Fantastic experience: The girls at reception are so welcoming every time i walk in there. The new reno is much more spacious. The only thing that annoys me is the Men who train there honestly needs to use the FREE deodorant at the reception. Other than that I love this gym

Negative experience: The worest experience ever. I emailed for the cancellation my membership 2 months ago and still they are cutting money from my account like a thieves don't know what the ... policy the are talking about even I asked for the cancellation still they are saying that we have our policy. This is not the way of stilling money from your members shame on you snap fitness.

Negative experience: Awful Experience with Sneapfitness Auburn I am extremely frustrated with Sneapfitness Auburn. Despite sending emails five times requesting to cancel my membership, they never processed my request. To make matters worse, they continue to deduct money from my account even though I am no longer using their services. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Avoid Sneapfitness Auburn if you value your time and money. Beware of SneapFitness Auburn. They charged me extra fees without informing me and refused to provide a refund or explanation. Their billing practices are unprofessional and lack transparency.

As we have explained numerous times (via, phone, email and SMS) your initial emails were not sent to our email address. We are unable to reply to emails that do not land in our inbox. As for the email cancellation requests that you sent to our email - all have been responded to asking for your action as a cancellation fee is required to cancel your fixed term contract early, as you have not replied agreeing to payment deduction your membership is still active (we have also mentioned this in numerous emails to you). Till date no additional fees have been charged as you are still within contract term and cancellation fee has not been paid. All conditions are transparent and within the contract that you signed. To the best of our ability we have come to a compromised solution for you. If you do not believe this is the case, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we can arrange for our manager to reach out to you. Thank you
Negative experience: Absolute bunch of thieves. Played my membership payment for my Melbourne based snap fitness on Monday and gave 30 dsys notice i was cancelling my gym membership then Tuesday these guys take another fortnightly payment out. Am I required to pay two locations twice when I cancel my membership. Beware of this business

We have been notified by head office that our payment system had encountered a labelling error. So despite these payments being labelled to have been deducted from Snap Fitness Auburn they were not by our location. What I would suggest is that you continue to reach out to your respective Snap Fitness location and check why your membership has still not been cancelled. Negative experience: AlertAlert Before You join this gym you need to know some few drawback of this gym; 1- Not enough equipment comparing to another according to cost wise. 2- They just try how to grab more money from you by sending messages about insufficient amount and add additional fee by giving reason of delay payment and if you don’t reply that message with your bank balance proof then they will charge you even if you have sufficient balance to cover it. 3- At last they try to take more charge even at the end time by saying we have some procedures and you have to pay You all will regret at last. Don’t blindly believe in each and every good reviews that you see. There are lots of drawbacks of this gym which they hide and it’s important for you all to know about it.
Hi Tara, thank you for providing feedback regardnig your experience at our gym. However, from your feedback the drawback seems stem from misunderstandings. 1. Thank for your pointing this out, however we are set at the market standard and are inline with surrounding facilities. 2. We do not add additional fee simply due to insufficent funds (in fact we do not charge a dishonour fee for late payment at all), rather this is a friendly warning as accumulated arrears will result in additional fees that are not collected by us rather by a third party collections. Our billing is automatic and retries after a failed attempt, so we are unaware that you are having issues unless this is brought to our attention by members. If you have sufficient funds and payments are not going through this is a restriction that you have placed and can be resloved simply by reaching out to your bank. If members are having issues which are not communicated unfortunately we will not know that these issues exist and need to be attended to. 3. All cancellations follow our contracts which are signed and can be reviewed at anytime by our members, we do not try to take more unecessary charges, however if you are in arrears these are fees that must be cleared. Good reviews are left by memebers that have thoroughly enjoyed their time attending out gym and raise concerns when they arise so a simple solution can be curated. If terms and conditions are unclear they reach out to make sure they are across them. To the best of our ability we have come to a compromised solution for you. Negative experience: Staff is friendly but it is smallest of all the gyms. Very cramped and not enough equipment. Lot of plates, machines, weights are missing.
Hi Umair, thank you for leaving feedback regarding our gym. But it seems your may not have discovered our entire gym which you have access to! We have our gym split in two, one side contains our cardio machines, pinloaded machines, plate loaded machines and free weights. The second room next door is our functional space which is smaller, however contains our squat cage, deadlfting platform, hack squat, hip thrust, crossfit bars and other alternative for squat set up. We would be delighted to have you back to gain the full Snap Fitness Auburn experience!

