Negative experience: Me and my friend joined stepz a year and a half ago and signed to a 12 month contract, when we joined ash did not take us through any details of the contract he only disclosed it was a year and after the year was up we would need to renew our membership. After it had been a year we tried our first attempt to leave and he told us we would need to come in person at a certain time to sign out, the only times he gave us were in our work hours so we couldn't end the contract and left it at our first attempt. 3 months later we tried again explaining that I was moving away and needed to cancel my membership, he abused me over the phone and told me I had to pay a 180 dollar cancellation fee because I didn't give notice when my first attempt should have been my notice to leave.. the weekly payments continued coming out until finally I got a hold of a staff member who explained to me he makes it very hard for members to leave and this is not the first time it had happened. She also explained to my friend that he had renewed her membership without her knowledge when she asked him to put it on hold as she didn't have the funds. There was nothing wrong with the gym itself and the staff, but the owner ash is completely unethical, rude and just after money!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I could recommend. They're open minded people that do what they can to get you to your goals. Couldn't fault them, their gym deals are amazing for people wanting the great quality at affordable prices ☀️

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been in a gym before because of a gym phobia. But after scoping Stepz Penrith out for 18 months I bit the bullet, best decision ever. From the moment I walked through the door Donna, Ash and the team made me feel at ease and supported. They are extremely helpful and take an interest in you no matter your fitness level. Do not leave it as long as me to be a part of this clean, supportive and well-equipped gym. I would highly recommend Stepz Fitness Penrith to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really love my workout in Nepean Hospital Fitness class with Ash and Team. Ash along with the breast cancer girls attending add a positive vibe and a fun energetic workout. Ash and team always make us feel welcome and supported both mentally and physically.

Fantastic experience: Gym is convenient next to the shops and not in the middle of nowhere I feel safe coming here and the staff are friendly and very accommodating to people who are not your typical gym junkies. I would highly recommend the gym to all ages and all abilities.

Fantastic experience: The Stepz Fitness Gym is the best in Penrith. The atmosphere, the staff, the class and the equipment are all top quality. You can comfortably achieve your fitness goal at Stepz with very little hassle. All you really need to do is show up and half the battle is won.

Although I have to leave due to relocating, I would highly recommend this gym for success, growth in personal development and good teaching. His gym is Friendly to all, and his business is not focused on having the biggest weights and the most clientele. Fantastic experience: I joined the gym late last year after my regular gym did not re-open after the COVID lockdown. Ash and Ali have been nothing but professional and supportive and have pushed me further than I thought I would be able to. Both Ash and Ali are so supportive when you are injured and going through rehabilitation. Every time I go, I am welcomed with a smile and a chat. The gym itself has good equipment that is well maintained. Everyone who comes pulls their weight and follows the protocols to maintain the equipment. The classes are out of this world and push you to places you did not think you could go, and everyone encourages you along the way. I tell everyone about how professional, friendly, clean, and inviting Stepz Penrith is. These are the reasons why I keep coming back, well that and to get fit. Ash, Ali, and the team are fantastic, and they work with you to get the results you want. If you are looking for a great gym, then speak to the team at Stepz Penrith.

Fantastic experience: So I'm not going to be one of those people who blah blah on about going to the gym or taking constant selfies. I will say however that this change as improved my mental health more than even I can believe! Back in October until only about a month ago I was in a very challenging and dark part of life. I realized I was digressing and wasn't getting any better. So one day I just looked at myself, got in my car, and went and signed up for the gym! Since going my mental health and slowly my physical health have improved so much! I've become part of a small community of such supportive people and with not a lot of people here in Australia you can't even imagine how much it means. When I first arrived I had a conversation with a trainer and she asked what I wanted, really I thought it was just to feel better in my clothes and lose weight, but it's actually so much more! What I really wanted was to be happy. It's a slow process but I know I'm making progress in my every day life now and it's because of this place and the people I do classes with! I'm learning to accept myself which will lead to self love. One day and one workout at a time! Thank you stepz for not giving up on me and pushing me!

Do not hesitate to call in and have a chat to Ash or his team. Everyone is welcome. I have been seeing Krikor for personal training for a while now. His knowledge is extensive and he is just really easy to get along with. I have lost over 10kg since our first session while still building muscle and I feel great. Wish I had started sooner!!!

Special shoutout to Ash, who never fails to crack me up, and Krikor (PT) for teaching me some neat new exercises (olympic lifts!). When signing up, my fitness was assessed by one of the PT's, giving me some quality metrics to measure my future progress. Very cool for anyone passionate about their fitness! Super modern gym with quality equipment. Everything is clean, facilities are incredible, with showers, hairdryers and even hair straighteners for you to use post-workout. Aircon, icy cold water and a bunch of industrial fans to keep you cool and motivated on those hot summer days. It has everything you could possibly need at a gym. Not to mention the very competitive pricing and 24/7 opening hours. I'm reluctant leaving this review as I'd love for this place to stay a hidden gem for those lucky enough to stumble upon it :P "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one Stepz"

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Ash and the team now for about 3 months. My goal was to put on weight and increase muscle size specifically in my shoulders and chest. Ash did with my food and training program and weekly weigh-in and photographs. I have smashed my goals and couldn't be happier. The best part is when people I haven't seen in a while notice. Its always fun going to Stepz, even when Im having a sh*t day the team always greet me with a smile and keep me motivated.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff no matter if it is a personal one on one session, group classes or just walking in, you walk it and it like the biggest cheer up of my day. They know our names and greet us at door with big smiles and are always up for chat. The gym is probably the best part of my day. They are helpful at achieving my goals and are always encouraging.
