Negative experience: The girl that cancelled my membership was lovely and easy to deal with but the gym as a whole sucks. No internet signal, bad machine variety, full of school kids who sit on all the machines even when they’re not using them who generally have BO problems and no $65 refund when I return my swipe key so not sure what that actual free is for and I doubt is even legal.

Fantastic experience: I have found Gym's intimidating in the past but haveing a manager my own age group is fantastic. Vicky is warm, friendly and it feels like dropping in to visit a friend. Being mature aged she understands that older have different motivation to work out. I haveosteoporosis. I think all your gym's should a "Vicky"

Negative experience: Too many teenagers hogging machines and play fighting even at 10pm at night. Had to ask one group if I can join in fighting... just so they would stop. Not for the serious gym junky.

The location is great, there is a wide range facilities and equipment to use (which are all in great condition) and the staff are super friendly! If you live around the Sutherland area I would definitely recommend giving Plus Fitness a go.

Negative experience: The worst gym in Sutherland. I was charged hidden fees, promised benefits I never received, staff are passive aggressive. The worst part? When I finally complained about it I was kicked out. Lol

I'm going to miss it for the next six months or so (Thanks China) Jane is amazing , I have dealt with her over the phone a few times and is very helpful with my questions/enquires. I left my iPod on a stationary bike one time and it got handed into the office. Thanks for your honesty whoever did that

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms before this one over 3 decades and this is easily the only impressive one that suits my fussy nature. Fantastic gym, very personal, very nice staff and great equipment. If I have any feedback to suggest it’s the complimentary deodorant sprays being too close to workout areas. You end up with mouthfuls of carcinogenic scented chemicals every time someone sprays and you gotta hold your breath or walk away from it. I feel the pump action deodorants would be a better fit. Thanks for a considerate atmosphere, well thought out and very clean gym.

Fantastic experience: These guy are decent. I had a recent issue where my membership was transferred to another Plus Fitness, and it was at the same time that I was trying to put my membership on hold due to a day surgery operation. I was initially annoyed but there was confusion on my part here, the issue was resolved quickly. Really like this gym - nice staff and decent facility

Fantastic experience: Small and convenient gym. Kept very tidy and clean. The people that come here to work out are friendly and they're not annoying show-offs. The staff are very helpful and respond to your enquiries quickly. - I wish they brought back the weight-lifting classes. The music they play over the speakers isn't that great for exercising but at least it's not loud so I can still listen to my own music.

Positive experience: It is a modern and clean gym. It has plently of equipment and space. There is friendly staff at the gym. Overall pretty good place but nothing unique for a gym hence the four stars.

Positive experience: Above average gym. Everyone there is nice and friendly. No douche bag roid boys/girls. They have monthly fitness/strength competitions. The PT's are great (Drew is fantastic!) Would be good if they had a bubbler upstairs though so I didn't have to go downstairs everytime I ran out of water, maybe that's part of the training... Lol.

Positive experience: Small in comparison, any gym that is under 500sqm is small, and clean. Equipment is old, units on cable machines are lbs and inaccurate in my opinion. Hard to find parking for more than 1hr so workout has to be rushed. Is that review more to your liking "owner"?

Fantastic experience: After receiving a $220 outstanding fee I had a panic and went and saw rhiannon at this gym and it was cleared up straight away, super helpful and lovely and the only reason I'm leaving this gym as work commitments are getting in the way. Recommend this gym to anyone. Great facilities and great staff. :)

Negative experience: So annoying , the one of the arrogant personal trainer , always ( especially busy afternoon ) accomodate the whole free weight area , ask the members to leave that area and do his classes .. why can’t you guys then having a virtual class room .. it’s not acceptable. We pay for the membership Mr.owner it's not about running classes with couple of people , it's about using the entire space for the class and not let workout the members of your club ..don't you understand . If you want 5 star then I can give you 5star to your hard working management staffs of course they are awesome . But not for your PT. BTW your PT needs PT ND YOU AS WELL
