F45 Training Dianella

Negative experience: Very bad review about the gym, friends tell me that they keep charging you after you finish, as a student and foreign I really don’t recommend this gym a saw how they charge my friend like 2-3 months after, like 400$. Be careful.

I normally really dislike exercising and it seemed a chore but i have become addicted & genuinely feel bad if i happen to miss it, its become apart of my daily routine! All workouts were adapted during Covid & the team were able to keep me motivated as I look forward to the live stream sessions and daily challenges (its been a right laugh!)Thanks again guys!

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful that I became a member of F45 Dianella when I did. I started in January and I was so warmly welcomed by all of the coaches, and the studio itself is bright, clean and very organised. Since being made to self-isolate at home, I feel like this studio went above and beyond to make sure we all still felt like we were a part of an ongoing community. We have had live stream workouts and daily challenges, which has lead to me sustaining my motivation and feeling accountable each day. My motivation and fitness is *so* on track, despite the odds. And I credit that to the care and commitment by all of the staff at F45 Dianella. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Beats, banter and burpees! The culture at F45 Dianella is second to none. The trainers know you by name and genuinely care about your fitness and health journey, actively working with you to achieve your goals. As much as we all laugh at their slogan, ‘Team training, life changing,’ it could not be more accurate. I cannot recommend F45 Dianella enough.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful i started at F45 Dianella. I was stuck in a rut, trying all forms of exercising and weight loss and getting nowhere. Enter F45 Dianella. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was part of a something awesome. Not only are the workouts fun and challenging, but the trainers are so supportive and motivating. They really care about you succeeding and are always ready to correct technique or make suggestions if you can't do an exercise. The people that attend F45 Dianella are some of the most supportive I've met and are so friendly, you can't help but want to go to classes. It's very addictive - there's got to be a reason we still go at 6am when it's dark and freezing!

Have always wanted to go back ever since the first class (started on their first day), and that's coming from someone who was never able to be consistent at going to a gym. Fantastic experience: F45 is an AWESOME fitness program sweeping the world and who better to deliver it than F45 Dianella!! Seriously it’s one of the best studios in Perth!! It’s located at the Dianella shopping Plaza so there is always plenty of parking. You may have walked past the studio and seen it closed. If so, don’t be put off as all F45 studios operate on a scheduled program. Dianella classes are offered 7 days a week and generally run between 5:15am - 10:00am then 4:30pm to 7pm weekdays and mornings only on weekends. Booking a class is simple via the F45 App, MINDBODY App or online. You can also view the membership structure and fees when you book. And if you’re new to Dianella you can even get a free trial!! Each class runs for 45min (which passes in no time at all), exercises change daily with a mix of cardio and resistance. As a non-gym person it takes the guess work out of what to do plus keeps it interesting. The trainers at Dianella are absolute LEGENDS! You essentially get personal training within a group setting .. they guide you with technique, are hands on and are resourceful about anything and everything health/fitness! F45 also run 8 Week Challenges throughout the year with awsome prizes up for grabs. So if you’re looking to get fit, healthy and active .. or just want to feel great while hanging out with amazing people I highly recommend F45 Dianella :)

Fantastic experience: I previously reviews this F45 dianella 3 months ago. Since the. I have been going a steady 2-3 times a week. Over the first 8 week challange I lost more than 7% body fat with the help of the lovley trainers and food plans set by F45. I would highly recommend F45 to all my family's and friends, which I have done so already.
