Positive experience: - Gym + price is okay. - Staff offered free trial accidentally and then when I came in denied me free trial. - Zap fitness and Anytime fitness, which are close by, were much friendlier, offered free trials, and were open to me trying other gyms and coming back.

Fantastic experience: Due to some unforeseen circumstances I lost my job and my visa in Australia so was unable to continue living here, during these stressful times of having to return home and barely scraping by the funds to afford a ticket home, the stress of having to cancel my bills and subsequently my gym membership were looming over me. I must say that my anxiety was alleviated when I was met with compassion and understanding from this family run business, granted my contract period was already over so that was a relief. The membership is affordable and has what you need in a gym, couldn’t recommend their service enough. Thank you to the team at Fitness Fit, this review can’t express into words my gratitude I have towards you all <3

Fantastic experience: Having a challenging time with my health , I found voula was very helpful in training me with utmost respect and understanding with my current health conditions, as I was recovering from five bypass surgery, I found that healthy relationships with the trainer and with the establishment was very important for my mental wellbeing. Yes as we all have to go through uncomfortable, emotional vulnerability to heal our trauma . I felt this space was very caring in the willingness to help and assist lots of people in my community in different stages of their life . Humanness is a on going relationship take work and a willingness to step outside of our ego . Thank you again for all your help and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Good, low cost, low frills gym. Easy access, great location, good selection of weights. Not too crowded when I go (I rarely go during peak times). I tried all the other gyms around and this was the best overall for me. If you know what you are doing, don't need help, and just want access to the equipment so you can get in, do your workout and leave, this is the place. If you want fancy, need hand holding, or need additional facilities, maybe there are better options. But for me, they were either too crowded or too expensive.

Negative experience: These guys love making up new fun amounts of money that you apparently owe them long after you cancel your membership. Good luck getting out!

Positive experience: Only recently joined, but even in the short time I've been going I'm impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the place and it not being overly noisy or busy that I have to wait for equipment very comfortable all around. Must join and enjoy your healthy lifestyle with fitness fit. They have different deals which are affordable as well.

Negative experience: The rest rooms was upstairs. The fan keeps on Turing off. People making too much noise when dropping weights on ground. No wheelchair access.

Negative experience: Ladies! Do you get sad when your menfolk leave the house and you've finally gotten through picking up and cleaning after them? Does the smell and feel of fresh stinky boy sweat get you going? Does going to a facility that has one empty bottle of disinfectant and one empty bottle of sanitiser give you that rush of danger that you so crave? Do you enjoy being mansplained and talked down to by gym owners? Does going to the gym to finally get some "you" time really just get your goat? Then this is the gym for you! Don't worry if you have a lapse and talk to the owner about the pools of stinky sweat. He will tell you about the one sweaty female at his gym that got annoyed by his bullying targetting. Then you'll remember that it's a LADY problem. That's right - if you don't like it, YOU clean it up. He'd hate for any of those young men to realise that they're sharing the space with anyone else and to learn how to clean up after themselves. There are cleaner, less fragrant gyms within a hundred metres. Cue gaslight response.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym ever! Fitness Fit is such a clean gym, with staff ensuring equipment is always wiped down and put in their correct place. This gym is well equipped and has equipment that other gyms typically don’t have. The community and support between staff and members at Fitness Fit always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed to come in to do a workout at any time of the day! The personal training sessions have been my favourite as the trainers have a high level of experience and knowledge in all things fitness and training. I absolutely love fitness fit and love training because of this gym!

I have been to so many gyms, I have never received such attentive customer service from owner is to friendly and welcoming. Best part is its 24*7 which gives me flexibility to work out with my own pace. Been working out their for almost a year now and no complaints!

Negative experience: Good luck cancelling your membership. I moved to Flemington, returned the key and signed off but I not only had to go there in person to cancel as they still want me to pay for the membership for the next 5 weeks. I've never seen this before, had memberships in other gyms and they are always very accommodating. Lessons learned, should've read the reviews before joining.

Negative experience: The TV is always on blasting horrible music. The downstairs bathroom is always locked and so you have to go upstairs to a very musty and smelly one. Not clean, bad gym etiquette all round, and broken equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment without the clutter. There's usually only about 4-5 people working out at the same time so you never need to wait too long for access to weights. Has one cubicle if you want to shower at the venue and everything seems very clean and tidy all for $10.95pw on a yearly contract. Amazing value for mine.

Negative experience: Very rude and unwelcoming fitness snobs run this place.. If you miss a payment and try to cancel you will be made to pay $100+ before you can actually leave them. Also - you can only cancel in person/they are very unhelpful and care more about $$ than their customers well-being. The staff should maybe spend more time looking after their members and less time using their members gym equipment.

Negative experience: Gym equipment is good but the internet connection for the cardio machines are hopeless. Not enough toilets or showers. They make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your contract. Smacks a little bit of desperation.

Negative experience: Came in to cancel my plan, 3 week cancellation process, fine, have now waited close to 5 weeks and am still being billed. When calling to ask, the staff notified me that my plan had not been cancelled. Absolutely unacceptable

Negative experience: Not worth the cheap price!! I cancelled my membership and was happy to pay the following 30 days which is in the contract. But payments kept coming out of my account for the following 3 weeks. I followed this up, they had no recollection of my form and I refused to pay anymore. They then try to make me pay the following 30 days. They are DEFINITELY all about money. They have been so rude and shady when trying to deal with this. I wish I had of read earlier reviews as it seems a common occurrence.

Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had. All they care about is money!! I wanted to cancel and they lady said I had to come in and I said that's fine but what hours do you work. The hours it was staffed were the hours I worked. And I didn't live close so it took awhile to get to northcote. These emails went on for months and then finally I stopped paying because I litterly could not get in there. Then I got a payment sent to me for $260 saying I had to pay it otherwise legal action will be taken. I was still emailing the manager and said I had enough send me a cancelation. And guess what. 6 months and $260 later I was emailed a cancellation form. THIS COULD HAVE SAVED ME $260 AND ALOT OF TIME SAVED IF THEY SENT ME THIS CANCELLATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIS GYM IS A JOKE AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL EVERYONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA KNOWS HOW SHOCKING THIS PLACE IS.
