Fantastic experience: I work here but also train with couch Mimi, I’m neurodivergent and find that Werribee gym is extremely inviting and accepting, when I walk through the doors to train I feel like I’ve found a 2nd home, clean bright and beautiful, also very purple

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using anytime fitness as my gym for almost ten years now, starting my training at the Werribee gym. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive and the recent refurb has made sure all the equipment is up to date and in good shape. I’d strongly recommend joining and if you’re starting out then get yourself a personal trainer. It’ll keep you accountable and teach you the right techniques so you don’t get injured or discouraged

Together with a wide range of equipment, a variety of group classes & friendly, knowledgeable staff combined with 24/7 access, what's not to love! If you're into fitness, it's a winner! Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Anytime Fitness Werribee. Not only did they fail to provide the promised 24/7 access to the facility, but they also exhibited a lack of communication and security concerns. On multiple occasions, I arrived at the gym only to find it closed without any prior announcement. This was particularly frustrating considering the significant inconvenience of driving there for 20 minutes, only to be greeted by a sign stating that the gym was closed due to lack of staff. It is unacceptable for a gym to promise round-the-clock access during the signup process and then fail to deliver on that promise. Moreover, the lack of updated hours on the gym's website added to the inconvenience. If they had communicated the closure in advance, I could have saved myself the time and effort. This lack of communication demonstrates a disregard for the needs and expectations of paying customers. Furthermore, I would like to note that my wife's boots were stolen at this gym in August last year. This incident raises serious security concerns and it is disheartening to see that the management has not taken adequate steps to ensure the safety of their members' belongings. Based on my experiences with Anytime Fitness Werribee, I strongly advise against signing up at this facility. The lack of communication, failure to uphold promises, and security issues make it clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. I recommend finding a gym that values their members and provides a secure and reliable environment. In conclusion, my overall experience with Anytime Fitness Werribee has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I regret becoming a member and will be actively seeking alternative gym options that prioritize customer satisfaction and security.

Negative experience: If I could give this gym a no star, I would. Where do I even begin? Let's begin with the only positive about the place is the office staff, they are the only ones that listen and take in feedback which I appreciated and they gave friendly smiles and conversations. I've actually never been more happy to terminate a gym membership in the 15 years I've been training for. There is nothing worse then having an arrogant gym owner (Brad) who thinks every time you give feedback he takes it as a personal attack. I've been training there for 5 years. Longer then he has owned it. He was up for renovations and spent (apparently) a few hundred thousand dollars to the entire gym. Now with that sort of money being spent you as a gym goer would expect a lot of brand new weight workout machines and get rid of the old nasty falling apart Ones. Instead spends the money on the (look) of the place and not the functionality of it. Paints old equipment black to make them look new then bolts chair's down so you can't do certain work outs with them. Places squat racks with no mirrors in front of them so pointless. then puts up our fees twice in the year without even telling us and says I opted to not receive emails, which was never the case. I can count on ONE HAND ‍♂️ the amount of new weight training machines he actually bought which i think is very poor considering the money that was spent. Everything is placed in the worse spots, the gym was actually better functioning before the renovation. Then he complains about the chair's being moved because he had bolted down a cable machine in the centre of where all the chairs should be. I could go on more and more on how bad the place is, toilets are always being closed down because people keep intentionally blocking them up, shows the quality of the members. Good to be out of there and onto a better gym ️‍♂️ # in response to your false feedback about a long time customer, I am actually friends with all your staff and have never had a problem with them firstly, secondly your comment and opinions are invalid since you only have owned the gym far lesser then I've been going there and you visit the club a few times a year (which I spend 6 out of 7 days a week there training) thirdly I've never had any problem with any other members. The only issue that has ever been lies with you and your lack of knowledge on how to renovate a gym or how to set one up. But the biggest problem is that you can't take negative feedback about the club which was to try to improve it but you take it as a personal attack which tells me your lack of care to members opinions. Which proves to me that you are not a professional gym owner only some one making a quick buck and putting prices up without consenting members.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym, everyone is so helpful and nice in there. Everything is very friendly and easy to use. I love the surroundings and community in the gym. Only downside is no one answers when I ring even if I call a lot and separate the calls between 20 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym with a great atmosphere, Kiara and Zurah make every member feel welcomed every visit and always have time for a chat or to help out with our fitness goals, but with 2 price rises within 12mths for long term members its time to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: After 3 days of signing up, decided to cancel the membership well within 7 day cooling off period, but been told by staff the fob key fee, worth 70$, is non- refundable. There’s not many equipment, even at 7.30pm people hogging up the machines, its a struggle to find the machines. It’s such a rip off, compared to the other gyms I have been to. Very disappointed and won’t recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: First week here and been loving it. Big thanks to lovely staff that has guided me, made me feel welcomed and always down for a friendly chat. Could use more machines like cable machine as it can get busy sometimes. Other than that, great gym, great atmosphere and great community

