As a PT myself, I am super picky about where I train and I’d recommend Code 5 to anyone who is keen to train in a supportive environment with great coaches and sound programming. Fantastic experience: Code 5 Warriewood has been a fantastic place to train. Classes cover a variety of formats so you'll never get bored and you're always surprising your body. The trainers are highly involved in your journey, motivating and always making themselves available to assist. I have found that having access to an InBody scan machine, Club Challenges and the ability to connect and monitor your heart rate with a MyZone band has been really motivating.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Code 5 Warriewood from May 2017. The trainers are friendly & knowledgeable and always very motivating and fun I especially like their circuit & strength classes. The equipment is well looked after and regularly serviced. There is also a real family atmosphere which i love. Ronnie is an excellent trainer & manager with a lovely warm personality . I highly recommend this gym to people any level of fitness, there’s something for everyone

Ronnie, the new manager is fantastic, Hels, Hayden and Ruth are all great, always friendly with a smile, checking in to see how I’m going and offering advice as to how I’m progressing. I have tried most of the gyms around here (F45, Fitness First, Anytime etc etc) in the hope I would achieve my mental and physical goals but it was only at Code 5 I was able to do this. I would say a mixture of the trainers, the fun environment, the range of equipment and also the motivation from my fellow trainers has helped me achieve this. Code 5 Warriewood is a fun, encouraging, non-judgemental and motivating place to come and train. Whether you want to give it all you've got, or you want to slowly get into training - it's perfect and the trainers can tailor your workout for you if you need. I love that it's a "no-crop tops" kinda vibe and everyone just shows up to train and has a bit of fun. The classes are challenging but you can go at your own pace and there's a great mixture of everything and the classes are never the same- you never know what you're gonna get. I have lost 16kg training with Code 5 and it's the best way to start my morning. I'm the happiest I have ever been and training is a non-negotiable in my life. It's not a chore, in fact it's something I look forward to. I had a stressful job and by coming here for two classes in the morning (strength and cardio) my day would be so much better because I had started the day for me. I now can't not go because the days I don't, I noticeably don't feel as energised or happy. 5 stars for this gym!

After spending time out due to an injury, I was really reluctant to head back into gym, especially as I was unsure whether my form was correct or would I just give myself another injury which would put me out for another year. I have met so many great people, who share similar interests and goals. Many have become mates away from the gym. The trainers are well-qualified, they focus on technique & injury prevention. They also bring a great energy to the classes & have fun at work. They genuinely enjoy training people. One of the special things are the community events C5 organise & enter. We’ve done Spartan, True Grit, Pub to Pub, Sand Hill Warrior & Urban Challenge. All these events just add something extra to what is already a great gym. Fantastic experience: I have played sport all my life but have never found a gym that I stuck at ... I would join but after a few weeks I just gave up. I was recommended by a friend to try Code 5 and I was surprised how much I liked it! The sessions are hard , you feel great afterwards, you get variety, you get instructors that are showing you how to do the exercise correctly but are fun and really motivate you. I was given a coach to help me with my nutrition and I feel better and stronger - she really wants to help me achieve my nutrition goals. I couldn’t find a better gym and am so glad I found Code 5!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone !

How is super kids (and babies haha) friendly, coaches are super duper nice, how there's an awesome focus on mental health, the exercises are always fun and in group. Since I started I improved my health so much! Im not even gonna talk about muscle mass and body fat, but I feel more energetic, having way less migraines, waaay less anxiety issues, it's been GREAT!

The coaches are friendly and skilled and most of all REALLY do check in on you and help you keep on track with your goals. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Code 5 Warriewood for six months now and have no intention of stopping any time soon! It is a great place, full of great people and awesome trainers who never let you get bored. The upstairs classes are full of variety, incorporating HIIT, strength and boxing, and downstairs is a great place to really push yourself strength wise, and test your limits within a safe and controlled environment. Ace and Chris run the Lean and Strong program so well, and each testing period I have hit new PB's which motivate me to try harder in the next block of training. Highly recommended.
