Fantastic experience: Jai and all the staff at Advance Fitness Northside are always so welcoming and friendly. It’s always so nice walking in and seeing their smiling faces. They have a wide range of equipment and classes to offer catering to all different fitness levels. And an amazing infrared sauna with a super user friendly booking system.

Fantastic experience: It's so nice to be back in the pool doing a structured water aerobics class.. friendly and fun participants with helpful instructors who give advice on areas you need.. as a full time worker it's nice to have a water class with a time slot I can attend.. Reception staff are always friendly and up for a chat.. great friendly feel catering to everyone's needs whether it be classes or a gym program - thanks team appreciate your help and knowledge with my injury

Fantastic experience: Kids have been attending Northside swimming for 7 years and can not beat the experience anywhere else. Bec is truly amazing on trying to make each swimming experience as easy and convenient for every family. Customer service is always 100% for both swim team and gym.

Positive experience: Wanted a pool to swim in but water is 34° and a small pool and extremely stuffy. No hydrolic equipment in the gym only free weight machines. Shame as closer for me, but have to drive a bit further to aqua moves, who have hydrolic machines and a pool temp of 24° which is better to swim in. And air a bit easier to breath in. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just wish there was a bit more diversity in equipment and pool wasn't as hot and stuffy I would have preferred to go here.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly local gym. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. PT's are brilliant. Gym is currently going through a refurbishment, with new equipment, AC, sauna etc. Lots of cool new stuff to help keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals.

Negative experience: My sister and I went to go for a swim after 10 am this morning, a lady with short grey hair said that there is no casual swimming this morning, we commented that pre-Covid we both had memberships and went swimming in the am, the grey haired lady said no, I’ve been here for ten years and there has never been casual swimming in the morning, so she basically called us liars, my sister then said that we both have Fibromyalgia and that we get very tired by lunch time to which this lady LAUGHED, why is it funny to laugh at someone with a disability, the point of this is there was no kindness or understanding, only attitude that we were 100% incorrect, the tone of voice was also appalling, just because we are of the older generation, do es that not mean that we should not get the respect that we would have got if we were younger and fitter.

Positive experience: It's about $10 a week access to the gym (excluding the pool) which is a good price. The only things I'd love to see changed, is maybe more air con and the equipment getting fixed a bit quicker. A part from that, it's pretty good value for money. I'd recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: I frequent Shepparton often (I'm from Melbourne) and have tried out quite a few gyms on a casual basis. I really enjoyed the presence of the manager, Theo, who I meet at the previous gym and now learning that he moved acrossed meant I had to try Advance Fitness and I was blown away. It's a huge gym with plenty of facilities and I never have to wait for equipment (unlike the tiny Melbourne gyms). Theo remains his amazing self and I'm keen for the next time I'm up to visit again!

Fantastic experience: Having known Theo as Manager of another gym in Shepparton, I decided to follow him across to Advance Fitness Northside. Safe to say I'm not disappointed. Theo has proven to be extremely approachable and more than happy to help in any regard. Great staff, great facilities, and terrific manager!

Fantastic experience: The guys and girls at advanced fitness are amazing, they challenge you to be the best version of yourself and they cater for all fitness levels and abilities. It feels like you belong to a family.

Fantastic experience: They have everything that you need for your workout, it’s spacious, not crowded, friendly staff and has a pool with sauna and jacuzzi facilities, moreover they conduct swim classes as well for the kids which is highly beneficial.

Positive experience: Everything is great. The staff and facilities. Only drawback is the pool is small. It’s great for kids learning swimming but not adult.

Fantastic experience: One of the most friendly gyms out there. They've also good areas to workout although it does fill up especially for the swimming pool. I was only there for a week and Josh was kind enough to give me a week's trial. Will definitely recommend this gym to anyone out in Shepparton!

Fantastic experience: Started at Advanced fitness in March, always great to have a quality local 24/7 gym.. Connor has been an absolute gem. He set me out on my workout routine and our 6 week assessments that we do are always great to see where I’ve come from and learning new things to push me through to the next assessment.. I’ve also met a few regulars who are great to train with and to also learn from. Especially Craig.. as far as resources go, they have everything someone needs to get better a solid weight room and a designated Astro turf section for cardio and HIIT sessions.. constantly going in and out of lockdown has sucked but the effort the team at advanced fitness has put in to making sure everything is clean to ensure public safety is second to none.

Fantastic experience: Have recently move to Shepparton and l approach Advanced Fitness to see what was available. I was treat not as a number, but as a person who they could help. I have been doing their aqua aerobic classes and can not speak highly enough of the instructors. The centre itself has a good vibe to it , all the other patrons are happy to make you feel part of the classes. They seem to have all avenues covered for everyone to fit in and be part of the groups and culture..

Fantastic experience: If you love all the good quality old school gear this is the place to be. It does have some newer modern gear aswell. It is an awesome gym with everything you need for your personal training. And group classes, well they have tones of classes for just about everything from yoga to body pump classes and everything in between. They even have a pool!!! The prices are great value for money also. If you want to get fit come check them out and see what they have to offer, I'm sure you'll find something that suits you.

Negative experience: Good location, average equipment that is rarely maintained and updated, ugly interior and terrible facilities (showers missing handles and shower heads, toilets missing seats etc.) Only positive is it is cheaper than most gyms however the quality is lower as result. Definitely will not be renewing my membership and am even considering asking for a refund

Fantastic experience: 6am Bootcamp weekdays.... can't wait to wake up for a workout. Group PT session, what a way to go. Great mix of routines, equipment & the Trainers work you to be fitter, healthier, stronger, prouder.

Negative experience: This facility is terrible. Staff would not let me sign up for a free trial without strictly committing to a contract. There are much friendly and cheaper gyms in Shepparton, dont waste your time here. Edit: Now the establishment is getting staff to give the gym 5 star reviews, eg. Tash [whos review is now deleted because it was obvious she was pretending to be a customer] and Carolyn [a staff memeber of this joint]. Edit - And no, I was denied by management a free trial because I did not want to immediately want to pay up for the 30 day membership. Hope your gym goes in the way of how you treat prospective members.
