Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Most horrendous spam calls I've ever heard.... I've blocked so many contact numbers and they still find a way to contact me.

Fantastic experience: Such a motivating and supportive place to train. I have been training here for over a year and I can't imagine going anywhere else now. I'm the strongest and fittest I've ever been and it's so easy to stay consistent with their fun and varied workouts that push you and keep you interested. They're also welcoming of families and we bring the kids on Saturday morning to hang out in the kids corner. Great coaches, great place!

The workouts are flexible in that you can push yourself as hard or as little as you'd like. Tunes are always pumping so there's something fun to listen and sing along to as you get your sweat on. All around amazing place to be. Vibe.

As a mum I love how easy it is to work out here. I can bring my daughter as well. They gym is has so many different workouts which keep interested and I love the strength I am gaining! Fantastic experience: Been at Fitstop just over a year now. I started as a total fitness noob who struggled to ever find a routine with gym that I stuck with… a year later, still going as much as I can and loving it. The trainers are all so encouraging but not to the point where you feel like you’re being yelled at to keep going if you simply can’t. Everyone has their personal limits and they respect that 100% but will still push you to do your best. Classes are a great mix of weights and cardio and I’ve seen amazing results physically in myself over the last year that I never thought previously I’d ever achieve. ❤️

Positive experience: From the very first day, I’ve felt part of the Fit Stop Maroochydore family! Dylan, Jordan and Ryan are always kind and ready to assist us or provide alternative exercises when we are just starting or have any limitations. I’ve tried regular gyms my whole life and could never fit in…having a set time to begin and end the workout, plus having a group and dynamic workouts can’t ever get boring! Too many more sessions

Positive experience: Pretty good spot for group training classes. You will definitely build muscle but also keep a good cardiovascular base while doing so. If you're new to the gym it might seem overwhelming but it's worth sticking it out for a few months to see improvements. Strong younger community (20-35) but welcoming of all ages and fitness levels. Took one star off as I think the class sizes are sometimes a smidge over-prescribed on numbers and that makes it difficult for supervision particularly if you're new. Big fan of Jordan's bottomless enthusiasm for training and life in general (even at 5am). Give their trial week a crack!

I have been to other gyms in the past and definitely felt like I had to be a certain way to “fit in.” Not at FitStop! It doesn’t matter how big or how little, how advanced or not you are; there is something for everyone. The trainers and the other members are always there helping and cheering you on. I also love how small the group of trainers is. You really get to know them as well as they do you. You aren’t just a number at FitStop.

Fantastic experience: Fit Stop Maroochydore is best place to start fitness journey! I personally loved it!! small group classes with high trained staff helped me very much throughout each class which makes easy for me as a beginner level!! With in short time my fitness level and my beach volleyball performance get big improvement!! Sadly I didn’t get chance to stay longer due to my personal reasons but I’m very grateful & thankful for the journey with Fitstop!! Must try to see the difference

Lastly FITSTOP workouts are suited for all fitness capabilities, are fun, engaging, versatile, can be modified (where needed) and will keep you on your toes and looking forward to what’s on the agenda at the next class!
