Negative experience: Me and my partner joined in 2022. We both wanted to lose weight, but didn't know what exercises to do or how to do them. We would occasionally ask the gym lady for advice with what exercises to do, and did them. We quit after 6 months, when she left on Maternity leave. Tried using the treadmills and auto weight lifter for biceps, but the lack of guidance was demotivating. Imagine a person who is overweight, joining a gym to lose weight, only for their to be no guidance/information on how to/ where to start. How anxious that person can be, because everyone in the gym is fit, seems to have themselves pulled together. It can be intimidating. What's the point of encouraging people to join your gym, to lose weight when you won't help them lose weight after signing up?

Fantastic experience: Ian is a great manager, I wish I’d have originally signed up here instead of my home gym in the Gold Coast. Gym is always clean, staff are extremely helpful and kind. Gets busy in the afternoons around 3pm or in the morning during class times. Good atmosphere.

Positive experience: It's lacking in equipment but the range it does have suits me. The positioning of the wall decal means that using the treadmills puts you at a bit of annoying eye level, and the cancellation period is fairly long but a decent gym overall.

Fantastic experience: The great thing about this gym is that it's open 24/7 and that it's safe. It has enough equipment that you never have to wait for a turn and it's all well maintained. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and get to know you on a personal level, knowing your name and your goals. Additionally, the staff are well trained and able to assist with reaching your goals.

The open plan layout of this gym makes for a great environment and it's great as a girl because I don't feel intimidated to use the weights because of how open the place is.

Fantastic experience: More than just a gym, i'd recommend this place to anyone. As a first timer myself, Ian (the owner) is very flexible and understanding, the equipment is kept in great condition and there's everything you need including a great cardio room for boxing and stretching, no shady lock-in contracting is a huge bonus aswell, the atmosphere and members aren't typical gym junkies so the gym is a place for anyone and everyone

Fantastic experience: This gym is always clean and kept to a great standard. The people and staff are always friendly. Try and avoid late night Mondays as it can get quite busy. Other than that its a great gym if you're after a relaxed and quiet environment.

Separate functional area for stretching and cardio based exercises proving ifeelgood 24/7 Underwood has everything you need. Car parking is not a hassle and Ian is always friendly creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Ifeelgood underwood is a great place to train for all types of people. For the high amount of facilities, new equipment and 24/7 access, the price was almost too good to be true. The staff are also exceptional and provide you with a very high quality of service. Lastly I was amazed at how large their open fitness/ class area was and also their large amount of their calisthenic equipment. Overall, great place and will remain a customer for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of ifeelgood underwood since it opened. It is a great gym! Very friendly environment, the manager is very welcoming and engages with all members on a daily basis. The facility itself, all up to date gym equipment, from assisted machines to free weights, it has it all. The gym also has a multifunction/purpose room for all members to use and also where classes are held. Love being a member of ifeelgood underwood. It's become like a family there. A lot of members have become friends and it is very multicultural.