Fantastic experience: I've been with this gym since it opened, the gym is not too small, there is everything you need to get really good workout in, plus it is way cleaner than all other gyms in the suburb (iykyk) The staffs are very friendly and so are the gym bros and sis, it has a very supportive community there, highly recommended! Negative experience: Worst gym of all. Deliberately puncturing tyre if you park there. Do Not Go Here. Will take legal action once i get more people who experienced it. Whoever experienced the same, contact the building manager Joe for more. I will do it too.
Hi Hussain, I've had a look into our databse and note that you are not a member with us, so unfortunately you are not permitted to be parking in our designated areas to begin with. It is a given that regardless of where you park there will always be a risk for damange to occur. We have been trying to manage our car spaces exclusively for members only, however the residents of the building continue to illegally park in our carpark, thus far we have not gotten any complaints from our members about such damage so hope this matter will not carry on and that residents park in their designated areas.
Positive experience: Good Gym, clean, street parking is shocking, parking rangers always out to book people. the underground parking they provided would be perfect however it is always full because of residence of the apartment block upstairs using it as a second parking spot an is always occupied even tho the gym only has a handful of people training, something should be done about this it makes the gym not easily accessible and a distance to walk just for parking. please fix it, deserves 5 stars otherwise.

Negative experience: If I could I would give a 0*. Avoid! Or don't sign any contract with them, if you don't use the service you still have to pay and if you are bankrupt they'll hook you with debt collectors and your credit will be blacklisted. Again don't sign any contract with them it will be an irreversible mistake.
Hi Moe, we don’t recall you as a member, if you were a member of our club and was on contract, we have advised you of the conditions and membership cancellation policy during sign up, if you decided not to use the gym and not bother freezing or cancelling your membership, you will be debited, you can’t expect us to know your condition as all our members gets global access to all snap fitness clubs, we will not know if you are visiting different clubs, if your payments could not be debited you will be in debt, and when you refuse to pay the amount owing you will be sent to debt collectors and have your membership terminated.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym. Small, but packed to the guts with everything you need. Even has personal parking underground (even though lots of locals park there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). If you manage to go there when there aren't other people, you will easily forget that you're at a business because it feels like a home.
Fantastic experience: Usually train at a Snap closer to home however it was super packed so I decided to venture a little further to Snap Fitness Auburn. The gym has two sides one conventional and the other functional. Really impressed as it has a decent amount of equipment and seem really well maintained. Staff are super friendly and happy to help so DEFINITELY going to be coming back more often. Worth every bit of that extra 15 minute drive.
Positive experience: Although quite small, it has enough equipment to do a full body workout. The equipment is also arranged well so that you can comfortably walk around. I love how they have their own garage carpark and you can choose the music played at the gym. they also have a charging station for your phone. They do really well with what they have.
Negative experience: Due to my busy schedule , I just try to cancelled my membership but they charge me and also charge weekly payment even i was not able to attend. Bad Experience ….
Hi Sujan, you have signed up for a 12 months membership, we offer free freezing, but we didn’t not receive any request from you in regards to that, we cannot check if everyone is attending the gym or not, it is your own responsibility to request for freeze if you are busy schedule and are unable to use the gym.

Negative experience: After a while, I was being charged once a week instead of once every 2 weeks. Tried to cancel my membership after I found out but they have me excuses. After telling them off for a while, they agreed to cancel my membership. The gym is nice but the customer service is lacking.
Fantastic experience: I like the maintaining of two different sections. One for all weights and machine exercises and other from HIIT, Stretching, Strengthening exercises. Only issue is not enough drinking water or water refill outlets. Just one in each section. Need to wait to drink or refill

Also if you do come in peak hours any good gyms would be busy and you should be expected to having to share equipment with other members. If you don't wish to do so, just simply go in at non peak hours or find a gym that is old and quiet.

Fantastic experience: Nice new gym with tecnogym equipment, very user friendly. The studio room is also very nice with many equipments.
Negative experience: It was new gym. so, I expected to setup more machines and equipments. but it is still lack of machines and equipments. such as, there is one Power rack, one Smith machine one Sit up bench............ they need more practical machines like Butterfly with revers function , Multi press, Prone Leg Curl, Leg raise machine, Decline bench, Pec fly Rear Delt machine and others... one more thing. leg extension has limit to 80kg. it is very poor. I hope they would check what people need it.
Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the most organized and feel at home gym I have been to. The trainers here from the manager to each and every staff are really friendly, offer advice and tips and tricks from maintaining correct postures to healthy food tips. Even though the gym is small, it has every equipment you need to train. Keep it up guys.
