All the trainers help me to surpass myself every day! The 5:15 a.m. class is perfect before going to work! If you're looking for a no-fuss gym, this is perfect!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad i discovered this gem of a gym last year. The classes are equally challenging as they are fun. The coaches are all fabulous - they encourage you to push through those last few seconds of each set right when you need it and always help you correct your form or offer alternatives based on your needs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Like most things in life consistency and discipline are key to getting results, but when you’re a member at F45 Petersham that comes easily. Whether it’s the great workouts, amazing trainers that help you get the best out of each session or the lovely community feel, you’ll want to go everyday. I’ve never achieved such noticeable results or made such positive holistic lifestyle changes off the back of attending any other classes. Do yourself a favour and join!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to work out as part of a community. Coaches are warm, friendly and knowledgeable and it makes getting up early to exercise and absolute joy. No other form of exercise gets me this fit. There's also Plenty of parking and it's a bonus that you can work out in the sister gym in Leichardt. Shout out to Lauren the manager who is a big contributor in my decision to join F45 Petersham.

Fantastic experience: I really like the owner and trainers - I always feel encouraged and supported in my workouts. I love the structure of the classes, and I value the changes I can see and feel after only one month. Five stars. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Response to the owner: -sadly your trainers had no interest in assisting a new person trying to get in shape and I was not directed to do alternative options properly and just told do something else which is not safe. When sick I was told to still come. They prefer to chat to their regulars than to make newbies feel welcome. Received little to no direction from trainers and was left to follow other members and slow down their training.- Only good if you are in shape. The trainers have no interest in assisting people who are trying to get fit and tell you to do whatever if you can’t do a routine and pair you with another person that all they want to do is their thing but are stuck with you out of shape person. Then I got really sick for weeks and had to continue to pay as there is no way to stop this not even with serious medical reasons and they told me come anyway and do what you can when I could not even leave my house. Think twice before spending your money here. As they only want that, your money

Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM!! Update to the response from owner: You have attempted deduction for months after I expressed my situation. Today I tried to put a stop to this and my bank has informed me you have extra measures in place which will not allow me to block the deductions which has caused my bank to over draw and puts me in financial stress. I have reached out via email multiple times asking you to to stop deducting - I can confirm that 2 payments have successful been made since our first discussion. You have threatened me with debit collectors which I am yet to hear from. I did enjoy the time I had at the club and no where in my post did I say it was anything to do with the trainers. The communication since has not been pleasant, it has left with high anxiety as there looks like there is no way out! I have the right to share my experience so maybe others will think twice before signing a contract with extreme measures on it to ensure the club gets every dollar - regardless of circumstance. --- I am writing this with so much hurt as I joined this gym to be apart of a community and treated with respect. I have not attended F45 Petersham for 5 months as I have moved suburbs. When I asked to cancel I was told I would have to pay $959.20 total. I am a single mother struggling with the finances of life along with family stresses. I spoke to the owner Jane who at first seemed to be understanding gave me a payment plan - when I wasn't able to make this plan I was threated a number of times they would arrange debit collection to get the balance. When I couldn't come to an arrangement with F45 Petersham, I agreed to this and said I would arrange a plan with the debit collection agency. F45 Petersham still to this day continues to debit money from my account. When I approached my bank to put a stop on this until I speak with the debit collection agency (who has not yet contacted me) my bank told me that F45 Petersham has taken extra security measures that do not allow me to stop their direct debits. I have never experiences anything like this. In my experience this gym does not care about the individual they are just wanting money, regardless of your situation, you will not be able to leave F45 Petersham. I have certainly learnt from this mistake and will not sign a 12 month contract with out knowing for certain that if my circumstances change I will be able to leave.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE F45 Petersham. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. As someone who wants fitness as a part of their lifestyle in a chilled and fun way, this is an awesome community to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: I have found f45 to be a really rewarding and productive gym. I’m the type of person who would find it really hard to get motivated to do my own thing at a regular gym. F45 provides a structure to each class with a variety of different workouts. The staff are really nice and helpful with showing you the correct technique. I feel comfortable going into F45 because everyone is doing the same thing so you can feel a sense of achievement/group effort without feeling judged. Sometimes just going into a gym and not knowing what to do/start is terrifying but f45 has pre planned workouts that they demonstrate to you, plus tv screens if you forget. Fantastic experience: After not having properly trained for a year, I was a bit nervous to start at F45 Petersham...but I'm so glad I did! The instructors are so friendly and encouraging, and you're always able to do the exercises at your own pace. Because of the mix of different exercises and sets, the sessions go so fast and you always leave with feeling the burn (in the best way)! Would definitely recommend for anyone living in Petersham.

