Its not a snobby place or cool gym. I love how I don't have to dress up or show off or know exactly what I am doing. It's a very chill place and everyone is doing their own thing. It's great!

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had with the staff Mr. Anand, I came for registration in the break time the staff said that it’s break time and cannot be working while in a break then had to go back to my home back came by after the break time in the working hours but there was no staff available at the reception. The staff was really rude as he was saying that he will pose a fine of 250$ just because I came with a friend who is already registered with the gym this the most unfair thing I’ve experienced kindly take the needed actions thank you

Fantastic experience: Chen was nice, and convinced me to sign up. The first place i went to read a massive sign on the wall and quoted me a price. For some reason it is $2 cheaper to just go here a sign up, then you can go to any other plus fitness

Positive experience: Equipment is new but crowded and toilets aren't regularly cleaned

Negative experience: Bad customer service. Made me feel like I was a burden, and wasn’t even allowed to walk around the gym to see what equipment was available. Was told I had to pay for a casual visit or purchase the access fob key (even though I had the fitness passport). Was annoying that I was expected to pay $50 even after asking to use it today and see if I liked it, which most other gyms let you trial before you buy (or at least walk around the gym first). Disappointing…

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and responsible staff. It’s good to see their smiles on the face. Place is clean and convenient since it’s 24/7. Definitely coming in earlier or later to avoid the crowd.

Fantastic experience: I have been member of this gym since it started. Personally I feel it is one of the cleanest, spacious gym in this region. The best thing it is open 24 by 7. The staff and the coach are polite and helpful. The staff was very helpful especially during the covid period. They paused my membership for over 1.5 years. Not a single dollar was overcharged. Also, they did everything through email as I cannot visit the gym at that point. Kudos guy. Great work keep it up.

Negative experience: The worst gym I have been to. They have been harassing me with dues even though my account was on hold since i was traveling. I have paid over $200 trying to cancel my membership and i still get harassed with overdue mails threatening me with overdue fees. There is no clear communication from the gym and a lot of confusion amongst the admins. My partner hasn’t been charged but i have been charged multiple times. Both of us were on hold together and canceled memberships at the same time.

Negative experience: Overall good gym terrible communication. Cancelled my membership and claimed they called me which they never did and to restart my my membership I had to pay an extra 45 bucks.

Negative experience: There are hidden fees, gym charged way over what the contract said DO NOT SIGN UP, anytime fitness or fitness first would actually work out cheaper.

Negative experience: The pricing was good but the gym layout was bad. There is only one of any machines and the main equipment's such as the squat rack was absolute trash as it was uneven. Good if finding a cheap gym and a planet fitness alternative. Else anytime fitness which is around the corner would be a better gym. I am out today convening the Golf Day. Today I will start the impacts of viticulture.

Fantastic experience: Really really spacious with lots of ceiling height compared to other gyms. Would recommend having a calf machine and a platform for squats and deadlifts as the rubber matting isn't as good as a solid platform. Also prefer wet towels for cleaning machines rather than paper towels and dispensing the cleaning agent. Has cold water dispenser

Fantastic experience: Due to the COVID-19 situation and not living near a branch after moving, I called in to cancel my membership. The staff (Paanya) who answered was extremely helpful and understanding, and was quick in resolving the issue by sending out an electronic form for me to fill remotely. She also checked in with the manager to waive the two-week cancellation policy considering my last debit was just the day before. Overall incredible location and incredible service.
