Negative experience: The gym it self was alright but the penalties and all the hidden fees are disgusting. Feels like they profit more off penalties than membership. This kind of business model is just predatory. Be very careful before signing up.

Fantastic experience: I felt very welcomed by the staff at Zap Fitness Kelmscott. The customer service and training I was provided was second to none. 10/10 for Zap Fitness Kelmscott and all the staff.

Negative experience: The equipment is old Dead quiet, if you like your own gym go there never busy. If you want to cancel your membership you have to pay 280$ at least. Better gym around kelmscott area try somewhere not here..

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a gym that's clean ,not noisy or rowdy and you want to get your workout done at an affordable price,then this is the gym for you. The receptionist is nice. She took her time to show me around the gym and answered all my questions in a loving and respectful manner .

Fantastic experience: Great place to be for me as it suits my requirements cos I'm there on my own terms and not a place of "look at me" like other gyms I looked at and the staff are people who advise ,so that's all I got about that..

Negative experience: Trying to call in regards to M/S says office hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm no one answers the phone it’s 4.25pm on a Monday afternoon? 8/7/24

Negative experience: Not a bad gym to sign up for if you’re looking to go on a regular basis. Solid array of equipment and friendly community. Unfortunately staff are dishonest about the lock in contract and the fees you’ll be required to pay. Upon signing up we were told there were no lock in contracts, only to find we would have to pay a $200+ fee to cancel. Makes it difficult for an individual looking to stop the membership due to financial issues, only to be hit with an upfront cost.

Negative experience: Impossible to get a hold of anyone with the phone number listed in a Google search? Also states closed during opening hours?

Negative experience: They advise online that they do $9 a week but then you ring and they say you have to pay for 5 weeks. They shouldn’t be advising like that

Positive experience: This is the biggest Jetts gym I have been to so far. The equipment is new and clean but a big minus that the bathroom doesn't have hot water and one of the bathroom smell terrible. Ruined my first impression

Fantastic experience: Best gym i have been to by far!!! The manager Tahlia does a tremendous job of welcoming everyone to the gym and making them feel comfortable. You can tell that she is the main reason the gym has such a great community feel about it. I know i will be a long time member of this gym as i am impressed every day when i walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: I can't not love it. Jetts Kelmscott is so much more than just a gym, the community is super friendly and supportive and will always push you to do your best. I'm 14 and I thought I would be uncomfortable working out around older and bigger people, as I was in some other gyms I've been to. But Tahlia, the manager made sure I was comfortable from the first day, and whenever you are in the gym you always seem to get a smile from someone else in the gym. The gym itself is the biggest Jetts I've been to and is very spacious, as well as very sanitary.

Fantastic experience: I have recently rejoined Jetts after being a member a few years back. From the day I walked back in I have been really impressed with: 1. The warm reception I received by Tahlia when I turned up to enquire 2. The recent extension making it a lot more comfortable 3. The new equipment throughout the gym But most importantly to me has been the professional and the caring nature Tahlia continues to have with the members. From checking on their progress, having a laugh, providing recommendations and running the group classes, she has made the gym a fun place to be.

Fantastic experience: The new club manager Tahlia has completely changed the vibe of this gym for the better! Doesn't feel intimidating at all, and she puts in so much effort to get people involved and makes everyone feel welcome. I definitely feel better each time I go! The equipment and bathrooms are kept clean and tidy, and theres plenty of space to do any type of workout. Would 100% recommend to my friends as its one of the best gyms I've been to :)

Fantastic experience: Since Tahlia has come in the vibe and energy of the place has completely changed, it's got such a good community feel and she puts so much time and effort into making sure everyone feels welcome and knows what to do, would highly reccomend

Negative experience: Disappointed with the dismissal of Alex as you can see by the other reviews the clubs outlook completely changed once he took over i wouldn’t recommend joining as they will no longer have the right attitude to satisfy and go above and beyond for their customers like they did when Alex was in management.

