish they would clean it more often and make sure there is an ample supply of disinfectant wipes for the machines. It's usually quiet when I go which I like.

Negative experience: cancelled membership due to covid Gym waited months to ask for an exit payment they made two calls but never sent an invoice for payment as requested. Then engage debt collection services Unprofessional company don’t even know how to send an invoice

Fantastic experience: I love going here. The place is close to home, always sparkling clean and parking is always available. I love all the equipment they have too, there are lots of options to tailor my workout.
