Negative experience: You’ll put in your details to sign up, and they’ll constantly call you until you pick up. Like, you’d think after 4 missed calls, they’d get the hint. Sorry but I’ve found a better gym that doesn’t hassle people.

Negative experience: Good range of equipment but that's about all. Don't waste you're time with personal trainers or the free consultation. I waited 2w+ until I got a response via txt the first time & then got ghosted. The second time I waited a week before the same by a trainer I was assured is 'always on top of it'. If this is their standards then literally anywhere else is better

Fantastic experience: This gym looks deceivingly small on the outside. You don't realise until you get inside just how big it is and how much equipment and space there is. Love coming here when I want a quieter workout and to just have a good hard sesh.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the same location at Munno Para West for almost 10 years now. Always a good vibe here, however the price of a monthly membership could be lower.

Negative experience: Recently changed gyms. Equipment was good but staff didn't really want to talk to you much. I left as the price was way too high compared to a competitor who had better equipment. Also think it's bad business to have a competition to win a gift card by leaving a 5 star review. It's literally buying reviews and is dishonest. I'm leaving a 1 star to balance it out - realistically it'd be a 3 star.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym. As far as gyms go, it’s got all the equipment you need and plenty of space. A dedicated room for classes and body weight exercises. Always clean and the staff are super friendly. There’s a great community here you won’t find anywhere else with PTs that show passion and dedication. I’ve been going for over a year and have found great success on my body transformation journey. The membership is also great as it gives you entry to all clubs globally, so you can keep up with your fitness goals when travelling. Plenty of car parking onsite as well, which is a great plus!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this club, the Personal Trainers know what they are doing, all the staff are so full of energy, love what they do and it shows, I have high functioning anxiety this makes me un-approachable; the staff always manage to get a friendly smile across my brick walls. The energy and positivity expelled by the staff is commendable and is signature to this club, love it!

Negative experience: 2024- Updating my review… things seem to be going downhill so fast. Staff turnover might have something to do with this. Over the past few months I’ve had issues with billing that shouldn’t have needed me to fix. Honestly I miss Danielle… you need more staff like her. Lastly, having a promotion on Instagram to have people leave you 5 star reviews is sad. The club needs to focus on staff, not reviews. To the owner, please remember that word of mouth is far more important than getting your reviews up…. 2023- Danielle you're a legend. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me and solve things that no other club manager has been able to. Great gym too. Everything is usually clean and lot's of machines to share around!

Positive experience: Certainly not the best AF in terms of staff. The girls who work there give off extremely unapproachable vibes and definitely have their favourite regulars. If you're not one of them you're not even worth a hello upon entry. The trainers are also quite unapproachable, even when it's their own client walking by! Facilities are good for a smaller gym space, including some machines that aren't in other AFs I've been to.

Negative experience: Had a very unprofessional conversation with the manager. Rude and unreasonable!!! Couldn't believe it. Congratulations on the loss of not 1 but 2 members...

Negative experience: Been a member for over a decade under anytime fitness banner. Training between 2 AF franchises constantly getting my rate increased. Terrible customer service at mpw no attempt to work within reason for a near franchise-long member.

Fantastic experience: Really large training spaces with plenty of machines. Locker / scales / vending machine / toilets area gets pretty cosy considering the size of the gym so I try to avoid peak times.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I made was going back to gym, been going for 2 months now, Great staff are always welcoming any question, you can buy all of your dietary needs for a casual gym goer and they have a machine to workout anything you want, was an easy sign up and best part is it's open 24/7.

Fantastic experience: Massive club, there's machines here that I had never seen before but don't worry! I just asked the staff there and they were quite knowlagable and showed me how to set them up! You can tell a few of the members have been here for ages and some of them are very friendly too which makes training there so much easier !

Fantastic experience: I drive past 2 other anytime fitness locations just to go to this one. They have more equipment and it's much better maintained. The gym is cleaner than the ones closer to me also. The staff all know there stuff and they balk up thier talk too with thier own fitness. They even have an arm blaster and a trap bar. Very good specialist equipment for a 24 hour gym. Probably the best I've been to.

Negative experience: Despite what your contract says, they will increase your fees and make it impossible for you to cancel your membership. The staff were difficult to deal with and rude. Nice facility but the staff need to change.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym since the renovation, I have been a member for almost 10 years and been to Gawler, elizabeth the old munno para, port Adelaide and the new smithfield, this one is by far the best. Upper floor. Plenty of room. Has a big room for floor exercises, many machines and free weights, cardio machines. All round good gym. Probs only second to the oversized derrimutes.

Negative experience: I've been a member of anytime for a little over 5 years. I've trained at allot of gyms around Adelaide. I even started at the very first anytime at woodcraft. The Munno Parra West gym is well equipped and I haven't seen too many issues with hygiene my biggest issue is how uncomfortable it is to train there, you're constantly getting stared down by others to the point you think the person wants to fight you. The gym itself is great but some of the people are horrible. My partner frequents there more than myself and she has on numerous occasions informed me she has been harassed by both male and female gym goers. This is the only anytime fitness I've been to where I've actually just considered quiting.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train, they have most if not all equipment needed in store. It does get a little crowded so I would recommend checking out the Visit schedule to find a time that isn’t so busy. They also have 3 personal trainers that can get you in around 50$ an hour At this time the equipment is spaced apart to make it very COVID friendly

Negative experience: Better deals, facilities and equipment at other gyms in the area.

Positive experience: Pretty good, usually can get on some equipment, just not always the one you want. I find sometimes the music is a bit loud though, as my ears can be ring when I come out, not sure if that is the same in all these places? Or perhaps it was just a bad day?