Negative experience: Firstly, how heartbreaking to hear that Alex - The one and only, was recently dismissed. I’m not really sure how the higher ups of Jetts really see things, but now most of the Kelmscott community can view them as a selfish, money grabbing organisation that only cares about their sales nothing more, nothing less. And I thought a public gym was a place where people of all fitness stages can just feel welcomed, can feel like a change is possible, can feel like judgement doesn’t exist. And I’m not sure if the Jetts organisation view it that way, but that’s the sort of aspects Alex valued and he strived and he successfully portrayed it (I believe I can talk on behalf of the Kelmcott community) It’s amazing how 1 being, 1 person, can bring a whole community back on its feet with his warming welcomes, with his helpful advice, with his care of his gym goers and more objectively decided to build a program so everyone can get along with each other and extensively learn more about training, dietary etc. But yet, you don’t take note. He was mainly the reason why I kept going to the gym. He was partly the reason why my confidence arose. He was the reason why a public gym, which was a great fear of mine, became my happy place. There’s many reasonings why he made me for who I am today. And I feel like if I’m not just the only one in the gym, then there’s many more people he inspired. But to dismiss Alex (A truly king of ours) was utterly disgusting, for an utterly disgusting reason and can’t we all wait till’ you find out that you have made a big mistake. But oh wait, I believe that the Jetts organisation doesn’t even take a step back and evaluate their decisions. And most importantly I don’t even think they care about their customers at all. I am truly sorry for your loss. Not even saying thanks from whoever. Take note.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in the wrongful dismissal of employee Alex Giglia. Half of the reviews about Jetts Kelmscott are praising him and his abilities. Won't be returning to Jetts Kelmscott.

The new manager Alex is a pleasure to deal with and helpful with anything you may need and Sarah, one of the PTs has been very professional and has been no nonsense. Exactly what you want from gym staff. Place is always clean and I can feel a sense of community growing everytime I go back. Cheers guys on a great job!

Negative experience: After the recent dismissal of Alex I was remiss to notice quality of the gym has decreased significantly. Both in equipment standards and in overall friendliness of the staff has declined significantly since his rather unfair removal as head manager of Jetts Kelmscott. Never would you have found a more dedicated and focused member of staff there than Alex. Not only would he maintain the equipment to an immaculate standard he also focused on member enjoyment. It wasn’t just a gym, it was a home. It wasn’t just people there, we were a family. To finish off this review would to leave most unsaid, but unfortunately I don’t have the time to write an essay. Do better.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Kelmscott has been majorly upgraded this year (2020) with more space and new equipment. All staff are very welcoming and happy to assist with anything you need and give you great guidance on how to reach your goals. It's a great local gym that has attracted many regular users over the years and will only continue to grow!

Negative experience: I am honestly ashamed of Jetts for their decision in the wrongful dismissal of the Club Manager Alex. I have never met a Club Manager more focused on the gym and its members until Alex was hired. All of his hard work spent helping the club reach that community base it always needed and ensuring all members needs were met to the best of his ability. He was always going out of his way to talk to the members to make them feel comfortable, whether it was their first time attending the gym or if they were already a member. He was always willing to help the members out in any way he could. Alex was constantly seen on the gym floor talking to members, signing new members up or tidying the gym in order to ensure all members were safe and happy. He was adored by many and I believe all that attend Kelmscott will be heart broken to hear of the dismissal of their Club Manager. Alex put 110% effort into his work and I have never seen a club thrive as well as Kelmscott has in the past few months. To be able to bring nothing up to something is a whole lot to ask for but Alex gave his all and did exactly that. All of Alex's hard work has been thrown down the drain, I hope Jetts comes to realise that they have lost a hard working and amazing Manager. #Dobetter

