Fantastic experience: Switched on staff. Friendly and courteous.

Negative experience: Old looking gym in Desperate need of an upgrade. The equipment is old and there is not much variety. Machines broken down that take a long time to fix. Worst plus fitness I have been to.

Negative experience: Will not stop calling me to try and get me to sign up.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever been to.4 weeks for free is false advertising as u have to give them 4 weeks notice before u leave so your still paying. 5 treadmills here .2 been broken for over 6mths so only 3 available. Paid every fortnight but got new card day of payment. Activated card then get message off them payment failed.rang straight away and paid it and they slugged me $11 extra for new card not registered with them after only receiving it 1hr beforehand. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT JOIN THIS GYM! THEY ARE A JOKE!

Negative experience: They take people’s hard earn money when they’ve emailed to cancel their membership 2 months ago. Yet continue to steal money out of accounts and when told to stop otherwise will cancel bank account they threaten debt collectors. Just stop being thieves and let people go when they’ve provided WRITTEN emails stating they would like to cancel. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love this Gym, but am so sad to know that Chelsea has gone. Chelsea was amazing! The group classes, the vibes, the training, everything! She brought so much passion, and knowledge into the gym. I don’t know what it’ll be like without her. Also, So saddened to know Josh is leaving as well! The team at Ningi are what made it so great! Without them I’m not sure it’ll be as good. They have lost and continue to loose AMAZING staff who are the reason why I stayed there. I know a lot of other members feel the same so I’m sure I’m speaking on behalf of a lot of people. With completion of other amazing gyms opening so close, this gym won me over with the staff. Now I’m not sure.

Negative experience: Worst gym ! I can’t express the disappointment. Rude, arrogant and no standards... Worst customer service I ever have experienced . I wish I could rate zero . The staff is not trained to handle customers. They deducted money from our account twice after canceling my membership. They mislead people and make them fool for money . Tip for them: They have to put the donation box for themselves so can everyone put money in it . And they can use it for their maintenance. So that they no need to mislead people and deduct money from their accounts without their permission. And one thing more even they don’t have any manager to talk n solve your problem they don’t have any head office where people can explain the issue . Worst gym I ever seen in my life.

Fantastic experience: I signed up recently and really enjoy training at this gym. The staff are very welcoming and got me started on a tailored fitness program and showed me how to use the equipment. Well maintained always clean and tidy, new equipment too!! Would recommend to anyone.
