Fantastic experience: HBHC is a great gym. No ego's here , people are nice and always up for a chat. Staff are always smiling and friendly and the PTs are happy to give advice and help you on your fitness journey. Lots on offer and heaps of classes if you don't want to do it in your own. Love it ....

Fantastic experience: Joining Health Club Hervey Bay has been a great decision for me. As a new resident to Hervey Bay, I have been delighted by how welcoming everyone is. The staff are really friendly, very helpful and efficient. The instructors are inspiring and encouraging - my fitness level has improved greatly over the past few months since I joined. I have made new friends and enjoy being in such a warm, community minded environment. Can’t recommend HCHB highly enough.

Fantastic experience: At present I only partake of the early morning Aqua sessions. However the pool is always clean and Instructors seem to enjoy what they do to entertain us 'oldies'. The Reception staff too always pleasant and willing to help. Recommend to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and physicality.

Negative experience: I visited this place together with my daughter, who is a regular to the club. I was treated with age discrimination, and I felt humiliated. I'll never go back.

Fantastic experience: Lovliest staff here. Always armed with a smile, easy going. Gym is well equipped and a bunch of Exercise Pysiologists and Nutritionalist. DVA support too. Cafe is great too. Lovely barister and excellent coffee

Fantastic experience: I joined Health Club during a short term trip to Hervey Bay. I've been a member of several gyms in Brisbane, and this gym is honestly one of my favourites that I have been to. No shortage of good equipment, a great variety, clean and well serviced. Friendly staff, it was a pleasure to visit a few times!

Fantastic experience: After losing a baby in 2020, I was too depressed to exercise and struggling at home with my then 2 year old. I joined Hervey Bay Health Club mainly because they had a Kid’s Club and I wanted a few hours break from my boy during the week. Wendy and Leanne were absolutely incredible with my son and his behaviour problems (he is now suspected autistic). Even though I usually didn’t feel like exercising, I would make myself go to gym so that my boy could enjoy his time with his friends and I could enjoy some kid-free time upstairs in the Women’s Only area. Hervey Bay Health Club became our happy place, with my son developing friendships and my partner and I being able to focus on our fitness goals. With all of the different classes, equipment, and the indoor pool and squash courts, there is definitely something for everyone. And with our new baby just born a few days ago, I am counting down until she reaches the 6 week mark and can enjoy Kid’s Club with her big brother while Mummy gets back into training Cannot recommend this place highly enough

It offers everything from incredible staff and trainers, astounding classes, never ending gym equipment, pool, coffee shop and even squash courts. 24 hours, electronic entry, I feel truly spoiled. My gym visits are the happiest part of my day.

Positive experience: Great gym, friendly staff but too busy with people using multiple machines at the same time making it near impossible to have a quick workout. Suits seniors as they have all day to wait for machines and are the main culprits. Need to pick times carefully to avoid the seniors social club.

Fantastic experience: Decent price for what you get, full gym during normal hours, 24 hour gym, personal trainer to do programs and classes. Perfect.
Fantastic experience: A really great gym, spacious, well equipped and friendly staff. There is a separate and well equipped second floor women's section, 24 hour access is available and the gym has a large swimming pool and child minding facilities. My wife and I are Seniors, have been in Hervey Bay for six months and have been training at the gym seven times a week so we think it is OK. For Seniors train from 12 to 3 when the gym is quiet and relaxed.
