Fantastic experience: Very good value. Membership is not as expensive as other gyms, and there is no lock in contract. There is a supplement store, and it is has staff present during extended hours. Good equipment that is maintained properly,. And there is at least two of commonly used machines.

Fantastic experience: This gym is nothing short of fantastic, from the range of equipment, to the customer service you receive from the moment you walk in the door, you would be silly not to sign up here. They are the best in the area and at great prices, they even have their own supplement store next door with a wide variety of supplement options, also offering a discount for their members, giving iron hub another advantage in comparison to their competitors. If the above has still not won you over, I bring my NDIS client to this gym and after we had been searching for a gym for months (we have been to multiple other gyms in the south east area) we have been turned away or made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Iron hub has welcomed us with so much support and positive energy. If you are a support worker looking for a gym for your client, look no further. Gus has been especially helpful, friendly and knowledgeable being happy to answer any questions we have had since we joined. Thank you guys, we won’t be going anywhere else!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Gus, the manager, who was not only incredibly friendly but also extremely understanding of my specific needs. As someone who requires a support worker to assist me during my workouts, I’ve had challenges with accessibility at other gyms, but at IRON HUB, it was the complete opposite. They were fully accommodating, with no hesitation or fuss about my support worker being there to help. Gus went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, even going so far as to give my support worker a free protein shake as a thoughtful gesture. That level of care is rare, and it made such a huge difference to me. It’s clear that the team at IRON HUB genuinely understands the importance of inclusivity and support, which is something that makes this gym stand out from the rest. The gym itself is spacious, with an incredible range of equipment, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re new to working out or have specific needs like I do, this gym has everything covered. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and with great air ventilation, it’s never stuffy, making it comfortable for everyone. What makes IRON HUB GYM truly special is how welcoming they are to those of us who have disabilities and rely on NDIS support. They treat you like family and go out of their way to ensure that you have everything you need to succeed. I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years, but none have been as accommodating, inclusive, and supportive as this one. If you’re someone with disabilities or require NDIS support, I can’t recommend this gym enough. It’s an incredibly safe and supportive environment, and the staff are nothing short of amazing. The workers and the gym members are always happy to help a hand and they make it feel like home. There is a huge variety of machines and equipment, it is nice and cool in there and spacious. Highly recommend this gym 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Guys… the best quality equipment always sparkling clean, serviced well, maintenance to the entire gym is impeccable. Never met anyone as hard working as Gus the manager, this guy needs a pay rise, always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to help anyone. He even puts the heaters on for us!! This helps with my muscles warms me up quick enough to smash out a morning workout. I’m so happy I moved to this gym. 5 stars for me.

Negative experience: This place scams people of their membership registration. My sister and I have been scammed twice or three times of the money out of our bank accounts on the same week. So disappointed thats why I had to cancel my membership. I showed them my receipts but they played it off saying thats it lagging. They are terrible people

Fantastic experience: Saturday was my first time training at the iron hub… it was the most amazing gym I have been too - staff were awesome, toilets/cleanliness was 10/10, plenty of brand new machines, music was pumping & mint ! Vibes were great ! We will be back… without a doubt ! Brooke x

Fantastic experience: Amazing state of the art gym with an incredible welcoming culture. Fabulous standard of service, maintenance and upholding of a friendly and respectful gym culture and etiquette. Couldn't recommend a better gym in Melbourne run by passionate owners who truly care.

Negative experience: came in on boxing day with a friend and the owner started yelling at me for "not paying" even though i wasn't sure if there was even staff available for me to pay , owner is really rude and has a bad attitude to new people!

Negative experience: Firstly, not a safe workout environment. Parents with prams were working out and other kids were playing around in thongs with their parents hence its a huge safety concern anything can happen. Its not a one time thing its everyday during the day. The gym needs to take safety and liability for its members seriously. Secondly, when i asked the receptionist I haven’t got the confirmation of my membership cancellation he got rude he lift and turned the monitor screen aggressively to me to show that he has deleted my profile.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and facilities. Makes you feel at ease and like your part of something. No join up fee. No cancellation fee. That's the winner right there. Opening up a new branch in carrum downs which is a reflection of its growth and direction.

Negative experience: I don't like the management. I have been charged for my one month holiday, especially when I notify the reception with exact dates. When I returned, they said the money would be refunded, but its been a month, no refund. I have been using the gym for the past 2 years. Should not be treated theirs customers like this. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Worst customer service….. The person who was at the reception very rude and like a robot. I asked about the memberships fees and details answer…“Contact my boss on instagram” There are many Gyms around Clyde North with great customer service. This is the worst one. Not recommend at all….

Fantastic experience: I had to cancel my membership here purely for health reasons which the owners fully understood and did their best by myself to accomodate me. The owners of Iron Hub really care About their gym and members overall. They’re constantly upgrading facilities putting money back into the gym And it really shows. I can’t wait until I’m able to participate again.

Fantastic experience: Been working out at iron hub for the past 3-4 months, I reckon this is the best gym in the area. - Competitive pricing. - Heaps of equipment and they keep on adding more machines from time to time. - Being 24/7 really gives you the flexibility to visit anytime. - Literally next to a supplement store so if you want to buy some they're easily available. - Employees are very nice and easy to ask for help. Gym can be very very busy specially after school/office hours so just be wary of that. All in all no complains. Definitely recommended if you want a new gym that is close to you.

Fantastic experience: Such a great gym. It has equipment I’ve never seen before in my life. Always fun to try something new It does get a little busy at times but due to the size of the gym and multiple machines, I never found myself waiting long for anything. The prices are so good and no lock in contracts works really well for me. The best thing though is when I had to cancel my membership due to moving areas, it was the easiest process. Every other gym I’ve ever been to make it an ordeal to try and leave.

Negative experience: Excellent gym with lots of equipments. The maintenance guy Gus is really friendly and will assist you with any queries. 24/7 and great location. The reason for the one star is the cancellation process. I called to cancel the gym membership at least 10 days prior to my next direct debit date but the lady on the phone advised they can only cancel when I return my key fob if not they will keep charging for my membership. Lol. We are in 2022 and never in the past 10 years I was advised to return a key fob after cancelling a membership. Infact the gym charges $10 at joining for the key fob. I even advised I've moved an hour and half away from Clyde North but they still insisted I return the fob if not I'll be charged. Even advised me to send it with someone or bring it in person or they have no choice but to keep charging. Guess what after traveling an hour and 30 mins today to drop the key fob, was not able to get in with the key fob even though I paid until 10/06/22. Disgusting and cheap
