Positive experience: Great little complex I use the gym which is small but has everything you need and never to busy. I'm there every day

Negative experience: Always ring to see what time the heated indoor pool is available for the public Monday and Thursdays we do our rehab exercises there. Rang 9.30 this morning and was told 11am to 3pm it was available. Got there at 12pm and was not available until 1pm. This has happened a lot and the staff should know the correct times instead of wasting peoples time, effort and money driving a distance to get there. So FRUSTRATING. Staff need to inform people the correct information. Thursday 18th April 2024

Fantastic experience: The friendliest staff and enjoyable experience swimming here regularly. 25 meter pool has both easy steps and a long ramp in and there is a smaller heated pool that I enjoyed over winter. Hot showers for warm-down that is so important to my arthritic joints. Always clean, and terrific hot chocolates.

Positive experience: Great staff, helpful and friendly. A bonus would be some noodles which support workers could use for their clients. It can be difficult with a wheelchair, swimming bags, lunches etc, without having to carry noodles and kickboards...

Fantastic experience: Well located public pool that caters for all ages, professional instructors that do a great job with the children, the heated kids pool is a bonus during cooler weather.

Negative experience: Disappointed. Checked the website for times, saw it was open until 5pm Saturday, also checked lane availability that showed open until 5pm. Turned up at 3:30pm only to be told they shut at 4pm. Total wasted journey. I wasn't the only one disappointed. Another lady just behind me at the entry had checked the website too and thought she could swim until 5pm. How hard is it to keep the times updated?"

Fantastic experience: Great place to cool off. Very clean and always friendly staff. No cafe food available but basic ice creams and chips. Can get very busy on very hot days. Kids swimming lessons are great. Kids love them and progressed quickly. It has an indoor pool but needs more seating and tables.
