Positive experience: Lots of equipment and staff. Disabled, male and female toilets. Visited casually so not sure if you can access staff for assistance when looking for suitable equipment or program for people with additional needs

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. 24hr access & very friendly staff. I enjoy attending fitness classes and their instructors are really good. Can easily fill up though leaving not much personal space especially when fitness classes are running.

Negative experience: Amazing staff and an amazing but gym but throughly disappointed at the dishonesty and deception regarding cancelling my membership, would recommend if you want a gym that will keep charging you money after your 12 months has expired

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Quite large with several large rooms for classes away from the main gym. Lots of cardio and weightlifting equipment. Open 24/7 to members. Lots of trainers with various specialties. Lots of car parking. Highly recommended. Only drawback I am aware of is that the gym is only associated with a handful of other gyms, mostly in Gippsland; it is not affiliated with gyms in Melbourne or interstate. This is not a major issue for me as most hotels have at least a small gym in them on the few occasions that I am away from home. Two years on and I am still here, in spite of previous Covid closures. I have attended this gym for more than four years now. Great gym, great staff.

Positive experience: My local gym, staff are friendly and helpful. Great selection of classes and equipment. Good pricing. It can get very busy here which has deterred me at times. But I guess that's the sign of good business! Happy with it and will keep going. Excited to see how it develops over the next few years.
