Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, PT sessions for my daughter with Hiep Ho -very knowledgeable and helpful with her athletics training and her program you created helps a lot. In comparison to another Snap Fitness Gym in South Auckland that we attended-Munno Para equipment’s are spaced out, up to safety standards, clean and people using the gym are respectful and encouraging. The important thing is the feeling of being safe and not being judged. Much appreciated

Negative experience: Noo lock in contract no cancellation fee, but they will continue billing after you cancel very disappointed , I informed them before 14 days no one take my call I tried to call a’lot of time and leave a sticky paper note for cancellation I don’t recommend sorry

Negative experience: No one showed up to my scheduled appointment to look around the gym, sign up and have a free work out. Wasted my time in the cold, calling the manager and pressing the buzzer to no avail. I made up my mind not to join then and there however it didn't stop the spam calls asking to "discuss my goals". I'll discuss them with a gym that doesn't waste my time.

Fantastic experience: Mac is an absoulte legend!!! made me feel so welcomed and made sure i knew how everything works and gave me help if i didnt. love the vibes of the gym and felt so so comfortable with the environment and all the people in there :)

Steve has gone above and beyond this month with me and my mates going through some mental health issues no amount of money is important its the people here that make it a great gym

Negative experience: “No lock in contract” but will continue billing after you cancel membership and try to send to external debt collectors for 3x the amount you were told was owing. Fees don’t add up Horrible gym wish I never signed up, especially now derrimuts is right around the corner with better facilities

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this Snap Fitness since July 2022, and my goodness! With the new management and the gyms facelift, it is absolutely amazing!!! I used to spend half my workout cleaning up after the previous manager and other gym goers, and now I can do my workout without worrying about missing equipment and broken equipment. Good job team you have completely transformed this place and I couldn't be happier to be attending the gym again!

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness back in April and have found it to be one of the best gyms I've been a member of. The overall atmosphere, the staff and and the other members have created a welcoming and safe environment to train and a great vibe. As a woman, it can be hard to find a gym that you do feel comfortable in, so this has been a very positive experience for me. The classes offered are good and the instructors are really lovely Although it's a smaller gym, the range of equipment is good, even more so with the upcoming revamp

Negative experience: Came for an appt to view gym, no one even showed up for my appt, tried to call and pressed the intercom several times, no answer. I was 10 mins early for appt and waited around 10 mins after. Horrible first impression, clearly didn't want a new client. Very disappointed seeing all the other Google reviews were so positive. I won't be recommending joining to anyone else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff, took their time to get to know you. Always called me by name when arriving or leaving. Facilities were always clean and faulty equipment was quickly repaired. Only let down is the staffs ability to answer the phone and respond to messages.

I know if I went to a gym and staff did not have the people skills and amazing communication skills to match that you have Stephen Roberts I would be looking for another gym. Plenty of them around and it’s the people in the gym that make you want to keep coming back. I have been training with Markas Pridham for about 8–10 weeks and no words I can say would give him the recognition he deserves. He is an amazing trainer, great bloke and his knowledge he passes along is incredible. I can’t thank him enough he has this old man’s body tuned and working like a machine. Absolute legend Markas Thanks for everything you have done and I can’t wait to continue this amazing journey ahead. Many thanks Brett Carson

Positive experience: Friendly staff and customers. Needs some work and cleaning with mould on the shower bathroom walls and ceiling (I don't think the extraction fans are working) Same with main areas.

Negative experience: From the moment I joined at snap munno para I regretted it. I had just gained the confidence to join in the group classes and the instructor I was comfortable with, left the company. There is has been multiple issue with the creche, group instructors constantly not being able to attend and I have had multiple issue with my account, I attended around 4+ times to re add my card for direct debit, only to have to pay all the arrears I was behind. I also joined in September but am STILL being charged fees even though my contract was only supposed to be extended until mid October due to lockdown, I have tried to contact about this issue but can never seem to get through, even contacted on Facebook where they said they would call the next day and never did. I don’t like giving poor reviews but this place definitely needs some improvements!!

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go if you are worried about joining a gym for any reason. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are supportive, friendly and the whole place is built off of positive vibes. Being someone who used to be 210kgs, I was very embarrassed to join a gym. While I didn't loose the weight at the gym, I still has the shame of my body. Everything has been completely erased by going here. There is no other gym that I will ever go to. This is the best! Get on it, you will love it

Temperature control could be a bit better -it is often a little warm I find and when you are planning to get hot and sweaty anyways, it's not always nice to start out warm. But staff are friendly and super helpful and the equipment is great, although can be a bit limited in availability, but that is just a sign of the times! Go away COVID19.

Negative experience: I moved from queensland from a wonderful snap gym, to this snap as it was now the closest. Unfortunatly this gym has alot of small things wrong to the point where every session left me frustrated and unable to get single workout I was satisfied with. I ended up cancelling my snap membership because of this.

Best environment filled with positivity, really friendly/happy staff as well as a overall clean gym. The staff and Personal Trainers are always happy to help you out if you dont know how to use the equipment or are just needing help with something. The classes are fun, challenging and overall so enjoyable with the best instructors/trainers being super encouraging and motivating you throughout the whole class. Fantastic experience: Where to begin? Snap Fitness Munno Para has to be the best gym in the North! The lay out of the facility is very functional with a great array of equipment. The gym is to the highest standard when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness, all machines, equipment and amenities are in the best state. NOW where this club stands out from the rest, the staff and the members. Once you begin with Snap you are not just another number, you become a part of the snap family. There is endless support with the amazing staff who are all approachable, knowledgeable, professional and good to have a laugh with. The members are the foundation of this club, the way everyone motivates and supports each other is next level and everyone is friendly and will take the time to have a chat and help out. I couldn't recommend Snap Munno Para enough!!!

Negative experience: Snap fitness Munno Para, welcome to the Hotel California “you can check out any time you like but you can never leave” I understand they may have been a little disappointed when back in May this year I finally cancelled my membership having joined up 18 months previously and attended probably 5 occasions. After all I was their “ideal” client. Pay your fees and not attend. Silly me I know. But silliness only goes so far and when I noticed my bank account still being drained like free Gatorade two months later. I donned the runners to reception only to find nobody there that could actually open a computer. 2 attempts later success I had landed the manager, at last we can put an end to this. Oh how wrong I was! It seems when putting their tentacles into your bank account things are as efficient as Usain Bolt at 100 meter Olympic final but it’s like negotiating A Brexit deal to get out. Seems they have no record of my May cancellation. Then after filling out another form she cheerily informs me she will only take one more payment in a fortnight as I need to give two weeks notice. I reminded her I had cancelled 2 MONTHS prior to which her Highness smirks “we have no record so bad luck it will be coming out” Don’t get fooled folks the promise of complimentary PT sessions that are as hard to arrange as a cancellation. If you live close don’t mind cuing for a machine or enjoy 3 am work outs and need no support or assistance Hotel California is for you. If you want 24 hr staffed with more and newer equipment there are other options within 5 mins at half the membership fee.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the staff are really friendly and the equipment is kept in good condition ontop of being good quality, which makes for a pleasant workout experience. Well laid out and so far the other customers seem friendly and dont drop weights, dont take up machines while sitting on phones etc, which is always annoying to experience so another reason for 5 stars here!

Positive experience: Nice small place. Lots of equiptment. Evening group classes but this could be better organized along with the times and amount.

Fantastic experience: Clean areas,brand new and plenty of equipment. The gym is just over a year old. Limited parking, during class times it can get very busy (6-8pm)
