Fantastic experience: Are you allowed to use tripods? Given that someone is always respective, not getting in anyone’s way, and doesn’t take hours on a machine.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with relaxed atmosphere. Modern/New equipment. The boxing class on Mondays are a lot of fun. Loving the Snap app with all the features and virtual classes On Demand and a For the Body/For the Mind section for diet and meditation, no excuses now! It makes the working out and lifestyle balance so easy to use it practically does it for you!

Fantastic experience: I joined up with Snap Fitness Runaway Bay a few weeks back and I have enjoyed every part of it. It's a small local gym, and I would rather that than a busy, loud and packed gym. I love the 24hr access to the gym, if my routine ever changes then this wouldn't be a worry for me. There are a variety of machines to choose from and you aren't waiting long periods of time to use them, which is another plus. The community are a friendly bunch and all seem to get along great. Bec the manager is also very lovely and helpful when it came to joining up. She even reached out to see how I was progressing in my fitness journey. I am very happy being a member here at this gym!

Fantastic experience: I would just like to share my experience as an older person, it's a bit daunting going into a gym to train, I've had knee surgery so I need to strengthen muscles to continue working till retirement and I have to say that Snap at runaway bay is THE best one! Bec is just so lovely and cares about her clients, the gym itself is always clean and tidy, overall I'm having a wonderful time there, highly recommend this one

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Snap for a few years and have been to a few around the Gold Coast and in other towns. I am currently staying on the northern end of the Gold Coast so stopping in here. This is by far the cleanest Snap Fitness I have been to. Small, but has everything you need and a nice quiet vibe (if that’s what you’re after). Wish I lived nearby as I prefer the atmosphere here to the one closer to home.

Fantastic experience: Well kitted out gym that you can use whenever you like. There is something for everyone, including cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, functional area and outdoor area with punch bag.

Fantastic experience: Ive visited many Snap Fitness gyms and would have to say that Snap Runaway Bay is my favourite. The manager, Leanne, and her team, along with the trainers and fellow club members, give this gym a strong community feel. The gym is always clean and tidy and Leeane always greets me with a big smile and is supportive. I look forward to my daily visits.

Positive experience: Hi I have been a member for eight months attending at least 3 times per week. I have always found the team to be friendly and helpful. Last month a new manager was appointed and she has maintained this standard helping new members to get accustomed to the equipment. Cheers Ivor Ackers.

Negative experience: So frustrated and disappointed with the service from Runaway Bay Snap, my husbands card was blocked when we changed details they required a new form to be signed, no one advised us, and have tried since last Thursday to contact them to resolve. Finally today the matter I am told is fixed. Doesn't help when when its a struggle to motivate yourself to go and then you find your blocked for a service that your are up to date and paid for.

Negative experience: I cancled my membership over than 2months ago . But money still withdrawed from my account!!! So i called to staff . He told me i cancled your membership and i will call you back 10mins later. But he didnt. A week later it happened again!!i called him again. He gave me same answer and never called me back . What a irresponsible . They took my money over than 2month but no apologize no answer. What a terrible experience ive ever had. If i move to another town i wont never ever sign up snap fitness!!!
