Fantastic experience: Always clean and a good healthy vibe, great assortment of bits and pieces to keep workouts interesting, staff was very friendly and approacable, the manager Nick was a real cool bloke with plenty of knowledge, Solid gym will definitely be back !

Positive experience: Well sized gym. A decent amount of parking as long as you don’t go when it’s very busy. A short walk from the GCUH tram station. Apple Watch compatible Matrix branded cardio equipment. Theraguns available for use free of charge. My only negative is that the hot water quickly runs out which sucks in winter!

My name is Abbey, this afternoon I decided to rejoin after time away from the coast and Jodi and the team were absolutely lovely and were so happy to see me. The staff there are really nice and welcoming, and everything just flows at the front counter. Equipment is very modern, and the members there are respectful. I really enjoy going here, staff and atmosphere is great :) If your on the hunt for a gym, I would highly recommend this one, plus it's extremely affordable!

Fantastic experience: Really nice place to gym, less crowd with enough space to workout. The equipments are new and perfectly working. Various offers everymonth for new comer. Parkwood snap is far better than its neighbour suburbs snap. Definitely the quite and peaceful place to workout!

Fantastic experience: Parkwood Snap fitness is the best gym I have been to on the Gold Coast. The staff are so friendly and the facilities are always clean and well kept. The new upgrade has only made this gym 10x better. I have recommended this gym to all my friends and family and would advise anyone thinking about joining to join!

Fantastic experience: The gym is 24/7. Plenty of space to do your own thing. It wasn't overcrowded and there was plenty of parking outside with easy access. Great range of training equipment. Anything you need to train back, legs, chest, bis, tris, glutes, abs and more there are machines and free weights. Toilets are also very clean and so is the gym itself. Only a 5min walk to the university and the membership rates are affordable.

Fantastic experience: Comprehensive machines and weights and awesome staff

Positive experience: Solid gym, my favourite is the cardio circuit in the group class area with the Rolla door open for those crisp mornings. Some of the cables need to be replaced, love the my zone heart rate technology, seems to be several different areas the set up which is great. Can’t really fault it. Could do with a second set of 1to10kg’s, but then again they have heaps of stuff other gyms don’t. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cable cracking.

Fantastic experience: Huge gym. Big rooms where you can work out away from others, without feeling like you are being looked at. Great classes. Phil is unrelenting. So he should be. Thnx.

Positive experience: Staff are lovely, however the place needs some TLC. I suggest they fix up the machines that are out of order - I counted 6 out of order at the one time! Makes training with a mate difficult to find two working machines next to one another.

Negative experience: Enjoyed my time when training. Cancelled membership years ago. Heard nothing for 2 years and now being hassled by a debt collection company who wacked their fees to a ficticious debt. Unconscionable!!!! Do not sign here. Plenty of reputable gyms out there that can manage accounts.

Negative experience: Staffs are not professional. They told me 45 mins free training session when I registered, but my assigned trainer refused to show me anything without pay. Finally, When I close the account on 19th February but they debited money from me on 19th, 5th march and one more will be debited on 17 march as per email conversation. I am not happy at all as they take 6 weeks payment after my cancellation request. So be aware and do things accordingly.

Positive experience: Music way too loud to the point where it penetrates noise-cancellibg earphones and you can't use your own music. Scales are not calibrated. Other than that, good equipment, good showers and a clean gym.

Negative experience: Not happy with this gym at all I've been charged money from almost a year ago and somehow now they've taken it out after I told them I want my card cancelled because I haven't used this gym in a year.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, always staffed and ice cold water fountains. Really busy on a Monday night.

Negative experience: Overall good, I was told by who ever signed me up that i had to pay a 40 dollar deposit for my access card (notably a friend had asked the owner about getting a deal for me for joining and he had stated no access card charge) but upon cancellation of my account I was then informed its actually purchase and no refund would given. You lose 3 stars for dishonesty.
