Anytime Fitness Epping

Negative experience: Friendly staff, but the ventilation is really bad. During busy times the place fills up with deodorant spray and becomes very uncomfortable to breathe, myself and my buddy had to take a break outside just to get some fresh air.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities for what I need at a gym, signed up with a fantastic deal for membership thanks to Luke and Dwayne who were the best with, friendly and efficient, great customer service , BONUS got a free towel, bottle and bag (winning!). Was not busy at all 5.30pm on a weekday which is fantastic because waiting around for equipment is usually an issue in other gyms for me.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of anytime fitness Epping for almost a year, and I can honestly say it's the best gym I've ever been to. The facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. But what truly sets this gym apart is the staff. Dwayne and Luke are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that makes working out enjoyable. If you're looking for a great gym with a fantastic team, I highly recommend anytime fitness Epping.

Negative experience: Big mistake signing up with them! I tried to work out there but the place stinks! The windows are always Locked! It's very hard breathing there.. And they keep taking your money after you done with the membership with you knowing..! Not good at all!

Fantastic experience: All gym equipments are clean and well maintained. Gym is not crowded, and I love the location, as it is close to my home. Staff are extremely polite and friendly, always looking out for us. This is the only gym I’ve seen that gives the members free fruits every weekends too

Fantastic experience: I find it interesting how a number of “members” in the last few days have provided poor reviews especially when it has been identified that members have not been complying with the rules when using the gym after given multiple warnings. So unfair to do to a business. Its simple obey the rules. When you sign up, you agree to the terms and conditions of the business. The staff at Epping anytime fitness have always been so wonderful and so easy to deal with. Keep up the good work

Negative experience: I started going there because it was closer to work. Didnt mind the olq equipment but the poor kept facilities was shocking. Rude staff as well, just dissapointed in general. They make it out to be a nice place but its really not

Negative experience: the manager kept coming up to me during my workout and would try to talk to me but their breath was a bit smelly... They kept trying to do squats infront of me but their undies had kaka stains on them.. weird gym very disgusting.

Negative experience: This place is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. I was supposed to receive a free month as a sign up offer but was charged from the first week. I tried to resolve the issue by calling the gym on multiple occasions and was told the manage would get back to me but he/she never did.

Negative experience: Recently transferred to this gym from another anytime fitness and I must say I am very disappointed. The workers there are very rude (especially Luke the manager). I had an issue with my payments and was over charged on multiple occasions despite having money in my account.

Negative experience: manager was very disrespectful my card would get double charged and i would call him and he would just argue with me and not help so i definitely wont be coming back

Fantastic experience: Long time AF member to which a job was cancelled nearby so I came to use up my free time. Gym is decent, clean shower rooms, and pretty clean. Staff on duty was friendly and I enjoyed my work out here, as I usually work out in Doncaster/Box Hill area.

Fantastic experience: Perfect compact gym with all the equipment available for training. Does get busy at times that waiting time increases on sets and hard to find a car park may be due to having Taco Bell sharing same car park but besides that everything else is perfect. I would definitely recommend it!

Negative experience: Poxy, extremely small, and overcrowded. I feel like a sardine being jammed into a tin can. Absolutely zero room to move around. Good machines but they are literally on top of each other. The lighting is shocking. Resembles my bedroom at 5:30 am with the curtains shut and the sun just beginning to creep in through the bottom. Seriously. Invest in good lights. Especially near the mirrors. My first time at this franchise, and happily the last. I will keep trying other locations

Fantastic experience: A small clean gym offering up all the essential equipment in both machines and weights... All the gym members in the early morning crew are all very fastidious about wiping down the equipment and there's plenty of parking available..

Fantastic experience: Very clean, friendly staff and perfect location for my 5am early starts. Always happy to walk in the door and love the atmosphere.

Negative experience: Equipments in the gym is good. The major con is if you card is expired and you miss a weekly payment there won't be any notification that you have missed your payment or a notification warning that the card is expired. They charge you almost double from the company. You will only realise it after a couple for week when you see the mail from the debit company.

Positive experience: I visit many atf over Melbourne and i am not a fan of this gym. It is full of dude bros who take their shirts off and spend more time looking in the mirror than training or yelling at their weights. It does have good basic equiptment though.

Negative experience: The staff and the billing are just a joke. Even after calling and updating the credit card details, i still get fined for overdue payment because they didn't update the details. And then they want you to talk to a third party who do the billing. The manager is such a joke calling the customer to sort the issues on their own rather than helping them out. The gym itself is ok, but god help you if you ever need to deal with the staff.

Negative experience: The place smells like dust and old laundry, needs ventilation, toilets are dirty on a staff dag and equipment are old.

Negative experience: Rude, aggressive staff and dirty gym. Didn't stay long enough to use the equipment. Have been to several of these clubs, usually they are great. But this was nasty, the doors open and a wafting smell of ass crack and stale sweat threatens to swallow you whole. Gyms sometime get a bit of funk, thats normal but this smells like nothing has been cleaned since it was opened!
