F45 Training Morisset

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical to begin with. I have found gyms very intimidating and overwhelming. Going to F45 Morisset for the very first time was a completely different experience. All the trainers were very welcoming, encouraging and supportive. It's challenging at times, a lot of fun and just a great place to be. Thank you F45 Morisset.

Fantastic experience: f45 has been so welcoming and encouraging. Even within a class , i feel i get the individual time in correcting techniques. Love that I can take my child with me to get my session in.

Fantastic experience: Give yourself two weeks to try it then make a decision from there. You notice the difference in the 2 weeks. Feel stronger, fitter, sleep better, decision making is much clearer. Beneficial for business owners who need to reset and take a breather.

Fantastic experience: F45 has shown me a new lifestyle, the drive to push myself and break through new goals every class. Every trainer has been so patient with me and I appreciate the time they take to show you how to do your sets properly, and even with a busy class they still take the time to come check how we are all doing. The gym stigma scared me with the big groups, and seeing super fit people in the class made me nervous but then those super fit people aren’t scary they are motivating machines and i find myself pushing harder watching other people no matter what level, and i remind myself they started where i am and now look where they are and i can not wait to be there and have someone watching me for motivation. I Cant recommend our gym enough, i am absolutely loving it here. Come chase the burn with is at f45, you wont regret it ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love F45 Morisset! I was pretty new to fitness when I joined and the coaches have been great about guiding me and making it fun. The whole team is wonderful. A few weeks in and I’m feeling the difference and always excited to go! Such a great option for people with varied fitness levels, always have the option to go lighter/heavier on the weights or modify the exercise. Really friendly environment, definitely recommend.
