Negative experience: As a person who’s new to the gym, I made sure to double check that my 7 day trial and 9.95 for the first month wouldn’t lapse into month to month fortnightly payments, and verified this with the snap representative there at the time. I was told no recurring payments would occur past this time yet I’ve been charged $105 total in the past 2 months because I was misled through a contract I signed at the beginning. I then attempted to call SNAP Miami and rectify this, and in return received sarcastic remarks and rudeness from the employee on the phone. Don’t sign up if you think you won’t get charged the second it lapses because you can’t cancel your trial membership until the final day it seems.

Negative experience: Went to check out this gym, having really liked the reviews and looking forward to getting into fitness again, only to drive up and it has a MAMMOTH 5G TOWER right next to it (AND ANOTHER only a block away). So disappointed. What's the point in going somewhere for workout , getting sapped of all your energy as you are engulfed in that much radiation. Nope. Not the place for me. :( doesn't matter what anyone says, these things are HORRIFIC for everyone's health. Snap need to get it removed from their property, as should each business that has either been forced to allow it by council or taken money to have one on their property.

Fantastic experience: Second time in 4 years have gotten a ten day pass while at the coast .Awesome customer service .Equipment is still fine.Not the biggest gym so variation not the greatest with equipment and machines getting on the old side but still quality machines and more then enough to get it done.Little to no show ponies .It's a get in get it done and give it a red hot crack type of gym and I love it .Liz was very professional at the reception .

Positive experience: Very nice gym, plenty of space for a snap fitness and all the equipment you would expect. Only thing is the showers seem to not get fully hot and sit around that luke warm temp.

Fantastic experience: I've just started training at Snap Miami and it has been such a great experience. The staff are all so friendly & helpful and give nothing but positive vibes. I do 3 PT sessions with Lauren Sibbald each week, and she has been absolutely amazing. She is motivating and so committed in making sure I reach my gym goals. Every work out is different and always so much fun. Thank you Snap Miami for changing the way I think about going to the gym, you all make it feel like a home and I always look forward to coming in every week to train :)

This allowed the gym to be an ever changing and exciting environment. Gym manager Lateisha is an approachable, honest and friendly person who will always put your needs first and greet you with a familiar smile. I have loved my time at snap and can’t wait to see how my fitness journey progressss!

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Snap Miami for almost 2 years every single day and...HANDS DOWN...The best choice I've ever made for my training! This is a fantastic gym both in terms of equipment, services offered and the incredible friendly staff who make you feel at home! Club Manager Lateisha is awesome, always welcoming you with her super positive vibes and smile and club trainers are always ready to help you whenever you need them. People in the club are so nice that they have become a new family of friends and the beautiful and energetic atmosphere makes you actually want to go train more and more and more!! I love this place and I highly recommend checking this gym out if you really want a life changing gym experience that will become your first addiction! ;)

Fantastic experience: Great space, friendly staff and access to not one but 2 bench press racks as well as a incline bench rack, smith machine and several squat racks. Space in gym is always kept tidy and clean every time ive been.

Fantastic experience: Trained here for 6 months but unfortunately had to cancel membership only due to moving house/area, enjoyed every workout. Staff were always helpful and polite, will definitely train there again if I am nearby.

Negative experience: As instructed i emailed Lateisha Stenton at Snap Fitness Miami to cancel my membership due to boarder closures (Completely out of my control). I was then threatened to pay a following month or face there debt collectors over s $29.90 total. Beware of Snap Fitness Miami's dodgy business practices before signing up to their gym everyone. Stay safe.

Its not over run, the gear is good and the real stand out for me is one of the staff members Latisha. Always smiling when i arrive and is happy to help in anyway possible to make your experience memorable. Highly recommend. :-)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of different Snap clubs for a while, but Snap Miami is definetly where I feel at home. Great environment, all the staff is always with a smile and ready to help, good range of equipments and always clean and tidy. A big shout to Lauren for always being so sweet and attentive, as well as everyone else that works there.

I’ve never had a problem with the equipment and the over all atmosphere is really vibrant and easy going! I’ve been to a few Snaps but this is the one I’m sticking too! Worth the drive everytime! I like feeling comfortable and making friends and Snap Miami really offers that and goes the extra mile!

Jack is an awesome Pilates instructor the yoga teacher is great too. The whole gym is well equiped and clean. I recommend Snap Miami for anyone from beginners like myself to advanced.
