Fantastic experience: Love this gym heaps friendly staff awesome personal trainers. You would be crazy to pass up this gym.

Negative experience: I joined Anytime Fitness but canceled after 45 minutes because I changed my mind. The staff told me that the digital membership key would take two hours to activate, and I never received a physical membership key. Even though I canceled almost immediately, I was still charged $64.95, and they’re couldn’t stop the charge. What made it worse is that they didn’t offer me a refund or even a reduced fee, which felt unfair given how quickly I canceled. The gym itself is very small, and it’s hard to get in a proper workout, especially during busy hours. If you’re used to larger gyms, this place might feel cramped. Overall, the experience left me disappointed.

Negative experience: Had been a member with anytime for over 6 years, randomly Jesse sent me an email saying that he is putting my membership up in a month an extra $10 more than what it already was, i asked him to put a hold on the price increase as i was in the middle on transitioning to another anytime fitness club that said they were happy to keep my original membership price as it was because i was one of the original members, but he said no and put it up anyway which can’t be undone.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very welcoming and the facilities are excellent. First time back in the gym for over 20 years and I already feel like I belong.

Positive experience: This is a great gym. It recently had a renovation so the place is fresh and tidy. The atmosphere is great and it has great staff and members, come and join the fun . A few little improvements would turn it into a five star experience. A few things are a bit worn. For instance the foot straps on the rowers won't stay tight when rowing. The biceps curl machine has some excess glue around the handles which tends to get on your hands. A few of the padded areas on a couple of the machines are cracked. These are minor issues and if I could have scored 4.5 I would have and with the minor issues above fixed it will be worth a 5...

Fantastic experience: The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. You can tell all staff take so much pride in the new refurbishment too!

Fantastic experience: Just want to say thank you for creating such a safe and inviting environment. This is my first time back in the gym in about 10 years. I’m 5 months post baby and 18 months post gastric sleeve surgery and I just LOVE coming!! Everyone is really friendly and helpful, the club itself is massively well equipped with enough space for everyone to do their own thing and with sparkling amenities! They even put out deodorant, hair straighteners and perfume for clients to use! I’m already feeling like a ‘regular’ and have seen familiar faces everytime I go to train. This particular Anytime fitness isn’t even the closest one to my house but I refuse to go anywhere else now because of how great everything is there and how at home I feel!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff, Great layout, Upgrade to all new machines and band new layout coming. 10/10 can’t wait for the new look. I highly recommend you come down and check them out

Fantastic experience: This is one of the larger Anytime Fitness gyms. Facilities are clean and the gym never smells like cheese and desperation (I’m looking at you Brisbane CBD). The Croydon crowd are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is always comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Loving it so far and I'm in it for the long haul. As a personal trainer who works for himself, it's very important to have a place that I can go to away from work, home and home office. Anytime Fitness Croydon provides that little place of solitude where I can focus on my health and fitness. Love the fact that I can also access multiple gyms as I am on the road as a mobile PT as well.

Fantastic experience: Jesse is a wonderful employee who is friendly, warm, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Jesse knows my name as well as many, if not all the regular visitors to the gym, and people are greeted as they walk in and leave whenever possible. Having an employee check in with me from time to time makes me feel included and special, which is how every gym should be, as they can be intimating and scary at times. It’s extremely refreshing to be a part of a gym that does not have an obnoxious or arrogant vibe, somewhere that I actually want to be, and I believe this is due to the employees that are working.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Anytime Fitness on and off over the course of many years. Out of most of the gyms I've used, Croydon has been one of the best, the Staff have been great and the equipment has always been well maintained. I thoroughly recommend trying them out if you're looking to join a gym.

Positive experience: I love this place, but will not venture there again at 3am in the morning. The bathroom is clearly haunted - I saw the face of an old man with a grey beard looking at me quizzically was very unnerving. Still, I love this place and will be back to to my gym routine during daylight hours!

Fantastic experience: Working shift work made it difficulty to attend standard classes. Since joining Anytime Fitness I have been able to move my workouts to time that suits me. The owner and staff are approachable when on site. I have also used the Gold Coast gym when on holidays and the flexibility to train at any time fitted in well with my activities every day. Very happy. Off to the gym now.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Anytime Fitness Croydon for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's always clean, tidy and the equipment is well maintained. Jesse and Tom are friendly and professional and the personal trainers are fantastic too. I can highly recommend Kris. The members are respectful and I always feel comfortable coming here, no matter the time of day. Harpo the cavoodle is also a lovely addition to the team!

Negative experience: I have been trying to cancel my account since the 16/08/21. They just only pause my payment for a month and then restart it despite many emails and phone calls to stop the account. Loved they gym while I was using it but as a frontline heathcare worker who cares for covid positive patients on a daily I don't think a shared excersise equipment is a good choice.

Fantastic experience: I've been a long time member of Anytime Fitness and have been to many different branches. I don't often go to Anytime Fitness Croydon since it's a bit far for me and not my home gym but it is one of the cleanest and most well maintained branches - no worn out/damaged equipment, missing weights or holes in walls (Those clubs will remain unnamed ). Croydon AF is a reasonably large gym with decent amount of floor space, enough machines and squat racks. They also have the Evolt machine that does body comp analysis - really great for those wanting to get a baseline or look to understand what they can improve (Ie. Body fat VS lean mass analysis) - they are one of the very few AF branches that have it this side of town. Thomas, the branch manager, is very friendly and approachable. Really lovely guy. Plus Harpo the fluffy club mascot is ultra cute - More reason to come into the gym!

Also great toiletries and accessories provided such as deodorant, hair straighteners, dryers, cotton buds and cotton wool. Bathrooms are kept clean as well! Lots of different areas to do warm downs as well!!

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the BEST gym around!! Some may say I'm bias, however come on down and see for yourselves. All staff at Anytime Croydon will offer you incredible guidance and you'll soon discover that it's a fun place to hang out. The warm, friendly environment created by both staff and members sets us apart from the rest. Love every minute.

Fantastic experience: ive got a membership here as it's 2 minutes walk from my place. 24/7 access which is great. Staff are always friendly. The club manager is approachable and willing to listen. Does have iPod thing on the wall to choose music. Does have shower access as well which is pretty handy.
