At no stage have I felt I was being pushed a product or a service as they just simply do not operate that way. They just offer as much support & guidance as you need, when you ask for it. It’s a vey clean gym with a large selection of equipment to move between. I highly rate them & I’m glad to have found a gym that makes it so comfortable to be there.

Positive experience: I have been a member with Anytime Fitness Rocklea for a few weeks now and I’m enjoying the fact that I can go in at anytime I need a workout, I love the freedom of working out in peace without having to wait for equipment…the only suggestions I would make would be more diverse equipment but I do understand that the location is still recovering from the flooding and my choice of tools might just not be as mainstream as I would imagine.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Just moved into Indooroopilly and didn't think it could get any better than the Stones Corner AF. I prefer to drive here than walk to the Indro AF (total dump). Huge workout space, never too busy, and when it is there's still plenty of room. Lots of equipment, great variety, all modern and clean and in great working order. Exceptional functional space. Great amenity. Plenty of bathrooms/showers (very clean), cubbyholes for storage, ample parking out front. Friendly staff. This gym is definitely work the subscription cost. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Great gym and staff. But unfortunately the noise level is sitting right on the level that will cause hearing damage under long exposure. Not sure why it has to be so loud all of the time.

Fantastic experience: I've always been adamant that I'd never join a gym, but I took the plunge earlier this month and haven't looked back since! This gym is modern, spacious, and an overall great environment to start or continue your gym journey. The team have been kind and helpful from the get go, and I can't wait to continue growing my confidence on the equipment and getting more fit and healthy in 2024!

Fantastic experience: Good range of equipment, well designed. Thought was put into the inventory of equipment in this gym. Never an.issue accessing equipment. First gym in ages where it's feasible during busy times to be able to use a routine.

Fantastic experience: Since joining Anytime Fitness Rocklea in September this year I have really enjoyed being part of this exercise community. The strength equipment is excellent & the layout of the gym allows for everyone to workout with plenty of space. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. Totally recommend

What truly stands out is the warm welcome from Sophie and Megan, making my transition smoother. Highly recommended for both newcomers and fitness enthusiasts!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I signed up many months ago and were told about a specific money-saving deal by a then staff member, and when we went to collect our keys recently, the current staff were not aware of this deal that was made, but to their credit, honoured it anyway. Great service and a very customer first approach. We can't wait to start at the gym once it opens soon!

Negative experience: Not a good experience at all. Been with the club for 3 years and they have had staff issues leading to poor customer service. Have brought the club new members only to be rewarded with poor customer service and no communication. Tried to cancel my membership for 3 weeks and called the store numerous times and no one picks up. Finally responded back and then charges me $60 as a '30 day cancellation fee'. If you guys have had staff tending to phone calls earlier this wouldn't of happened? This same situation occured a couple months back when trying to pause my membership. Called them several times to pause, no response and got charged. Facilities also weren't even open due to the floods and even with the hardship at the moment they still want to charge you for inaccessible equipment? Thought memberships were suppose to be frozen so why am i being charged? All in all not a great experience for a loyal member, would be better off going to a different gym where the business' issues didn't affect their customers. Very disappointed and not good to hear for new customers.

Negative experience: I ve just joined up today payed my joining fee an acces card fee 130 dollars plus Lura add 2 weeks but somehow I get a email from debitsucces my first direct debit is on the 7/01/2022. An she also gave me a reciept say creidt so if this first week comes out I will be leaving this gym an requesting all my money back because she lair too me ill wait an see what happens Friday or ready bad service

Fantastic experience: Great Anytime Fitness gym. Modern equipment compared to other gyms. Upstairs area proves very useful. Plenty of weights and cardio machines. Whenever I go there’s always a fruit bowl stocked with fresh produce from the local market. Amenities available along with water drinking fountain and storage area for belongings. Equipment always appears clean, well maintained and hygienic. Wipes available at the ready. Staff are friendly and greet every time I arrive. There are designated car parks however they can sometimes be full, limited parking spots however that happens at most gyms during peak workout times. Overall I would highly recommend Anytime Fitness at Rocklea.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of AFRocklea for a few years now. After wandering from gym to gym over a number of years I have found my home. Over the shutdown Bryce, Deb and Lauren went above and beyond to keep the community updated and included. Before they reopened the whole gym was sanitised and sparkled complete with purple disco lights around the mirror! The members I see have always been friendly and caring of their gym ensuring that they wipe down all equipment after use. Not something that happens everywhere. Even though I no longer work or live anywhere near Rocklea any more I still drive there every morning before driving to the nearest train station to go to work. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Good onya guys! So happy to be part of the AFRocklea family. Kat.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the better Anytime for equiptment and being able to use what you want. There is plenty of space for social distancing and friendly staff. They have a boxing bag which, I feel like all gyms need. The atmosphere is chill, which is great if that's what you want, but if not, then maybe find somewhere more aggressive.

I am always being greeted with a friendly smiling face which makes me feel very welcome and happy to be apart of the anytime fitness community. The facilities are well maintained with plenty of equipment to go around, even during the most busy times. One of the best parts of the gym is the high roof, it makes the gym feel roomy and not claustrophobic like many other gyms. Looking forward to many more years being part of the Rocklea crew.

Fantastic experience: I've had my best gym experience at Anytime Fitness Rocklea. The staff are super friendly and always make and effort to say hi or bye as you enter and exit. The gym is always well maintained and super clean. Even when there are weights left around by members, a staff member cleans it up pretty quickly. I love the second floor as it adds space and room for a greater variety of exercises.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Rocklea is probably one of my most favourite gyms in Brisbane within the franchise. The gym feels like it is just the right size as it is not too big or not too small, and my experience with the staff there has been nothing but positive! This used to be my regular gym until I moved away but it would be if I moved back into the area.

Fantastic experience: I've been at Rocklea for 5 months now and it is one of the best gyms I've been to, also much better than any other anytime fitness. The staff are so lovely and even tracked down more equipment for me when I asked! They also sometimes provide snacks! I like feeling known at my gym to ease awkwardness and this gym has definitely done that. It is small but has all the equipment needed. It can be busy at the usual times, and equipment can be hard to get to, but it is very quiet outside the usual 5-7pm peak. There are also classes through the wee. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Rocklea is a standout gym in so many ways. It is a family owned and operated gym with so much pride in every aspect of the gym. All the equipment is kept in excellent condition, the bathrooms and the gym in general are always very clean and organised. There are some really thoughtful additions like complimentary toiletries, a fresh fruit bowl, you can DJ the music from the Spotify touch panel, antibacterial wipes, regular health professional evenings, etc etc. The vibe is always good in the gym and attracts a great demographic of members. And....plenty of car parking right at the front door. ATF Rocklea definitely makes going to the gym a pleasure.

Negative experience: Most trashy gym ever. They lock you up with a most stupid terms on their contract, which it never let you out, and if even your contract ends they charge a cancelation fee like $65... Use snap fitness instead, no contract no hidden fees and no BS. You’ll thank me later ‍♂️
