Fantastic experience: Great gym (best local anytime by far) tones of equipment - bench/ squat racks for days. Staff are always friendly and make the effort to say hello and goodbye.

Positive experience: Visited this one a couple of times during my work trip to Brisbane. Great equipment and layout. My only comment would be i couldn't find any hand sanitisers out by the front area.

Negative experience: Premium prices, poor quality gym. -Water dispensers broken for 6+ months, no water pressure, unchanged filters. -Broken showers, soap dispensers always empty. -Machine equipment in dangerously damaged condition, rope pulls on the verge of snapping, machine padding cracking and missing components. -Treadmills unserviced, maintenance errors pop up mid run, resulting in sudden stop and being thrown forward into the window. 3 of 6 machines operable, barely. -Personal trainers using entire group session room for a one-on-one, claiming they have a "class" booked, not on class roster, barring other members entry at peak times. -Members reserving 3+ machines at a time with towels/bottles/equipment at peak hour times, staff don't care. -Phones left unanswered, new sign ups left waiting with no staff in sight during staffed hours.

Positive experience: Good size and usually not to busy at the times I attend.

Negative experience: If I could review less stars i would - It’s a Rinky dink shotty gym with no vibe or atmosphere - but before you can even experience the lack of motivation draining from your body - you will have to go through the complete process of miscommunication between the 3 totally absent staff who are never there during “staffed hours” and who ask you to come for an appointment that they are not present for - So get stuck outside waiting for nobody to come - Then you gent the dodgy info about the joining fees and $100 tag fees and vouchers you cannot use - Anyway just a straight up Joke . Don’t waste time, money or effort here

Fantastic experience: My local, I love this gym, extra equipment, nice big areas to workout in. Staff are friendly and equipment is in pretty good nick. There is a couple of machines that could do with love, but this is a big gym with a lot of traffic. Although it's high traffic, there always seems to be equipment ready when you are looking for it. Definitely a good gym to be apart of

Negative experience: I was a member for all of 3 weeks, not due to their service just was not worth going for me. Casual contract has a 3-4 week notice period to cancel, said fair enough I’ll cop it. An almost $200 owing figure was provided to me then was passed onto a debt collection agency (later discovered they cannot afford their own internal teams they outsource their billing also to another company). Spoke to a nice fella named Jim from Ecollect who asked the gym for a confirmation on my balance.I ask for an email asking for a breakdown of my charges since $200 cancelling a $30 per week month to month membership sounded criminal. (I also paid for my keycard for the full amount at the start of the membership). Jim has sent emails to the anytime and cc’d me. Almost 2 weeks later the gym finally responds with his Jim, $130. Which was the correct amount minus a fraudulent half of contract balance fee that got slapped on my breakdown. (Also for anyone thinking, why not call the anytime and query the charge. This is where I found out that billing and just about anything that isn’t signing you up and the equipment specifically. You get the equivalent to “not my job” and “I’ll get my manager to call you tomorrow” which anyone who’s dealt with customer service knows that’s a 1/10 chance of happening on a good day. Anyways, still waiting on that call from the manager. Hoping any day now.

Positive experience: Overall it’s ok, I recently moved and had to change clubs from my other AF club which has been an adjustment as they don’t seem to be run the same way. They have a wide range of equipment available, great cardio area and a spacious group workout/freestyle workout room. I’m introverted, so I prefer to stick to my lane and am not an outgoing or overly conversational person which can make gym interactions a bit annoying in general for me and feel like introverted people are seen to not mix with their “vibe”. When I needed to buy some supplements, the lady was helpful. However, on two occasions I needed assistance with 2 separate men who relentlessly propositioned me for a date and made me feel uncomfortable.. there was no feedback or follow-up so I had no idea if anything had been dealt with. 9/10 times I’ll walk through the door to someone staring down at their phone. Sometimes they look up and say hi, sometimes they don’t. I’m personally ok with it because I don’t go to the gym to be social but if you like a certain level of customer service this may not be your jam. The music is definitely too loud and either remove the wipes altogether and just have hand sanitiser or fix the dispensers… they’re always empty or dried out, even during staffed hours.

Fantastic experience: A superclub with plenty of equipment and space, which is needed given how busy it sometimes gets. Yes, the music is loud but anyone complaining on here could invest in some noise-cancelling headphones, or just pick some songs on the Spotify jukebox Staff are welcoming and friendly and happy to help. Given the high traffic and usage, a bit more thorough cleaning is suggested - perhaps a deep clean once a month to rid the build up of dust and grim especially in the class/functional spaces. Overall, it's probably the best club of this size I've been to. As such, it attracts some pretentious athletes but they're outnumbered by lots of genuine folk of all ages aiming to reach their fitness goals

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best anytime fitness I’ve ever been to! The staff were very friendly and the range of equipment available was really good.

Negative experience: It's a gym not a nightclub turn the music down!

Negative experience: It appears the head manager here spends 0% time in the gym otherwise they would understand that 90%+ of gym goers wear headphones to listen to their own music. The music level on the speakers here it often at a ridiculous level and when consulting staff they attempt to make you feel stupid. Fortunately for me the people who just took a class with this particular staff (yoga or something) agreed with me that music level was ridiculous, which I can only imagine made her realise that she was in the wrong. I have even texted head manager and they said some bs about keeping music reasonable but I’m here again today and again the music level is ridiculous. I must have spoken to around 20 other members in total who have also said the same thing about this issue. I can now see why this gym failed to yield the membership numbers initially anticipated 1/10 very poor overall

Fantastic experience: I attend the yoga classes with Francis at Anytime Fitness and its my favourite class. Francis is a wonderful and very welcoming teacher.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending yoga classes at Anytime Fitness Virginia for about 4 months. Frances takes time to adjust, and correct poses, so I get the most out of the class. My flexibility is increasing, stretching slowly and properly. I love that there is no need to book, mats, blocks etc are provided. If you are wanting a great stretch after your sessions at the gym or after sports, I recommend you give this class a try.

Negative experience: I signed for a $25 plan per week because I don’t want to be in a contract and when I went to cancel my membership they said I still have to pay for another month. Totally misleading and frustrating. Be aware of what they say when you join!!

Fantastic experience: Favourite Anytime Fitness gym by far. Large and open space, all equipment in working order and clearly well maintained. Staff are friendly and greet you as you arrive. Bathrooms, showers AND change rooms. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic experience: Nice new gym, clean and plenty of equipment. Onsite parking, toilets and showers. Don't use trainers but my interactions with staff were all good, seems happy people and happy to help. It's new, so fingers crossed standards keep high. Other gym goers to date, seem good and get on with their training, so minimum A hole behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Probably the second best AF I have visited in Brissy (have trained at 6 so far) No lack of equipment, machines, cardiovascular options, barbells, racks, and platforms.

Fantastic experience: Best anytime I've been to. Plenty of machines only missing a couple of favourites and plenty of space to navigate even at peak times. I drive to go to this one over closer convenient options such a Toombul because of the offering of equipment and space. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Went to this gym while visiting brissy for a week. I think its fairly new. Very spacious, clean, and has a good vibe (set by the purple lighting and of course the music). Will come here again on my next visit.

Negative experience: I had an awful experience here. I felt extremely judged by the worker Charlote. I felt as though she was making fun of me and filming me. She has an awfully rude personality. This was a humiliating experience. I am not one to write reviews but i could not let this slide. It really upset me and i definitely wont be coming back.
