Negative experience: This gym is absolutely disgusting, the staff are hopeless. They continued to draw on my account for 4 months after I texted them to cancel and refused to refund claiming I didn't do the necessary paperwork but never wrote back saying it was necessary.

Fantastic experience: It is a great space, local gym, good equipment, and I enjoy the monthly raffle prize!

Fantastic experience: Nice and patient staff. One lady showed me where the car park is and how actually get in there.

Negative experience: I’ve been at this gym for nearly two years, and have left recommendations multiple times that only having one, that’s right, a single non-inclined bench is not enough. The minute it gets busy, say on a Monday night or the whole New Years period, it can take 15-30mins waiting, after you’ve finished all your other sets on other exercises or machines, waiting for the bench. The minute a group of mates, or a couple, or someone who just sits on their phone grabs it before you you’re not getting it anytime soon. It’s still the first gym I’ve ever seen with just one. In any case, they’re getting 2 stars because the staff are friendly and the place is clean at least, but it’s just not alright, especially after so long. It’s a shame because the location is convenient, but I’ve waited two years and nothing, so I’m going to have to head to one of the Anytime shops nearby.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at Plus artarmon, gym is great and not too busy. Staff are nice, Carlo was great in getting me signed back up and helping with questions on transferring membership. Thanks Carlo!!

Negative experience: Gym is nice enough, but having to pay for another 6 weeks to cancelling a monthly agreement is pretty scummy

Fantastic experience: I had to get membership for my son. We were greeted at the counter by Salma. It was only few minutes to closing time. However, Salma did not rush us. She was cheerful and answered every question with a smile. She embodies great customer service!

Negative experience: Only joined up in this gym. Showers are cold every morning absolute disgrace how I am paying a monthly membership and cold showers.. Equipment is old needs to be updated place is dirty as well. I only hope I will not have issues when I leave this gym. They do not have 15kg plates money needs to spend on the gym. Regret joining

Negative experience: 7 years using this gym. Had my card stolen (not at the gym). Charged $49 to get a replacement. No grace, for a first time losing my card in 7 years. This leaves me feeling bitter... I have regrets. I should have cancelled and signed up with a different gym and got the sign up bonus

Fantastic experience: Probably the best Plus, it has a lot of equipment, the staff are friendly, it’s never too packed and the people who work out here are friendly and not too weird. This gym also doesn’t suffer from the school children overcrowding/uncleanliness issues of other gyms

Negative experience: One of the staff decided to have a go at me for not having a towel, when I didn't intend to workout nor did I whatsoever (I was only there to talk to my mates). Then she switched the argument to that i was taking up space when i would gladly move if someone needed the equipment i was sitting on. All someone has to do is ASK! I was in no way provocative while the staff and another gym member were having a go at me for my reasons of being present. YOU USE TOWELS AND OTHER SANITARIES AFYER YOU'VE FINISHED A EXERCISE, IF UOU DON'T EXERCISE AND YOU HAVEN'T, IT IS NO NECESSARY WHATSOEVER. NEITHER IS IT YOUR CONCERN AS TO MY INTENTIONS OF VISITING YOUR UNCIVIL GYM.

Negative experience: as soon as i walked in this gym i felt extremely judged and and i was emotionally attacked when i went over to workout without a towel

Fantastic experience: Good old school tunes play, nice and clean machines and floor areas, the receptionists are friendly and helpful. As someone who doesn’t like the gym much, I’m a consistent gym go-er now because of the unthreatening and friendly vibe this gym gives off.

Fantastic experience: Good space and great facilities

Positive experience: Good local gym, relatively small but decent equipment. Where this gym loses stars is in the staff and upkeep. Numerous machine computers not working or tracking at all. This has been brought up several times with staff asking for it to be fixed. They say it'll be done but months later it hasn't. Other issues include covid cleanliness. Automatic hand sanitizer at front door hasn't worked for months, and wet cleaning towels often run out. Hope this will change.

Fantastic experience: The facilities here are decent considering the area and the membership cost, though It does feel a little run down in certain areas. It isn't too busy during peak times, at worst I have to wait 10 minutes for a squat rack, and there is a good amount of equipment that is usually free at all times. The staff are reasonably friendly, and helped me in navigating the annoying reality of direct debit companies that plague anything larger than a community gym. People usually keep to themselves and are respectful during most hours, you get some weirdos really late who smash weights around, but if you stick within normal hours, you'll be fine. It feels heavily catered towards men, I rarely see women lifting weights here, and it does suggest the environment may not be that friendly--worth noting.

Negative experience: Cardio machines have electricity leakage problem. This is not first time…

Negative experience: The gym and epuipment is nice but they are a rip off if you have to cancel the membership for some reason. I had already paid for 10 days in advance, which I couldn't use because I had to move and they even make it mandatory to pay for additional 14 days on top of that, which is really unfair to pay for a service which I cannot use. They make it mandatory to give you the card details on signup, so you can't really do anything about it In reply to owner's response: In my case I have already paid for 10 advance days sir from the day of cancellation notice and you are making me pay for additional 14 days on top of that so in total that becomes 24 days, where is that really written, isn't that just using your customer's for being helpless

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area and this is the new local plus - great gym, friendly people and never overly busy. It also has great shower facilities so excellent for before work.

Fantastic experience: Really great gym! Everything is very well looked after and clean. Modern style. Quality gym equipment. Good amount of equipment that is spaced out well so you rarely have to wait too long for a particular area or piece of equipment. Decent music too. Very positive place to train, fellow gym members have always been and are generally friendly.

Fantastic experience: It's good and clean and peaceful. Perfect for work out.

Negative experience: This gym is always a mess! Dumbbells are never put back, plates are left laying around and other equipment is always just left where it was last used. The windowsill has become a popular spot to leave unused plates and dumbbells. I know it's the gym members that are doing this but the gym staff have a responsibility to all it's members to keep the facility clean, tidy and safe!

Positive experience: Great gym. Only fault is cable equipment needs an upgrade.

Positive experience: Very refurbished gym with up-to-date equipment with friendly staff. Efficient layout of equipment to prevent congestion and consequently equipment are being cleaned or maintained for customer's satisfaction. Clean toilets with customer access to hygiene such as hand sanitisers, wet wipes and even sport deodorant. Only two downsides is being on a hill, there are stairs to climb which may be difficult for elderly or disabled. Friendly staff would help out though, which should not be an issue. The other is parking. Cramped parking space with low walls to be wary of.

Positive experience: Has adequate equipment

Fantastic experience: Great selection of equipment and weights. Virtual class room for cycling/yoga/exercise classes. 2 unisex showers and toilets. Friendly staff and facilities are always clean. Boxing bag, gymnastic rings and climbing rope as well. Gym is never overcrowded and there’s free undercover parking available.