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in Jetts Kelmscott and their recent decision to dismiss their best standing club manager, Alex. Here's why... I joined Jetts only a few weeks before Alex started and have now been a member for just over a year. Over this time I've watched as Alex picked the gym up from a cold, sad, lonely place where everyone looked away from one another, to a warm and vibrant environment where everyone knows everyone and looks forward to their daily/weekly check-ins with one-another. To find out that he, the heart of this community, has now been wrongfully dismissed is disgusting. Not only was he a friendly face that made you feel welcome at the gym, he would continuously go out of his way to make sure gym-goers were getting the best possible experience available to them. This ranged from things such as simple form corrections, to new exercise suggestions to mix things up, to help with meal planning/supplement advise. Alex cared about his gym family and that's not something you often see. You really messed up on this one management. If this is a sign of how the higher ups of Jetts Kelmscott conduct their business, who knows what else they are capable of. They clearly don't care about their users opinions and preferences, merely using them for profit. Not to mention their incapability to actually staff the gym post-dismissal nor inform their clientele of the recent "changes". Be better.

Positive experience: Very clean and new feeling gym! As a regular from canning vale south it was a nice place to come into, a lot quieter than other gyms which is nice when you’re doing quite a bit in one session. Would love some mirrors in front of the squat rack though!

Fantastic experience: I joined Jetts Kelmscott at the beginning of the year and since then it’s been renovated and expanded, so there’s plenty of room to work out with great quality equipment and a new area for functional exercises. The staff have been amazing all the way through, keeping members up to date throughout the Covid lockdown and providing sanitary products to keep the equipment clean, not to mention being welcoming and friendly. If I ever have a question on how to perform an exercise or use some equipment I can rely on them for an accurate and informative answer. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The new Jetts (Kelmscott) is absolutely amazing. Completely re-furbished, we have the coolest and brightest gym in town, with fabulous natural light everywhere, tons of windows, and views of the hills. Our facility is now so huge, and packed with so much incredible equipment, you just might get lost (and stay forever), you will be having so much fun. More importantly we have the BEST Gym Manager EVER (his name is Alex, and he is an absolute legend) and the BEST PT EVER (her name is Sarah). Alex is so friendly, professional and motivating you will find yourself working out on New Year's Eve, your Birthday (and your Nan's Birthday) - plus all the days in between. Just a quick PT session with Sarah, and she will have you off the couch, and transformed into a fitness guru, in no time. Club has a great atmosphere, and friendly members. Come on down and share the joy.

Fantastic experience: By far the best jetts I have been to nice and clean great variety of machines compared to other local jetts nice and big and great training area and all new great equipment and machines and not to mention great friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I've recently started going to Kelmscott jetts because I've just moved into the area I just want to say your new club manager Alex is an absolute gem of a bloke I just met the guy he's already given me some advice on dietary stuff and exercise tips. He has friendly personality very helpful and brings a positive attitude to the club I just met the bloke and I am wishing him and the gym nothing but the best thank you!

Fantastic experience: First time to Jetts Kelmscott, OMG!!! this gym made me beyond excited to workout. Usually go to Jetts Armadale....... not any more.

Negative experience: The only gym that I have ever been to that doesn't appear to have any aircon!! There are fans but they only blow warm air around the gym... come on guys, in Australia in this day and age is there any excuse not to have some kind of air conditioning? This club is consistently dirty... it changed hands later on this year and there was a marked improvement in cleanliness but today the standard was poor. Many of the treadmill screens were filthy and there were dirty towels left on equipment. The condition of the gym mats is so bad that rubber is all over the floor from their deterioration. I love coming to Jetts but I will try other clubs... Kelmscott is poor.

Negative experience: Need to monitor the squat rack more I was trying to use it but 2 other patrons were hogging it for almost an hour

Fantastic experience: This Gym is sooo good! I love the PTs, they are so nice and helpful. Especially that young, handsome fellow called William. He is very very cool and epic. P.S. This is not Will, i swear.
