Negative experience: Do not recommend this gym, staff are difficult to reach and are zero help when needing assistance with membership. Alicia was passive aggressive over the phone when trying to sort out a payment plan due to severe financial hardship. Just another money hungry branch that doesn’t care about it’s members

Negative experience: Staff, classes and fellow members are fantastic!!! But the hygiene of the place is disgusting. All the equipment and shelving is covered in dust. The bathroom floors look like it's been months since they have been mopped, showers are covered in grime. Glass windows are filthy particularly near the water fountain. Air conditioning vents and fans are always covered in dust. I wonder what the Health Department would think of a gym being this unhygienic. Broken equipment constantly and takes forever to be repaired. Battery on rower has been flashing for months to be replaced. I guess the member that changed the batteries last time will need to do it again. These concerns are always being communicated to management by multiple members but very little action is ever taken.

Positive experience: Good selection of equipment but lacks in maintenance. Seat adjustments broken on some machines. Other adjustments broken on others. Hand grips warn sticky and slide around while trying to hold on. Went here as my normal anytime is getting very packed and with the machines in this gym lacking maintenance I can see why when the others in the local area are better kept newer and cleaner. Over all its above average and has potential but needs money spent to bring it back to what would have been a good place to go. Pull your finger out guys.

Fantastic experience: great gym has everything you could need the staff and PT's are amazing I would like to mention Tara as being just a genuinely good person always has a smile on her face and ask how I'm going with training and life overall couldn't be happier with the gym.

Fantastic experience: Friendly people and gets really busy but its all good

Positive experience: Gym membership is a little too expensive, but the facility is great, and the staff is really friendly and supportive!!

Negative experience: Not worth going here, my friends have all paid much less for other options such as Goodlife which is also bigger and has a sauna. I also had to pay $80 just for a key card pass that would let me enter the gym which my friends got for free. Also 2 weeks ago I messaged one of the workers, because I got an email that said I missed a payment and had to pay extra even though I had the money in my account that day. They admitted that it bounced the first time but went through the second time and said that they'd ask their manager about it. Needless to say, they never got back to me and I had to pay the extra amount. Don't bother going here, there are so many better options and the only positives in my opinion about this place is that its never too packed and there's a decent amount of equipment. Though both these factors aren't good enough to justify paying more for a smaller gym with less facilities and incompetent customer service.

Positive experience: To start off, the gym is good, friendly enough staff and a good selection of equipment. Pros- quality equipment, good music, great showering and toilet facilities and enough room to store bags etc. overall pretty good Cons- if you’re overweight like I was, the machine weights upstairs near the cardio aren’t the best and no fault of anytime but the seats don’t have a pin and rather rely on rubber groves and I found that the they fell down a fair bit, no permanent bench press (you sometimes have to fight for a squat rack to get chest in), not always clean but it’s a gym at the end of the day.

Negative experience: I have got the membership last week and as They offering a free induction training sessions I have paid the fee and sign the contract the Girl on the desk said Their trainer will contact me for induction and how to use exercise machines because I am new and dont know how to use the gym machines but did not got any call from them my week is gone without using it so it is scam this GYM is only owe money from people but no help and lying on their terms and conditions

Negative experience: The owners of this establishment are a joke. I cancelled my membership to which they ignored my request. The still charged me and when I had my bank stop payments going to them, they sold my "outstanding payments" to a debt collector and as soon as it had gone to them, they finally cancelled my membership.

Fantastic experience: Been awhile but it's good to get back into fitness again, plus the staff are great and always help on tips and pointers on equipment, or so what type of exercise to pinpoint exactly what type of muscles you are trying to fit into your workout.

Fantastic experience: Trying to find the motivation to head to the gym can be hard but what makes it easy at the Marsden Anytime is that there are challenges each month with a heap of people into them, who all have a wide range of fitness levels and that the staff are easy to interact with. As for the equipment I work out mostly between 7 and 11 and I am almost guaranteed to have my selection of equipment. It is well stocked with machines and benches with enough space to move around and not worry bout being in someone's way. The only improvement I would like to see is the inclusion of decline benches that decline natively and dont have to be levered using weights. Other than that, I am very happy with my results and am happy to be a member.

Negative experience: Was a good gym until they dogged their members during CoVID19 and forced them to pay where my Anytime gym (and pretty much all others) didn't. I have seen the other gyms bend over backwards to keep their patrons. Thanks so much to them! Waterford however is a fine example of bad business practices. They are not even allowing members to leave and forcing them to pay-out extra because of the government shutdown. Can forgive their quite aged equipment and the smell of must in the air but this action of unfairly milking their patrons is unforgivable and so happy that my Anytime membership is with another gym that actually takes care of their patrons. No longer working out at Waterford on weekends. I find Anytime Fitness really good for my needs but I am defiantly avoiding the Waterford gym now due to their really bad management.

Positive experience: Like all gyms, there's peak times. During these peak times (early morning & evening) it may be difficult to access the equipment you're after. Outside these peaks you'll pretty much have the run of the place. There's a decent range of equipment, staff are friendly yet unobtrusive, the entire place is clean and maintained well.
