Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 Helensvale. The trainers are always friendly and helpful. The workouts make you do exercises that you wouldn't do if you were training at a normal gym. I have loved the latest challenge based on teams as I feel it has improved the social side of training. The fact that my wife is on the other team also helps to inspire me to work harder.

Fantastic experience: I recommend f45 helensvale the room is large, the coaches are welcoming and dynamic. I mainly recommend doing the challenges which have been beneficial for me. I have regained a taste for sport and I am slowly regaining my pre-pregnancy body. I liked it so much that I'm going for a whole year.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms and to another F45 studio, but I must say that F45 Helensvale owned by Callista Williams is the best gym I’ve ever been. The studio by itself is great with lots of car park, air conditioning, it’s spacious and very clean. Trainers are always smiling and pushing members to do their best. Members are all ages, friendly and happy to meet each other during sessions. I don’t want to change!

Fantastic experience: I’m a bit of an introvert when it comes to training, especially when I was returning from a big gap! I’ve been fortunate enough to meet an awesome encouraging group of peeps who made me feel at home and don’t frown on me coz of my weirdness. I’m lucky to have trainers that look after my well-being even when I don’t. The space is good too where you don’t feel like you’re breathing on each other. That’s my honest feedback ❤️

Fantastic experience: It is the perfect place to get fit, have fun while your doing it and you can work it around any schedule. There are so many class times and they regularly change the exercises so you don't get bored! The venue is really clean and equipment is very new. Another bonus is the team are helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome from day one. I would recommend to everyone!

The trainers especially have a great way to push you to do your best without making it uncomfortable or taking away the fun aspect of the class. Fantastic experience: Signed up for a free trial and loved it so much I joined for 12 months. My gym closed during COVID and I struggled to find one where I felt comfortable. I am so glad I gave F45 Helensvale a try - I’ve found my new happy place. It has also given me much needed work life balance as I love the classes and make myself back away from the computer each day. The atmosphere is motivating and the trainers are great with adjustments to help me recover from a back injury and the workouts are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It is a truly life changing experience. As a mum of two young kids I always focused on the children not really looking after myself. Since joining F45 I decided to be a bit selfish and focus on my self little more. After 2 months they have a happier, healthier, stronger and more active mum. Fantastic experience: I’ve only just started a week ago with F45 and all I can say is wow. Going from the gym where I lacked so much motivation to go and I didn’t push my self. To coming to a place where it is so inviting and you get excited to go too is a massive difference. The trainers there push you too your best and are all easy to get along with. To me it feels like a PT session everyday and I get so much more then the gym! Highly recommend going if you want to change your health and lifestyle.

Dylan and Harry were so welcoming, friendly and really helpful. it really took the pressure off starting somewhere new. The studio is immaculate and huge (heaps of room to move around!) Would hands down recommend training here!

The trainers are uplifting, friendly, super fun and are always checking your technique so you don't injury yourself. Fantastic experience: One of the best bootcamps I've ever been apart of. Although there are a fair few people in the classes the instructors always come around and correct your form or help you with different variations so that you are still working out the muscles but you are doing the same exercise. I would highly highly recommend f45 Helensvale to anyone looking to kickstart their new lifestyle. I hadn't exercised all year and to start with very intimidating but after 2 seconds it goes out the window because EVERYONE is so lovely and happy to help