It’s good that you promptly replied to my review but would have been great if you had contacted me as you have my details, I am sure you don’t know the actual story. Your staff kept on changing their stand and didn’t give me any option rather just rudely said “we don’t have any record” and when your staff behaved rudely I changed my mind. Still open to tell you the full facts. Hope you understand.

Negative experience: Bad experience, i will never go to this gym anymore. I warned my friends - “before signing up read the fine prints. There’s a tick box where they will tick without telling you. The tick box is automatic renewal although you reiterate the end date. I felt lied to and taken advantage of my trust. And it’s so difficult to end membership. make sure everything should be written/documented or emailed as proof because they will deny what they said verbally. Or better not to sign up on this gym. They have zero care and untrustworthy. I’ve been to 2 gyms in the past and ending membership was not an issue.” Update: To the owner who’s replying to the reviews. I hope you’ll be aware of how your staff conduct their tasks especially about ending memberships. They are only nice when signing up new members but they will make it so difficult to get out when the membership ends already. It seems you dont know your staff that well. It looks like they dont care about your business.

Positive experience: Nice gym. Visited here today for the first time and hopefully will keep visiting from now on, now that I have shifted base from Canberra to Melbourne. The only thing I found a bit off is the small overall size / area, of course I understand it's because I am comparing this to ATF Gungahlin (ACT), which is huge. Else, everything all good.

Negative experience: The website says they are staffed from 8am Thursdays. Their front door says likewise. Arrived at 830 without my fob and door locked, no answer to the landline and mobile numbers posted. Landline just rings through without voicemail. Waited till 9 still no response. When you can get in it's ok - friendly people but a bit busy and small.

Negative experience: If you're going to have the rule that new members can't access other locations for 30 days unless staffed then maybe you should ensure those locations are staffed per the hours you list.

Positive experience: It's a bit of a small gym, and it's very busy with people hogging the machines you want to use most of the time. I haven't been super early in the morning or late at night though, I tend to go between 9am-8pm. So it might be a bit quieter before and after those times. Some of the staff are great, they are keen to help and give advice. There aren't many classes, so if you love attending classes you might want to join another gym.

Fantastic experience: Generally well managed, kept the place clean and fun to be. Some staffs are also very supportive and polite. Additionally it's pretty attitude free with mix of men and women, some serious some not so. Repairing of machines has also improved recently and now repaired pretty quickly.

Fantastic experience: Cardio equipment seems to be the latest precor models. They’ve removed the old iPhone connectors and replaced it with Bluetooth for music streaming, Netflix Spotify etc. They’ve also got a smartphone charging station. Gym itself is decent sized: 1 squat rack, 2 power racks and a smith machine. Will have to visit during peak to see how busy it gets.

Fantastic experience: For anyone looking for a gym close by don't go past anytime fitness Werribee, has a very nice space well air conditionered.. the owner and staff have put a lot into the design and layout to fit as much as they can in the space available. Personal trainers have a lot of experience behind them and happy to work with any fitness level and support target goals Plenty of car parks around with healthy food options close by to grab something right after a work out.

Fantastic experience: three things i look for in a gym, approachable staff, clean floor and bathrooms and multiple squat racks. anytime fitness werribee has all three and i couldn't recommend them more. definitely one of the better gyms and best anytime locations.

Fantastic experience: I have worked out in many anytime gyms across Australia but none compare to anytime fitness Werribee. All equipment is brand new and there is such a huge selection to choose from. Friendly staff,cleanest gym in Australia and great atmosphere due to music being played at a perfect level. I am so happy to have finally found a gym that I actually look forward to visiting on a daily basis. Thanks to all the staff for creating the perfect friendly environment to workout in.
