Fantastic experience: I have been training here since they opened their doors and from the get go I have been obsessed! The only gym where I have felt so welcomed and supported and genuinely have fun each and every time! Every workout is different and keeps you on your toes… the coaches are all so motivating truly care about you and reaching your goals. You’ll never regret giving F45 a go!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended F45 Baldivis, the trainers are awesome & everyone is so friendly. I’m normally a bit intimidated by gyms, but felt comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door on my first day. Its so great to train in an environment where all shapes, sizes and fitness abilities feel welcomed & supported.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since it opened and was at Rockingham before that. Each day is a different workout, some days are cardio, some weights and some a mix, always a good vibe, the coaches are helpful and give options and adjustments for injuries and capabilities. Very friendly and fun.

Fantastic experience: Awesome coaches, great locals, get amongst it!. Thoroughly enjoy the classes all type of people with different fitness levels. You don’t have that awkward feeling of not knowing what your doing. Coaches help you out a lot and correct you when your not quite sure.

Fantastic experience: F45 Baldivis and the team of coaches are awesome! I started with them this year and it’s been great. There is always fresh new exercises,a helpful happy trainer there to assist - best exercise I’ve done to date thanks heaps! Fantastic experience: Glad I made the choice to join F45 Baldivis while here for a while. The atmosphere at F45 Baldivis is electric and the trainers are so motivating, supportive, respectful and just lovely. I’ll be back If I’m down here again, I’ll be back in January 2023 again next. Just an awesome vibe created by a friendly and welcoming community. Thank you guys !!!! I highly recommend F45 Baldivis. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I passionately hate gyms and fitness classes and haven't stepped foot in one for 3yrs. Peer pressure led me here, I still hate working out but feel fantastic afterwards. The staff are great, funny and super supportive, the music and constant circuit keeps it light hearted and engaging. 3wks here this week, yes I will keep coming for my stupid mental health and to help my ability to go snowboarding next month.

Fantastic experience: It's perfect for someone who likes to workout in a group setting if you have a problem with your form the trainers will come to assist you.

Fantastic experience: F45 Baldivis is not just a gym/gym class, it is an amazing community of other like minded people. Everyone is so welcoming and help you when you need encouragement. F45 Baldivis makes you feel comfortable in ways that other gym’s don't. I have been training here for 3 years now done multiple challenges. And loved doing everyone why?? Because the trainers are so supportive and go above and beyond to help you achieve any fitness goal you may have. I love that the trainers get to know you and they know when it is time to push you in all the right ways. They let you go at your own pace, and modify and exercise that you may not be able to do. Being here has made me want to become a pt/fitness coach. If you want a gym that is all about their clients and the community then F45 Baldivis is definitely for you. Get down and try a class you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Vicky was my trainer at my trial this week and Ioved the session and the concept. I couldn’t believe the session was finished so quickly. I hadn’t looked at the time once. My body feels very evenly worked today. Highly recommend giving it a try

Fantastic experience: The real reason I am giving 5 stars is for the coaches. Even after leaving F45 the coaches have kept in touch and are still encouraging and pushing me to the best of my ability . It is the most comfortable and encouraging environment and I miss the team more and more everyday . Definitely something I would recommend to any and EVERYONE !!! Regardless of your fitness levels F45 baldivis is definitely a place to grow, improve and be supported along the way ❤️

Fantastic experience: Everyday is different, everyday is a challenge and the results are sustainable. Very friendly group with all levels of fitness. The team have helped an over weight middle aged man with half his knee removed (limiting certain exercises) lose a great amount of weight and start to tone for the first time in many years.
Fantastic experience: It was a struggle to sign up, but once the right person contacted me, it was all sorted within minutes. Had my first session and loved it. Great setup and love that every single muscle in my body has worked. Sure going to feel it tomorrow!! Way better than a normal gym setup.

Fantastic experience: Have never been a fan of the gym as I found it to be mundane. At F45, every class and day is different which appeals to my short attention span . 8 weeks in and still feel like every class is new. The instructors and trainers are really supportive and encouraging. Also seeing all the change in other people on their journey is really motivating.
