Negative experience: Sent me to debt collectors after giving me no way to pay the bill. Said they called but I don’t answer unknown numbers and they left no voicemails. Totally unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a couple months now, honestly the best gym I've ever gone to, the atmosphere and workers here are absolutely amazing!!!

She brings such a positive and motivational feel to the sessions - always ensures you are comfortable but encourages you to overcome goals with every session. Thanks Rinea !

Fantastic experience: Snap Yamanto is a fantastic gym. It has a great range of equipment and is always well maintained. They have an unstaffed kids area so you can see the kids see from all over the gym and there is no time limit or time brackets which makes for a stress free training session. Jessie the manager is so kind and lovely and will assist if needed, definitely my go to place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Awesome amazingly tolerant staff as I am quite vocal when doing leg presses, lol. They also have an impressive assortment of equipment including all three positions of free weight bench press (incline, flat and decline) . There is also plenty of room to cut laps in between sets and the facilities are always immaculately tidy. Best gym in south east QLD! Love ❤️ Snap Fitness Yamanto

Jas the club manager is so friendly and inclusive I’ve never felt more confident and safe in a gym environment . With snap memberships you can go to any snap fitness but I refuse to go to any others because they don’t have jas. If she was to leave I’d follow

What makes the club amazing is the consistent friendly smile of the Club Manager Jas every-time you walk in. Jas in the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable club manager I have met in any gym I have trained. Would recommend speaking with Jas if you are looking for a gym.

Fantastic experience: So very glad to be a member of the snap community. From the first initial point of contact through the website to meeting the manager Jasmin, I never felt like an inconvenience. Jasmin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on every occasion, she was my biggest supporter and was proud of every goal I hit. I can't thank her enough for making me feel so loved and welcomed. She's an amazing asset to the snap family. The equipment was great, kids room a massive bonus too. Just wish the venue was bigger to allow for a bigger variety of equipment. But if your after a gym that makes you feel like family and not just a direct debit. This is the gym for you. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: This is probably my favorite Snap, it’s huge, it has the perfect balance, incredible staff, great machines and busy enough that it’s not too quiet but you almost never need to wait for the station you want. I’m doing rehab so I’m in every day and the manager Jas is the reason I drive past a closer gym, super informative, amazing support and advice and she goes above and beyond to make this gym welcoming. If every gym manager was like her everyone would be in the gym. I’ve tried in Sydney, Mackey, Brisbane, Gold and Sunshine Coast, none have the balance so spot on. Easy decision

I was reluctant about stepping foot into another gym, but Jas made me feel so welcome and introduced me with open arms. Facilities are awesome and and well maintained. Fantastic experience: Quite gym which I like. Never a soul in here and I am able to push baby around in the pram with me as I work out. I can breastfeed where ever I feel comfortableto do so (normally where I am working out or a bench). Older kids area with a TV and see through glass to watch your older ones. Love this gym.

Positive experience: After visiting the website sending off an email about postpartum sessions I got a phone from the gym manager and was informed of the sessions available and informed that there is a PT with postpartum knowledge. I definitely look forward to finding out more and joining up

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, amazing facilities and great staff. I’ve been going to this gym for the past year and a half and I’ve had no complains thus far. The amenities (showers and toilets) have always been clean and tidy when I’ve gone to use them, the staff check in with gym goers to see how they’re going while they’re doing their rounds cleaning the equipment, really big on feedback and making sure their clients are happy which is always a bonus, I’ve only really had dealings with jasmin due to the times I attend the gym but its always been a pleasure!

Although fairly small in size, this makes it so much easier to find machines and equipment and is such a good layout. Plus the vibes are just great for all athletic levels!

I have been a member for a number of years, my whole family goes and if it was not for the changes and differences that the new manager Tatiana has made to the gym we may have left. What an incredible breath of fresh air she has brought to the gym, We always get a big bright smile the minute we walk through the gym and a goodbye when we leave. She is approachable when i need to ask her how to use an equipment piece or just some advise on best equipment to use for problem areas, she is always there and it is never a bother. The gym has a bright positive feel in the air, members now talk with each other and i can say i have only heard positive things on the changes that she has made. Even the xmas party she organised, we got to meet more members and it was fantastic group bonding and new friendships formed. Well done Tatiana and well done Snap Fitness you got the right manager for our gym.

Negative experience: Been trying to cancel my membership for MONTHS due to the fact I had surgery and wouldn't be attending anymore because I couldn't and still can't. Been getting nothing but the run around because they don't have any staff since they won't let you cancel over the phone. Absolute bs. Then have the audacity to send me an invoice of unpaid membership. It's not my problem you're too lazy to keep a gym staffed why should I have to pay for something I DONT. WANT.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for nearly at Snap Yamanto for nearly three years and it’s a great small gym. Both Lara and Lawrence are great PT’s that are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The new gym manager is very friendly, positive and upbeat. The crèche is awesome for kids all ages and Candice is great with all the kids. The gym is looking amazing with the new upgrade. It’s been awesome to have new machines and a whole new look, it gives the gym a really good vibe. Snap Yamanto is a great place to train. It’s always clean and everyone is helpful. Would definitely recommend.
