Fantastic experience: This gym is huge with a lots of equipment and so clean. No matter your fitness goals , you will find everything you need! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I am not going to delete this review, i have cancelled my membership in august and your 3rd party e collect is emailed me number of times for the outstanding payment i am uploading the screenshots of the cancellation form with date.

Negative experience: Poor maintenance and customer service

Negative experience: Equipped well .but seems staff don't care to actually enforce much plates always left scattered all over gym on a daily basis,on demand hasn't worked for as long as I've been coming.takes weeks too fix equipment. See several people workout with such bad form can only see as a matter of time until someone makes a injury claim again staff don't do nothing...maybe if they ever left the office they would know?

Fantastic experience: Great well equipped gym with all the equipment you need. One of the largest Plus Fitness gyms I've been too. Lovely staff too!

Negative experience: "They are still charging me even after I canceled my membership and sent the cancellation form multiple times."

Negative experience: I cancelled the membership by email and over the phone. I am not able to come in and complete a form to cancel. I cancelled the direct debit with my bank because I knew you would do this. Cancel my membership already!! Since I signed up, I never once went back. A few weeks of paying for nothing is enough, no?

Positive experience: It’s a nice gym, with a good vibe, the equipment is a bit old but works well. They could benefit from a hip thrust machine and stair climber machines. The staff are very lovely. They have good vending machines where your drinks are made fresh.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of machines and equipment. Staff and management are quick to help out and sort any problems.

Positive experience: Probably one of the best Fitness Plus Franchise I have had the pleasure of training in, and this includes Plus Fitness Kellyville. Pros: Single level so all the equipment on one floor. Saves you repeatedly going up and down stairs to do circuits when equipment is separated by two floors as in most Plus Fitness. Very clean, equipment in good working order. Multiple cardio equipment, treadmills are the best I’ve seen in any Plus Fitness, spacious and multiple change rooms, toilets and showers. No weights missing as far as I could tell, plenty of drawers to stash your gear or a backpack while you train. Cons: Dated exercise bikes, with the typical Sports Arts Fitness brand that you find at most Plus fitness without TV or Bluetooth connectivity to connect a wireless headphone for example. Location is a bit unfortunate as it shares a complex with two mega child birthday/play centres, JB Hi Fi, The Good Guys several bedding and specialty stores, cafes, restaurants a Medical centre and chemist, so parking is diabolical on a weekend! Also a bit far from where I live and work, otherwise I would come here every evening!

Negative experience: You will find insects inside the gym which is disgusting. Recently they have been cleaning it better so the insects have disappeared. The lady that comes for cleaning actually cleans every corner she's pretty good.

Negative experience: Lady that works as a receptionist there is very rude, unhelpful, short with her information and unprofessional. Why would you keep someone with that kind of attitude as the front of your business! i believe i saw other complaints about her. She obviously cares much more about the computer in front of her rather than customers, not to mention the lack of care about cleaniness and providing wipes for the machines and no one uses towels at all. With all of that in mind, they also have rules about crop tops and a couple of other things that aren't allowed, definitely don't recommend as i am going back to my old gym.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym with a lot of newer equipment. I know a lot of reviews say it but there's a certain smell I don't really like. It's not usually too busy and the people there usually distance from others due to covid so that's pretty nice

Positive experience: Still a very good gym and plenty of space for social distancing, not too crowded. However there are signs that say "No towel, No train" but people still not following the rules. There was a hygene marshall there i think and not advising gym members to use towels when using equipment especially on the benches.

Negative experience: Pros: has a good range of equipment, people here are friendly, stairs before gym Cons: almost no one uses a towel, equipment is not wiped down, gym cleaning wipes don’t exist (the holders are there but have dust on top of them), 3 spray bottles of “multi purpose cleaner” scattered around gym. You’d think people would be more self conscious during this time. It only takes one case and this place would be f*****

Negative experience: Really stink on the mat. Weight plates are everywhere. Many people just left heavy weight plates hang on the rack. So annoying all the time.

Negative experience: Been to a few different locations and the smell here was by far the worst ive encountered. Pretty run down few machines are broken generally just needs a good clean Evrything is sticky to touch . This leval of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, used to use the Plus Fitness in Blacktown but this place is many time better. All the equipment feels very well but together and most of it is still very new. The gym itself is always very well kept, majority of the members are super nice and friendly, the staff are great and it's in an awesome spot. Due to the size it never feels like the gym is packed, which is a huge plus for me as I always used to hate waiting for machines Been a member here for a long time and I would be hard pressed to work out anywhere else

Negative experience: Great size gym, good equipment, great location however, ALWAYS messy, plates never returned, dirty floors, doesn't look like they have ever been mopped or even swept! There are no hand sanitizer pumps anywhere to clean our hands after sharing gym equipment with everyone. Please look into fixing these minor issues to make the gym, cleaner and more inviting!
