Negative experience: The manager cares more about the bottom dollar than his customers. Same day my membership was due to renew I asked for membership to be put on hold and they wouldn’t refund my money. Poor form Mark.
Hi Daniel, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. Apologies that we didn't communicate this effectively. Unfortunately we dont have the ability to stop payments the day they are due. Since your membership payment had already been submitted to the bank we weren't able to refund the payment however you don't lose any days. When your membership reactivates you still have credit for this payment. So your next payment payment would be 2 weeks after restarting. I've just tried calling you, happy to discuss when your free

Fantastic experience: I recently tried Jetts Bli Bli during a trip to the sunny coast to visit my in-laws. It is the favourite of any gym I have ever been to (there have been a few). Echoing the sentiment of other reviewers here, the gym is immaculately kept, has everything (down to the resistance bands and jump ropes) that you need for a great workout, and is the most inviting (read: least intimidating) place one could hope to exercise in. All ages and abilities are well represented. If you have the time or work flexibility, between mid morning and mid afternoon there's even more space to do your thing. I eagerly await being back there around Christmas. Thanks to Mark and Elliot who I met during the visit. Seeya soon!

Fantastic experience: The staff are super friendly and are so supportive to all there members at jetts. The place has such a good vibe, the people are lovely and it has everything that you need to start your fitness journey. Best bit is probs the recovery station really good for any sport players or after a good gym session :)

Fantastic experience: I'm enjoying my visits to Jetts Bli Bli. I have been a member since January 2024. The equipment is excellent with a good variety. Amenities are very suitable and clean. Love the recovery area which sets the Bli Bli Jetts apart from others. All the staff are friendly and helpful, lead by a great gym manager Mark. I haven't done any classes, but I may get involved soon.

Fantastic experience: Being in my fifties I thought it was about time I look after my health better and join a gym. I have never been to a gym before and walked in not knowing anything. That changed when I met Mark and Malebo. They explained how to use the equipment and importantly what muscle groups are being used. They set a program of exercises to suit me as a beginner. Within a few sessions I feel the positive effects. My strength, flexibility and fitness are all improving. Bli Bli Jetts is a fun and relaxed place to exercise.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym, always clean and well maintained with a thoughtful layout and they regularly update their equipment. The manager Mark is welcoming and friendly and will always greet you with a big smile. I have done 2 group sessions with Malebo and he is a fantastic and supportive coach, you'll see his friendly face there every Saturday morning. Jetts Bli Bli has a really great mix of members and unlike some other gyms a good culture of de-racking the equipment. Definitely the go to gym for Northside Sunshine Coast.

Fantastic experience: We have found a great, comfortable and friendly gym to work out in. My daughter and I attend Jetts BLI BLI and the staff are always so approachable and happy to have a chat. There's group sessions for strength and cardio which is now available to all members, personal training is available and you can also access Allied Health Services within the gym too for rehab purposes as my daughter needed to use this service recently. There is also an area for relaxation where you can use the compression therapy boots after your workout, these are awesome and very effective. It's like a 'one stop shop' to keep your health and fitness on track. :)

Fantastic experience: Being relatively new to the gym world I was intimidated by the thought of going. Jetts Bli Bli eased my mind and made me feel comfortable very quickly. The staff are always helpful, welcoming and friendly. No question is a dumb question, which helps you feel confident to use any of the equipment and go to any of the classes. I highly recommend Bli Bli Jetts to anyone of any age to give it a go!

The Club is extremely well managed by Mark Cowie with the support of his great team of PT’s, who are most accomplished at what they do and will answer questions from members at anytime. It’s the place to go no matter what level of fitness you retain, for improvement and transformation are assured with the right mindset and with the help and support of the fantastic staff!

The staff are insanely friendly, knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful even as I write this review, I just got a text checking in on me asking if they could do anything more for me. They’re community focused and I love it!! Even during busy times, there's plenty of space and equipment available. Highly recommend this gym for a great workout experience!

