Fantastic experience: Swimming lessons are good, my kids both love them and really good customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Valleys for quite some years probably 15 or so years. Over that time I have seen the centre evolve into what it is today, a well run efficient centre that caters for the communities needs both young and old. The management and staff are very obliging and welcoming and provide excellent service to the wider community. Fantastic experience: I love everything about the Valleys YMCA! The staff are fantastic & always take time to greet you & chat to you either before or after your workout. The Valleys YMCA has a brilliant range of specialty classes including & not limited to, water walking in the heated pool & swimming lessons for babies & up until high school students. The children are also looked after by lovely child care professionals whilst the adults can enjoy their time in the gym without having to worry about their children. The professionalism of the staff is second to none & they are always available to help you with any questions or issues, I just love going to the Valleys YMCA!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this facility for many years. I love the Strength for Life program, indoor heated pool, and outside pool in the summer. The staff are super friendly and approachable. It’s like one big happy family.

Fantastic experience: At the valleys I love the gym and classes, crèche, school holiday programmes, kindergym, swimming lessons, pool, and Personal training. It is a clean, organised facility with lots of options for the whole family. The staff are very friendly and supportive of our health and fitness needs We’re so lucky to have the valleys lifestyle centre in clare!

Fantastic experience: I live in the Clare Valley and joined a 24 hour gym initially right in Clare but it was not a pleasant experience. I joined The Valleys and have been extremely happy with the kindness and professionalism of the staff as well the 5 star facilities. I'm very grateful for the Valleys Lifestyle Centre!!!

Negative experience: I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I feel it is my duty to let people know my experience with this location. The gym is tiny and the equipment is sparse. The facilities are severely restricted over the winter period. The management are incompetent and some of the staff lack basic customer service skills. My suggestion would be to avoid this place and consider other gyms in the area. The YMCA should be ashamed of themselves.

Fantastic experience: I have aiways found the staff and other members at the Valleys Lifestyle Centre to be friendly and approachable. The group fitness classes are a great workout and the trainers there really know their stuff! The Gym and pool are kept in great condition and their change room is always clean. I would recommend the Valleys to any and all my friends.

Fantastic experience: I have used the heated therapy pool regularly since it first opened following cardiac surgery and recent hip replacement. iIt has been so good to be able to maintain my fitness level in all weathers that we experience here in Clare.