Fantastic experience: This is better than a PT in my experience. The team dynamic changes everything. The Coaches and Trainers are attentive and encouraging. It’s also unique not having mirrors around, I’m now focused on feeling the right technique not just seeing it, thanks to the coaches.

Fantastic experience: Fun, friendly and fab training sessions with fantastic coaches who help you achieve your fitness goals - what more do you need from a gym?! F45 Petersham is one of a kind - my experience has been genuine care for me as an individual - trainers giving tips, nudging me along and energising me to push that little bit harder at times but also recognising when I need a few seconds out to regain my form! Classes are varied and engaging so before you know it you’ve completed a 45 min work out. Can’t wait for things to reopen so we can get back to the studio or out on the park!

Fantastic experience: I have been exercising with F45 Petersham for about a year and very happy with the studio! It is such a friendly atmosphere and very supportive energy - truly a community! I recently finished the F45 Challenge, and couldn't be happier with the results! It made me face my mental walls, taught me to think about my mindset and reminded to listen to my body. During the challenge, I gained confidence about my physical strength and became excited about trainings and meal prep. Thanks to the F45 Petersham, I had the motivation to keep going and learned to celebrate my achievements!

Fantastic experience: Is my third week at F45 Petersham and I couldnt be more happy to have decided for this studio. The trainers are amazing and super helpfull. I have a lower back injury.When I decided to start the classes Lauren had a very good chat with me to getting to know my injury and the exercises that I should avoid. She made me feel very confident and the other trainers are always helping to modify the exercises to make it safe on my lower back. Plus there is a great atmosphere and it Is super fun.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 45 day challenge at F45 Petersham. This challenge was by far the best, mentally. Counting calories, and making sure I was eating enough each day meant I could be clever about where I consumed calories if I wanted to go out. It didn’t feel so restricted. The trainers were always available to help me with this if I needed it! I’m keen to continue and see where I end up at the end of the next challenge. Thank you for all the support along the way!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 during COVID-19 as a way to gain some strength, flexibility and do some exercise and I’m really glad I did. Caitlin, Andy and Shani are all really good trainers with good communication skills. They also will all point out when you aren’t doing a movement correctly (which is really important to me) and they all also know how to have fun. The studio is well equipped, clean and I’ve been very impressed with how COVID safe they have been - there is temperature checking, hand sanitizing, sanitizing of equipment between sets and good social distancing. For me it is well worth it - despite having many previous gym memberships, this is one of the few that I’ve actually been able to keep up consistent and regular attendance because you don’t have to think - everything is organized for you. I started with a trial membership then moved onto a flexible one, before making the leap to commit for 12 months to secure a cheaper rate.

Fantastic experience: They've made a huge effort to make exercising as safe as possible during this time. Everyone has their temperature checked at the door, gels their hands and finds a suitable distanced space. You carry spray bottles and clean equipment between use. Definitely has a team atmosphere and is a lot of fun. Good investment for your health!

I wake up every morning super excited to go to training because it feels like a real community (I have never experienced that at any other gym). All of the trainers make you feel welcome and motivated. It's a fantastic environment to workout in - the workouts are full of variety and all of the other members are so friendly! I always found workouts to be a chore but now it's one of the best parts of my day! Needless to say I would highly recommend F45 Training Petersham.

Fantastic experience: I am not a person that I thought would be into something like F45, but I joined F45 Petersham in Oct 2019 on a trial and am now absolutely addicted. The trainers are helpful and instructive but lighthearted as well. It's not macho or egotistical. Everyone is nice, friendly, and eager to push themselves without taking it too far. The exercises are varied and the sessions pass quickly. My fitness level has gone up hugely and I am definitely the fittest I have ever been as a result. Even during quarantine the zoom classes are fun and varied, and the community around the team is really supportive. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’m a foundation member of F45 Petersham. I’ve been training there for 2 years. I’m proud to say it’s the longest I’ve ever stuck with a gym. There are so many good things about it. The trainers, the community and the variety of classes. If you’re looking for a gym where you leave your ego at the door and wanna have fun getting fit with a great group of people then this is the place.

They are really motivating and enthusiastic and make everyone feel welcome. Members are really well supported throughout the sessions, and the option of progression/regression opportunities is great for those who want to be extended or who need more support. Fantastic experience: As a mum of 2, I’m feeling stronger, fitter and more energetic since joining F45 Petersham a few months ago. The workouts are fun and dynamic and staff are very encouraging and keep you motivated during your workouts. There is also support and a great community in their Facebook members group. Fantastic experience: I was an initially a bit intimidated by the prospect of joining F45. I thought I had to be super fit to be able to join. This is not the case at Petersham. There is always an option to exercise at your own level or if you have an injury. ALL of the staff are amazing and always there to help. There is constant support and help if you are trying to achieve a goal. All of the staff are amazing and genuinely care about the members.
