Fantastic experience: A truly wonderful family owned gym with a fantastic crèche. Excellent equipment and facilities including a pool and coffee/smoothie bar. Coffee is very good! Clean and hygienic. Great classes. The owners and staff are kind and understanding and have created a very special community with their members. Highly recommended Star!

Positive experience: This Gym is great, i have not been here for too long. All equipment is in great condition and clean. Staff are super friendly which has been lovely. The female bathrooms are okay, the showers are not nice. They need to be cleaned and shower heads do not work well. The green on the walls also isn’t comforting. Other than this small issue this gym has been awesome!!

Negative experience: Don't go to this gym, the receptionist was so rude couldn't even show me around, sat there on her phone playing games. I'm a person of colour and non-binary, I'm very offended

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life! I was initially hesitant to get back to the gym but had nothing to worry about. The Star team are amazing and the members are friendly and super encouraging which has made my journey so far super easy.

Negative experience: The worst management since the new arrogant owner took over. A very unpleasant person and I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Has zero personality and extremely arrogant for no reason at all. The place has been undergoing renovations for nearly 3 months and has zero regard for his patrons.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. Swimming pool, classes, all machines are great. Nice service. All staff are very attentious and have a smille in their faces. The ĝym, swimming pool and toilets are always clean and tide! Welldone Star Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and helpful especially when it came to my workcover stuff. The gym is clean and and the atmosphere is very comfortable unlike some others I've been too.

Negative experience: I have been going to this gym for almost 9 months. I was wanting to renew my 3 months membership to just realise the price has been bumped up for no reason? Thank You but no, I think these days there is way too many options around to pay what you are now asking.

Fantastic experience: Favourite gym I've been to. Look out the windows and you're surrounded by gum trees. Friendly members, wide range of equipment, and the manager Alfonzo is the man!

Fantastic experience: I love Star Fitness! It is an amazing gym with very friendly, professional staff and excellent facilities. This gym has everything I need. I have been a member here for many years and it keeps getting better and better. They make great coffee and smoothies too!

Positive experience: Great place and friendly staff. It has swimming pool and offers different classes too. You can actually bargain for better membership deals. It sometimes lacks with clean and equipment maintenance, as I tend to see weights are kept everywhere. I'd have given 5 stars, if my PT was really amazing, but not a chatterbox.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym and I wish I signed up sooner!! The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Something that every gym needs. On top of that the members are fantastic also and everyone is so nice. You can talk to people here and it feels like a great community of gym goers. The classes are good and the equipment is great. I also love that it's 24 hours!

Negative experience: Signed up for a 3 months membership with payment by direct debit. After 3 months they continued charging me then when I called them up they said it was "from 3 month". I'd be very careful with signing anything with this independently owned gym as the customer service clearly doesn't exist at this place. I wouldn't be so careless about my business as the word spreads!

Positive experience: Always few people which makes it great to exercise and equipment available. Though to access the pool you must exit main building and walk across carpark. Yet there are connecting stairs inside but they have blocked off - for this you only get 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: What a great place. I love the pool - it's not crowded like all the public pools, so I get to do laps without having to worry about bumping into people. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming - it doesn't have the 'corporate' feel that other gyms have.

Equipment looks great, lots of classes to choose from and the women's change rooms are sparkling! Excited to have finally found a decent gym :) ps did I mention they also have a salt water pool?!
