Hi Inam, was surprised to see you in the club again today only 5 days after this review. We have tried to contact you to understand your concerns, with no luck. Please understand leaving multiple pieces of equipment loaded with so much weight is not acceptable, and not tolerated for our lovely members. After stating you would never be back for being asked to unload your weights when finished, we didn’t expect to see you so soon. I understand Anytime Fyshwick is quite a club to train at, but please try if it really is not for you.

Hi Shane, unfortunately due to the age of the building it has no wheelchair access. This is something we are constantly talking to the landlord about, so hopefully we can get you in soon. In the meantime, we have many other Clubs in Canberra that can look after you - Anytime Chisholm is only 7mins down the highway and would love to look after you. We completely understand your review and rating, and hope you continue to train with Anytime Fitness.

Hi That, Thanks for your feedback and rating! I understand your frustration in the morning. We added more toilets, showers, change rooms and a beauty bar on our last refit to address this. We are looking at more on the next refit. Regarding your friends and family you are training with - if they scan in with their pass, or see the staff when coming in (if they forgot it), there is never a problem. We offer a complementary visit if you have someone that may want to get started and try it with you first. Simply see the staff in the office on the way in, as they need to be covered by our insurance.

Hi Lizzy, We understand visiting a gym is a daunting experience, and pride ourselves on making sure this is as comfortable as possible. We are a very friendly gym, so members tend to want to chat all of the time. Sincere apologies for your experience, we are reviewing the video and using this as team member training. You noted that 'the gym itself is old and warn down the Space is small with very limited equipment'. Anytime Fyshwick is brand new - only having its refresh recently (new flooring, rubber, paint, ceiling, new and extra toilets etc.) with the addition of a large amount of new equipment and more than doubling its floor space to over 800sqm. Did you receive a full tour? You will see by our other Google and facebook ratings, that this is a very unique incident for Anytime Fyshwick as we pride ourselves on looking after everyone that we can. Saying that, we are keen to follow up. We will be looking into this in detail, reviewing relevant recent staff training. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and sorry your first gym experience in Canberra was unpleasant. You are welcome back anytime.
