Fantastic experience: The steam room is out of order again. Hopefully, it won’t take a year to fix it this time, as it did previously.
Fantastic experience: Great GYM!
Negative experience: Be careful of misleading infromation provided by the staff of this gym. I purchased the PT Trial for $50, when talking to the staff member on the phone the day of signing up, they did not tell me about the free consultation offered when you sign up. I went to the 1st PT session and the PT booked the 2nd session. The following week a staff member advised the PT was cancelling the 2nd session and offered a credit of $25 for the remaining session which I agreed to at the time (again the staff did not tell me about the free consultation offered when you sign up). I received an email about the free consulation and asked for a full credit for the PT Trial and the staff responded with "The credit looks like it has been applied to your account!". I asked if it was the full amount and they advised it was only the initial credit of $25 and that they would not credit the rest as I attended the first session. This has left me feeling mislead which is especially dissapointing being a new Club Lime member. The machines are generally dusty and have rubbish in the cup holders which is not the expectation you have when you think "Platinum".

Negative experience: Poor management. Taking forever(monthsssss) to fix the steaming room. Considering the platinum and the most expensive out of club lime.

Negative experience: Charged me an overdue fee for a non expired card. Sucked it up and paid the fee and advised that they will update payment on the system. Next month in, another overdue fee and found out direct debit wasnt updated by the Gungahlin staff. Non existent customer service and worthless staff cant and wont do anything always the same answer..”nothing we can do.” Should be zero star rating and shut down your fake help line. Equipments are nasty very dirty, rusty and some benches have damage.

Negative experience: This gym is freezing cold.. everyone is complaining… however the staff keep saying that “there’s nothing to do” as the air con control is out of order for several WEEKS…

Positive experience: Gym equipment is good, but it's far too busy in peak times. People just throw their weights wherever they please. Shout out to the staff that re-rack them in the morning.

Negative experience: This club lime has had a steady decline, as of recent. Simple equipment such as a D handle has to be rented through their staff now by exchanging some sort of personal belonging. This is extremely disappointing and causes issues when this gym is unstaffed. Plenty of new and experienced gym members train during early hours and late nights. Why exclude such a group from having access to basic equipment? I have seen numerous people come in and use equipment unsafely due to the lack of d handles in this gym. So much for a “Platinum” gym. I don’t even have this problem at a small “non-platinum” club lime. Poor form club lime gungahlin. Truly disappointed.

Positive experience: For the last 3 years I have been a member of this Clublime gym, but slowly I am getting disappointed.. Big gym with all regular equipments but Icing on the cake I have to go to the front desk for D-Handles now? What about members like me during unstaffed hours? Are we not paying the same fees? If the handles go missing, zip tie them or replace them like a platinum club.

Negative experience: Scammers. Despite cancelling a membership online, they didn't process it and kept charging me EDIT: In response to their original answer to my review. I do not need clarification, they need to stop being scammers and refund customers when the company messes up, do the right thing. What a condescending answer, shows how little they care

Positive experience: Its a gym. Largely unsupervised. Not always the cleanest. Steam room seems to be permanently switched off. 50% of users dont use towells nor wipe down equipment after use. Rates are about average.

Positive experience: Definitely more "platinum" then the ANU location. Can get really packed so choose times wisely or be willing to put up w elbows. Good gym though, lots of added spaces, spin, new updated equipment.

Positive experience: The gym is great, just gets a little crowded sometimes. It's a good idea to check the peak times and avoid around 3 to 7 pm. There are a lot of machines and it doesnt feel cramped at all which is great!

Fantastic experience: I love Lime when it is not busy. However, during peak hours (after 4pm), it can be hectic and your experiences may not be the same as if it was during off-peak.

Negative experience: Great if you can avoid the busy afterschool rush from the college. Edit: Was great now it is packed out all evening. The water leaks in the hallway haven't been fixed for months and the bathrooms are always filthy with beard hair all over the sinks most nights of the week. The treadmill and eliptical machines are always making weird noises (if they aren't out of order) or aren't level.

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed and shocked with Club Lime responses in regards to double payments deducted from my account. It only come to my knowledge last month by checking my bank account that double payments have been deducted since August/21 to March/22 and after contacting their Management team they said nothing can be done since it was my responsibility to check the payments. Apparently my husband had signed up again after the the lockdown instead of just putting his membership off the freezing period. How does a club as big as Club Lime doesn’t have a system that identifies such fault? How come a person holds two memberships under the same name and same bank details and they haven’t noticed? Still they claim I’m the one to blame here. Perhaps for trusting them? This company isn’t trustworthy, they agreed that double payments were made incorrectly and still are refusing to give my money back.
Negative experience: This gym is filthy there is a water leak at the entrance inside the gym been like that for a few weeks. The air-conditioning/heating is not regulated it's always freezing and the gym is NEVER CLEANED...
Negative experience: Can't believe how bad such a good gym has become. After increasing the membership..... They've had a water leak in the main walk way for weeks. The floor is always dirty with tradie mud, chalk & wipes. & the climate control is set at ARCTIC!

Fantastic experience: If you join this gym I highly recommend getting your PT sessions with Blaize Farron. I’ve always struggled with absolutely hating exercise, Blaize legitimately has me not only wanting to go to the gym but wanting to push myself while I’m there. As a client with disabilities Blaize has really taken my limitations into account and helped me feel strong in myself again.

Negative experience: Four staff at the front counter but not a single hello. The gym is well equipped but the staff supervision and customer service is poor. PTs only care about paying clients despite some inexperienced members lifting with poor form. Shame such a well equipped and busy gym has such poor oversight.

Positive experience: A nice new gym that s big and comparable to large city gyms. Range of serious to armature members and enough equipment for anything you're after to do. Loss of stars due to: - steam room hours changed to 9am and I can no longer use it when I work out in the morning, which is included in my membership so this is not fair. And it has been out of service entirely for a month now. - a grumpy female desk attendant most mornings during business days - sanitizing wipes run put during peak periods and often I've seen staff at the desk who could easily check on this. But lately they've been putting back up wipes out so that seems addressed at the moment.
Positive experience: Lacks air flow for the cardio. Runs out of sanitiser on the weekends. View from the bike, steppers and treadmills out the window is ok. Cross training / freestyle space is a bit pokie.

Negative experience: Their offers are not genuine. I have joined during the big3 offer and I was still charged the normal rate. I have emailed clublime several times. I was told it was a system glitch and will be credited back to me. It has been several weeks now and nothing has been done and I do not see any intention in resolving the problem. Some staff are also treating their clients in a non respectful way. Based on my experience, I do not recommend for anyone.

Negative experience: Although this is one of Club Lime's flagship gyms the quality of the venue and equipment is let down by its patrons and staff. Stocked with your generic gym bro sporting Gym Shark equipment and lifting with trash form. Poor adherence to social distancing as well as general gym etiquette in having a towel and wiping down equipment. The staff couldn't care less as long as the meatheads keep streaming through the door. Avoid like the (literal) plague.

Not only does she take her time out of her day to remember names, she gives such a positive vibe to the gym. She asks everyone about their day and makes such a great effort to know everyone and be accommodating. This girl deserves a raise!