Fantastic experience: Love the jetts at Bli Bli, I have another jetts club closer to my home but alway make the effort drive to the one at Bli Bli. Clean and very well maintained. Staff are friendly and always happy to help, you can tell they care about making this a great place to workout. Coming in at peak time is never an issue as there is plenty of equipment/space and everyone is really respectful with their time spent with equipment and machines. The new layout looks awesome, keen to try out the new equipment !

Fantastic experience: Super clean gym, cleaners seem to be super consistent. machines kept up to date and in great working order. Not afraid to reconfigure the gym from time to time to get the best of the space provided. Ample space for the amount of equipment, never felt crowded even in peak times. Friendly atmosphere, keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: New gym layout is immaculate, extremely easy to fully indulge into the workout with the new machines offering a larger range of workout variety with well orchestrated zones for strength, cardio & etc, whilst the staff ensure a friendly, clean and easy going environment each and every day!

Fantastic experience: At Bli Bli I was introduced to the Watt bike and have improved my performance/endurance on the road, (Strava). I was also introduced to stretching using rollers, that hit a few muscles i don't normally hit... and they needed it! Thanks Mark and staff for taking the time to show me, it is much appreciated, makes my Gym work more meaningful. And there is a good coffee shop two doors down. A great Gym and Coffee, what more could you ask for?

Positive experience: Lot of waiting time Monday to Wednesday because it is full of trainers. Otherwise, I think there is everything is needed except for the "normal" leg press.

The team is pretty good and mixing it up. I don't want to say too much but we are currently reviewing some of the equipment we have in the gym at the moment so watch this space

Fantastic experience: I joined Jetts Bli Bli in late 2023 after moving to the area. In a short space of time, I realised that I had joined the best gym around! Everyone is super friendly and the staff are always helpful and available to answer any questions I have. The gym has everything I need and is always looking to improve and innovate. The classes are great and regular challenges keep members inspired to keep working on their fitness goals. There are talks from local health related businesses too which forms a holistic approach to wellness which I really like! The gym is always sparkly clean too! I’d highly recommend anyone to join Jetts Bli Bli!

Fantastic experience: Great location, fantastic choice of equipment and hands down the most helpfully friendly team working there. Always willing to help out or share their knowledge and quite often met at the door by their smiling assassin manager! Other gym members are super polite and friendly, total positive gym culture at this club :)

Fantastic experience: Jetts Bli Bli help me personally with my mental health and mindset. The team at Jetts know you by name greet you with a smile, always asking is there anything we can do to improve your fitness journey. I love having a gym buddy and the classes are enjoyable. Also the new addition of the recovery zone area is fabulous. Highly recommend for all ages.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. The staff are the best. It's always fun and challenging at Jetts Bli Bli. I absolutely love their J series circuit training. I strongly suggest giving Bli Bli Jetts a try. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I are both mature and we joined two weeks ago. We are still getting used to the whole concept but we are both very happy with the support we get, the friendly staff and the clean and tidy and well equiped gym.

Fantastic experience: Both my wife and I signed up 8 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the experience at Jetts Bli Bli. Fantastic experience: If you decide to join a gym, particularly if you have never been to one, I highly recommend Jetts Bli Bli. I had never been to a gym before and was slightly nervous about joining, but these guys made me feel welcome and were completely judgement-free. They would always stop and chat between workouts and were happy to assist when you needed it. Give these guys a go!

Fantastic experience: Since I joined up this year it’s been enjoyable to go to jetts Bli Bli . The staff are welcoming and friendly to everyone. A big shout out to Luke Malone who’s my Personal trainer. Luke is amazing Pt with a great Sense of humor, I can Definitely see my results and I’m feeling the best Ive been. He make you a better and stronger you

Positive experience: Wasn’t the best experience. There was no aircon or fans. The machines are a bit old but that’s okay. The workers seemed to be more concerned with seeing their friends then the gym. I just didn’t feel comfortable in this gym unfortunately. Edit: yes it was definitely bli bli. The machines weren’t in the best condition.
