Club Lime Tuggeranong

Fantastic experience: Best Club Lime in Canberra Quality equipment, huge space, variety so you are never having to wait for a machine. Staff are all friendly. Just can be too hot in summer and then freezing in winter.

Positive experience: A lot of bugs for an inside gym… but equipment and people are good

Fantastic experience: Visiting here from the US and couldn't get a flex membership working, so popped into the Tuggeranong location, but there was no one at the desk. But Chris happened to be in an office (off the clock) and spent a solid 20-30 minutes of his own time getting me sorted out so I can work out while I'm here. Thanks Chris! Love the gym! Love the people!

Negative experience: Guess this place is popular due to a lack of competition, it’s certainly not for its facilities. Gym is quite average, machines are lacking, platforms are missing racks, bathrooms are about as good as public toilets, the steam room looks like a mold incubator. Sharps disposal in bathroom is also overflowing…

Fantastic experience: This is my gym. Don't do any others.

Negative experience: usually i really love this gym, the atmosphere is fun and there’s a big range of equipment, but i found one of the staff members extremely rude and aggressive when telling me to leave because of my footwear…

Negative experience: There is literally an infestation of bugs on the green area and I saw a bug crawling across someone face. So gross. It’s been like that for weeks now. As others have mentioned, there’s typically machines or the steam room out of order. Consistent issues with the music levels which others have mentioned too. But they do nothing about it, and just ask to be emailed for further information.

Negative experience: There are leaking holes in the ceiling in club pink, the steam room always seems to be broken and there are often bugs over the floor of the bathrooms and gym space. Not a nice place to work out (and working out is my enjoyment time!)

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, well stocked and spacious. Music sometimes toggles between super quiet and super loud which is annoying.

Negative experience: Use to be a good place to work out, however, like most gyms, is full of people in groups standing around on their phones, clogging up the use of machines and weights

Positive experience: Solid gym good machine but can be really busy

Negative experience: I've been a member of lots of different gyms in lots of different cities. Never had so much trouble trying to end a membership before - their membership portal system seems designed to make it as difficult as possible to do so. Avoid Club Lime!!

Positive experience: Great facilities and equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Disappointed though in choice and frequency of face to face classes after 5pm. Only one to two options during week. Only 3 classes during weekends. The group studio room has big windows at the entrance so everyone entering and leaving the gym can look in, and you feel like you're in a fish bowl. Frosted windows would be much better so you can relax. But otherwise, great.

Negative experience: 2 price hikes in under 6 months. Facilities have had no additional work, machines or staff implemented. The facilities I attend have issues that are ongoing and we never see a quick resolution. I have emailed regarding this the previous price increase and never received a response. As of current I could visit Anytime for a much cheaper fee. Why would I stay with Club Lime if they do not cater for their visitors and continue to increase prices without a reasonable answer? My response from the owner was extremely poor and still yet to receive any feedback.

Fantastic experience: I've been going for 2 .5years now the gym itself is great.And lm editing this since ownership change lm assuming ,but the last few months much much better and they are no longer scared to use the aircon.So much more comfortable.Thanks for the major improvements

Positive experience: Great space and range of equipment. They don't take safety seriously enough for my liking. I've reported equipment faults before only to return a days later, still broken, not tagged out etc. Someone will get seriously injured one day

Positive experience: Staff are dedicated, professional and friendly. Premisses are clean, tidy and is up to date. The only thing is that the sauna hasn't been repaired.

Positive experience: Needs a proper clean,been looking at the same snot on the walls for 6 months . Takes 4 weeks to fix broken equipment . Weights left all over the gym floor constantly.

Negative experience: terrible service. lady with boogly eyes asked me to leave for having work boots on even though i’d come from work and had been there for almost an hour, i asked if i could stay for another 20 and she jolted almost

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I visit every time I’m in Canberra. $20 for a casual pass is reasonable for the huge floor space, ample equipment, friendly staff, and clean great environment. Two deadlift platforms that are never taken, at least 8 squat racks - even when it’s busy there’s never an issue with equipment and people are friendly so never an issue. Love it!

Negative experience: Went for hot yoga here. I am inexperienced and new to Yoga. I found the instructor to be horrible, during the class she made a scene and drew attention to anyone who made a mistake. Absolutely horrible experience watching a “yogie” bully and belittle people. Fantastic experience: lots of great machines and equipment just need to pick the correct time to train as busy periods can mean long eaiting times especially if groups of 2 or more are training together

Positive experience: Friendly staff and now fully refurbished it's a great gym to workout in, plenty of equipment but, as you should expect, at busy times you may not always get the machine you want when you want it. The group exercise room is much, much, better than the old one. Well done Club Lime.

Negative experience: Most of the staff there is quite nice. However one of the staff was so rude! When asking to buy water bottle he didn’t even look at me and just said NO, no explanation or anything.

Fantastic experience: i like that I have the choice to work out in the ladies only section (Club Pink) or in the mixed section (Club Lime) I have found that staff are mostly helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Fantastic experience: Club lime at tuggeranong is a large club (although not as big as the Club Lime at CISAC), with an attached Club Pink. Offers a range of classes in their purpose built studios. Open 24 hours a day to members.

Fantastic experience: 24hr entry, great price, good equipment. Lots of classes, lots of locations. Heavy free weights, machines, boxing equipment, tire, ropes, a large room to do your own thing if you wish. Clean and tidy. Club Pink is great, lovely environment and I feel more secure there when going late at night. Good machines, good bathrooms, steam room, but unfortunately lacks heavy free weights. Big room to train in alone if that's your style.

Negative experience: Hopeless customer service, spent 30 min trying to sign up only for their system to go nowhere, I think it accepted my money but provided no confirmation or receipt number and there is no phone number to call for assistance, so looks like i wont be going to the gym today. C'mon guys, get the basics right. There are so many other gyms in the area, I would advise you to go somewhere else.
