Fantastic experience: My partner and I visit Snap Fitness when we holiday in Caloundra. They have a brilliant casual pass for people just wanting to pay each day while on holidays. It works well for us and the staff are freindly and very accommodating. They make us feel like regulars even when we just visit a few times a year. The place is clean, well laid out and has a fantastic range of equipment adequate for beginners through to professional trainers. Great for Cardio or Strength training, I highly recommend Snap Fitness Caloundra.

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness Caloundra about four to five months ago after moving to the area, and it has been a fantastic experience. The gym is well-maintained with a great selection of equipment that did everything i needed. The staff are exceptional—always kind and welcoming. To further back that idea, when I didn’t have my key card, they still allowed me to message them for access without any hassle. Their commitment to customer service really makes the experience 10 times better. If you’re looking for an amazing gym, I highly recommend Snap Fitness Caloundra!

I’m not much of a 24/7 type of gym as I like to train with like minded people so wasn't sure if I should join, however this is one of the very few Snap fitness gyms that has group classes and believe me they are THE BEST!! You train hard and have such a FUN time as well. Every class is different and on Fridays the super trainer Kurt from Herd Fitness creates the funnest environment where we play games (whilst training hard!). During the Olympics he has created all sorts of engaging and challenging workouts where he keeps everyone competing with a smile (as per photo where my husband and I represented my loving country Colombia and WON ). Kurt even played the anthem! He always has something for every fitness level. If you like training ‘solo’ Snap Fitness Caloundra has all the equipment you could ever need and different rooms so you will alway find an available machine or weights. Can’t stop raving about Brad and Karla the owners and their amazing staff. They are constantly creating new challenges to keep people motivated. For example they created a great Bingo challenge encouraging everyone to stay fit, active and win $$ towards your membership. If you are looking for a gym in Caloundra, this is definitely my pick

Fantastic experience: Snap Caloundra stands out massively against all other gyms and snap fitness centres. The team and the clientele here are all like a family! I have had the most amazing gym experience I am always excited to train on the incredible equipment that caters for everyone at different skill levels. All of the personal trainer are friendly and always happy to provide advice although the owners by far stand out the most with their incredible customer service and always being so kind and compassionate! They truly make you feel so welcome

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve visited on the Sunshine Coast. A wide range of free weights and machines as well as an exceptional functional fitness and group training area. But the real standout is the exceptional customer service provided by Brad and Karla. From our first to our last session we were always made to weep welcome and comfortable and really noticed the continuous improvements being made in line with the customer feedback. Sadly we moved away from the area so we no longer train there but if we ever move back to the area this would be our first choice to train at

Negative experience: Came to snap during the ‘0$ sign up week’ made me pay 149$ for a lock in contract and pretty much forced me to pay another 200$ for 0$ cancel fee. They didn’t let me read the contract either and told me to quickly sign it and got annoyed at me for trying to reading it and told me to ‘sign the contract or get out’ All together around 350$ to sign up on their special ‘0 sign up week’ after a few weeks it got too expensive charging me 75$ per week. I decided to cancel my member ship with my 0$ cancelation which I was met with a $448 cancel fee even though I paid $200 at the start for the 0$ cancel fee. I told them I will be able to pay it off next week and during the week they spammed me with calls/sms threatening to ‘sue’. During my time at snap my cards barely worked even though payments were up to date. Horrible experience, only come here if you want snap to drain all your money

Fantastic experience: Great gym! very well layed out and spacious, the machines are meticulously maintained to a high standard, and the staff are beyond helpful in all aspects throughout the gym!

Negative experience: Would give zero if I could. Useless staff, the cardio room feels like your sitting in a infrared sauna (sickening). Constant issues with air cons and the the cables don't get oiled so they are tough and catchy. Haven't even had paper towel to dry your hands we are waiting for new gym to open locally so we can cancel and move

Fantastic experience: Best Gym In Caloundra! (And I Have been to a LOT since 2008). The best, most professional Trainers. Classes every weekday morning and evening. And they are great classes! I cant tell you the classes are easy, you WILL get a great workout!! I joined 2 years ago and I have transformed significantly. I have'nt been this fit and strong since high school footy!!

Negative experience: I pay for a membership at snap fitness. This gym has failed to provide the basic gym necessities. I arrive in the morning at 5 am for a session and have a shower afterwards. Mind you we are in winter. The shower only stayed hot for 1 minute if not that. It wasn’t even enough time to soap up. They also provide hand sanitiser as a body wash. A hot shower is a simple thing to provide for your members. I have not experienced this at any other snap but yours. There are also issues with the front door card scanner, stood in the cold for ages until the door actually worked. I Will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym. We enquired to be able to accommodate group bookings for our business and they were only too happy to accommodate. Service, staff, equipment and first class facilities. An absolute must. Being open 24/7 was a great option as our staff can visit anytime.

There is a great sense of group fitness, my partner loved the yoga options. There was also a great range of supplements and the staff were very attentive with reception. I really like how it has the group fitness room and the other 3 rooms for cardio functional fitness, pin loaded & free weight rooms. You must visit this gym!

Negative experience: Tried to cancel as moved away, took 2 months longer then it should have which meant paying more direct debit. Then when final payment made they continued to direct debit. Good gym but customer service is terrible and it seems use the above Tactics to keep getting extra money from you.

Fantastic experience: I visited this wonderful gym whilst on holidays in early October and was blown away by the space, quality of equipment as well as the variety of equipment on show. Having been a Snap member since 2014, I have been fortunate enough to visit a number of locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne, England and now Caloundra. I’d have to say Caloundra is one of the best going for overall quality and functionality.

Negative experience: Editing my review to sadly say that this place has gone downhill since having new owners. The facilities are good, but the owners are horrible. If you are giving them money, they pull out all the stops. But if you need to put your membership on hold or cancel, they are impossible to get a hold of and keep telling you they will get back to you. My husband and I were told when we wanted to cancel our membership (which we'd been going here for a couple years and were on a fortnightly payment plan after the initial year membership) that it would take 4 weeks for the cancellation to take effect. However, 6 weeks had passed, and they were still charging us. When we tried to call to get it sorted, they wouldn't answer, and would not respond to emails or text messages. We ended up having to go through the bank to block the payments. Not good business ethics. Will not be back.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Called up to enquire about joining the gym and was told I could go in anytime for a free 3-day trial. Drove there today, told the manager I was there for the free 3-day trial. she proceeded to take down all my personal details, then and only then, she informed me they don't do trials and I had to pay $20 for a casual visit. If you don't want to be doing business with liars, I would highly recommend to look elsewhere. There are much better options in the area.
