Fantastic experience: I joined Electric Fitness because after months of not strength training, I realized I needed a gym that truly understood my fitness needs. The place I was training at before was expensive, had no variety in the workouts, and only offered once-a-week sessions. I wanted a gym where I could consistently work out with a personal trainer who not only helps me build muscle but also understands my movement patterns, corrects imbalances, and helps prevent injuries. Electric Fitness has been a game-changer for me. I’m now working out consistently two to three times a week, and the fees are reasonable. They’re flexible with my schedule, which is a huge plus with my frequent travel and work commitments. My coach is fantastic, creating new programs every few weeks so I never get bored, and I’m still working towards specific fitness and muscle goals. The semi-private sessions are perfect—2-3 people per session, each on their own tailored program, with group warm-ups and a cardio finisher at the end. The gym has a welcoming community vibe where everyone knows each other, and there’s always a focus on tracking progress and checking in on goals. Since joining Electric Fitness, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my health, happiness, and overall fitness. The consistent workouts, expert guidance, and supportive environment have become an essential part of my life. Fantastic experience: I enquired about a week membership as visiting from Melbourne and Chris was super helpful! The gym is easy to find, clean, tidy and well equiped. The classes are easy to follow as movements in a tv screen and chris there to motivate & encourage! I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Burleigh or Miami….. and after wards a well deserved coffee at ‘the paddock’

After coaching the morning oly lifting and CrossFit classes, I had planned to tackle some admin work in the office today. It was around 11:30 when I was just about to leave. Then, I received a DM from Jamie’s partner, saying she was just around the corner and asking if she could do a drop-in. However, I couldn’t shake off my hunger, and I really wanted to go for lunch Despite this, I suggested she come check out the gym. Olivia responded, ‘Oh, we can go. Do you want something to eat? We’ll get you something from the bakery paddock.’ So, I said, ‘Yep, get me a bacon and egg burger.’ Olivia and Jamie came in, and they did the session. I continued with a bit of work. They are really lovely people. Olivia, a CrossFit trainer working with WIT in London and Jamie involved in turf games worldwide, juggles his busy work commitments. It was such a pleasure to meet you both, and thanks for dropping in. ️♂️
Fantastic experience: Walked past on the way to breakfast- messaged about a drop in- super quick replies from their Instagram page and the owner Chris reached out and accommodated our open gym session very kindly. I was so impressed by the space. Equipment was kept very clean and well looked after. A real community feel. All amenities. Great space to train and we will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Started doing the semi-private classes a couple of months ago-this was exactly what I needed. I used to do crossfit, but lost touch, and didn’t feel confident enough to join regular classes again. The semi-privates keep me accountable, and have an excellent programming, whether experienced or not. Helio, the head trainer, is exceptionally knowledgeable and has helped me correct movements I have been doing wrong for years and years! The simultaneous crossfit classes look great as well. Really love the positive and supportive vibe of this gym/box.

Fantastic experience: I was apprehensive about joining as I’d never done any CrossFit style training before but Chris, the coaches and the community couldn’t have made me feel more welcome!! The 1:1 onboarding sessions are great to correct technique and build confidence before jumping into the group sessions, and the gym itself is so well equipped. 100% would recommend Electric regardless of how big or small your fitness goals are!!

Fantastic experience: I just turned 45 when I started doing CrossFit for the first time ever. I was a little concerned about how I would get on. I have been a runner and cyclist most of my life and hardly ever laid hands on any weights. The coaches were really good at encouraging me and taking time to help me get my technique correct so I can now confidently complete the training programs without worrying about getting injured. Being a time poor father and business owner I just love how the workouts change everyday and all you need to do follow the instructions without having to think. Highly recommend it for anyone thinking about getting back into shape.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing crossfit for 5 years in different places around the world, and here I have felt at home. The coaches have a very good way of teaching and correcting and the gym facilities are amazing. Very well equipped, and in perfect condition. Fantastic experience: I started at electric 6 months ago, straight away I felt extremely welcomed by the staff and comfortable at my level of fitness. my fitness has definitely improved a whole lot more in just 1/2 a year. complete egoless gym, the coaches show true passion and support to all levels of fitness and really focus on helping each person achieve their own personal goals. Fantastic experience: I love Electric Fitness not only for the program but also the community. I love that you can see the workouts in advance and mentally prepare for the week. A lot of CrossFit gyms don’t do that. Another thing I love is how new all the equipment is and how Chris is always putting time and effort to make the gym grow and be better. Fantastic experience: I love CrossFit however was struggling with focused accountability in larger group sessions. I had reached out to Chris for more accountability and perfect timing, Chris had a smaller group available which is dedicated to more accountability, with consistency - where I can’t hide and glide through each session. Since it started, I have seen my confidence, strength and fitness lift and enjoy attending each session.

Fantastic experience: Really amazing box! Huge space and plenty of high quality equipment. The coaches are super friendly and really experienced (pretty cool to see them doing the WODs alongside the members).. the members are all so friendly and make anyone dropping in or joining very welcome. I brought my sister along who is new to CrossFit and all the coaches were very attentive and she loved it!

Fantastic experience: The Electric community is incredible. Unlike some of the other bigger gyms, it's welcoming, friendly and the facilities are great. Keeping classes smaller means more intimate coaching and more time spent with the coach on correct technique and form. Using PRVN programming combined with the excellent coaching staff means you get solid training that the world's best get, while under local guidance to make sure you get the best results, safely. Such a warm and friendly environment to train and really can't recommend enough if you're looking to progress your fitness goals, whatever they might be!

Coach Theo and Chris are both very friendly and experienced. There are always records to beat if you are a hardcore athlete, and also cheering up shouts if you are a beginner and struggling. Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved Electric Fitness! I joined not knowing anything about CrossFit and I became addicted. Theo was an amazing coach he made the time in every session to make sure I understood the technique, he would watch to make sure I was doing it to the best of my ability and would take the time to demonstrate it to me so I would feel comfortable the entire session, it built my confidence to the extreme. The changes Electric Fitness made to my lifestyle as well as my body are unforgettable, I unfortunately had to move and wish to this day I could still be there every morning training in the best facilities and surrounded by amazing people.
