Fantastic experience: I've been an avid F45 enthusiast for nearly 8 years, training at various locations, but this particular studio stands out as exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a fantastic fit fam. The owner Pam and the trainers are not only friendly but also engaged and help everyone achieve their best. They've all been there for an extended time, and the rosters are consistent, so you always know which trainer you'll have for each class - no constant turnover of staff here! The studio itself is impressive - large, impeccably clean, and equipped with the latest, well-maintained gear. The member facilities are top-notch, with spotless toilets and showers, and even a free crèche. The vibe is fab. The sound system and lighting create an energetic atmosphere that motivates you to push through every workout. Moving to a new area and not knowing anyone can be daunting, but this gym made me feel right at home. Every session leaves me feeling amazing and more connected to this awesome community.

Personal help provided by experienced staff so you get the most out of the exercise without injury. Gyms have always been boring to me making F45 the perfect fit. Extremely clean facility too.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place?! From the minute we walked in, myself and my 4 year old, we were greeted with such warmth. I was VERY nervous as I haven’t trained in a long time and have lost a lot of confidence since starting my journey of motherhood. They told me exactly what I need to do, how the class works and how I would be paired with someone that knows their stuff so I could follow along. My son hung out in the kids corner and had a blast. When I was at a spot where he could see me we did a little wave and blew a kiss and I could feel him cheering me on. I feel amazing and am so happy I pushed through my fear. For its great location, the large open space with it's modern facilities. The team at F45 Burns Beach create a very supportive and welcoming community regardless of your fitness level. As a mum of three the game changer for me was the waiting area for the kids that the studio provides for all members (free of charge!). All the carers there are fantastic with the kids.

Fantastic experience: Just started a challenge and am really enjoying it! Have had a body scan done and was awesome to get a feel for what areas need improvement for not just weight loss but overall better health. The body scan is so detailed, can’t wait to see the changes and love the fact there is a crèche that means both hubby and I can train together! Everyone we’ve encountered so far is very excited and happy to support me.

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 to “hopefully” improve my fitness. Well… It has been great for me. Not only has my fitness improved massively, but I have also dropped 5kg! What I like about it the most is the classes are ALWAYS different. They are ALWAYS challenging and best of all, the instructors seem to know just “how much” they can push each individual. I know what they do for me, but I also see and hear how they motivate others, and it is great! They really know what each person needs and all staff are friendly too! I would happily recommend to anyone (and I do!)

Supportive coaches, motivating environment and a great community of like-minded people seeking the best version of themselves. If you have limited time to workout this is the right place for you. I cannot recommend F45 BB enough, I absolutely love this place!

Fantastic experience: I’m loving training at Burns beach F45. The equipment is new, the premises is a new and clean fit out which in these times of covid is very reassuring. I use the crèche and the ladies in there are wonderful. And it’s lovely and clean and new in there too. The trainers are all lovely and I feel like they’ll always adjust your form when needed, and in a nice appreciative way. And the location is great, very handy to go to the gym and then get a bit of shopping done or grab a coffee or bite to eat. I definitely like the style of training at F45, turn up and get it done, I wouldn’t work out as hard on my own.
