Fantastic experience: Down from Sydney for a week to see my aging mother and needed a convenient gym for my regular routine and was so impressed by Ali and the fact it was 24 hrs as I could go when ever suited me, recommended 100%

Negative experience: My recent trial at RPM Fitness was a major disappointment. The gym was noisy, chaotic, and filled with inconsiderate loud students. The staff didnt do their job and let it all happen, and my friend was unfairly banned for a small reason, forgetting to pick up his plastic bottle. I would strongly advise anyone considering this gym to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: School kids who go to this gym then come into the mall and steal and vandalise the shopping centre, gym management knows this but does not tell the kids off, cancelled my membership at after I watched a group of kids vandalise the parents room and when they got caught they all ran upstairs into the gym!!!

Negative experience: ngl I found rats next to the weights, and they made me mess up my 500kg deadlift.

Negative experience: The staff here are lazy and tend to just stare at their phones scrolling on social media than really doing anything to improve the gym environment. The equipment here is below average and isn't well equipped and you'll have to wait often on busy hours. The membership price is unreasonably higher and you're not paying for anything better than any other gym. They ask for feedback from members but nothing has changed since then. The manager tries moving equipment in hopes of reviving the gym but does nothing but move equipment away into poor areas. The manager also thought it was a good idea in moving the lockers from a completely fine more private spot to the toilets where people literally urinate and take dumps (no consideration of sanitation). Some of the members here vaping in the bathroom and the staff worry more about multiple people using the same equipment.

Negative experience: This place was like home to me everyone loved the gym it was perfect until wail had to start banning people for random things started to increase the price for everything this wasn’t the only bad thing he banned 2 guys for something they didn’t even do what a shame. This place has way to many kids n the management n place is terrible don’t go way better gyms for lower prices

Negative experience: This gym is getting run into the ground. One of the reasons is manager brings his nephews and family to gym and they bring their pets. Like birds and cats and mess around the whole time interrupting your workout. Not good enough

Negative experience: Average facilities, better gyms for the same price not that far away. Full of 15 year old kids. Cancelled my membership 2 days before it was set to renew, they took the monthly direct debit after my contract was cancelled and refused to issue a refund.

Negative experience: I have tried to join up 3 times during the staffed hours it says on its website but no one is ever at the reception desk and I've called but no one ever answers the phone.

Positive experience: Budget gym. Has everything I need. However, gym is constantly having machines break down and a lot of the machines weight plugs are missing. Some of the machines are slightly dirty or old.

Negative experience: I used to love this gym, but after all of the good employees left, it went from best gym to worst gym. I went to the gym yesterday and was kicked out because I didn't realise my membership had expired; I even offered to pay the next day because I didn't have any money, but they didn't care and kicked me out.

Negative experience: Wallahi after johno left the gym, the place turned into paralowie high school, you see at least 10 paralowie kids near the machines.

Negative experience: Rpm used to be the best gym ever, the fridge was stocked up, the supplements were stocked up, the equipment were rarely broken and the saunas were working. Ever since one of the good worker left the gym has turned into zoo, nothing is stocked up and the new workers are so rude. If you’re 1 day late with your membership they won’t let you train at all. I miss the old rpm

Positive experience: Plenty of space and equipment, plus it's cheap, but maintanence is lacking. Equipment has been broken for months and there is no sign of it getting repaired. Even worse when the popular equipment is fixed quickly while the other nichè equipment is left out of service for months. If they kept up the repairs, it'd be one of the better gyms.

Negative experience: Water tap not working and they didn’t email their client . Otherwise, customers could come with water or money to buy from GYM. They should have to offer free water, if tap under maintenance.

Negative experience: I just joined in January and equipment and staff used to be great but ever since it has gone down hill. Equipment is never gets cleaned, the weights never get put away. Also the drinking fountain is leaking and water on the floor. Also there are too many teenagers I the afternoon and they take ur weights without asking.

Fantastic experience: I'm an 'RPM Hollywood Plaza' member who comes in 4 times a week. Equipment is always well maintained, bathrooms are always clean and the owner checks on his members to see how they're progressing. Lost over 10kg in fat and gained a strong physique from the large variety of equipment available. Working out is no longer boring. It's the best GYM and I'd recommend anyone reading this to join!
