Fantastic experience: Hey guys, Just want to say a massive thanku for your care, patience and understanding as I have been navigating immense mental health issues through 16 months of being bullied at a construction site. Nothing was an issue for the staff at Snap to fully understand ny position, put my membership on hold countless times and just be so understanding every email or phone call. I thanku all and appreciate you and all the assistance you have offered and or given me as I have been navigating the emotions throughout this time and my weariness ro come back to gym. Fantastic experience: The most welcoming gym environment and my children love the creche. It's so amazing that they offer a free creche for parents and all the staff are mums so they get it! There is a beautiful community of mums who are all here at the same time cheering eachother on and bonding over the highs and lows of parenthood. Would recommend to any mumma wanting to improve their mental and physical health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for the past 10 months and both the Staff and Gym Facilities have been amazing. The staff are kind, friendly and super helpful and are always cleaning keeping the place fresh and tidy. The gym itself is fantastic! They recently upgraded some of the equipment and I love the layout with a stretching area tucked around a corner with the rest of the gym being quite open! Also, If you’re needing a personal trainer, Tristan “Tricky” has been amazing! I’ve lost over 27kg!! There’s another gym just around the corner however I choose snap fitness not just for the staff but because of the location as well! Lots of parking and it’s out of the way!! Best gym!

Fantastic experience: I have been back at the gym since i was 3 weeks pp and i can’t thank the girls at Snap enough for helping me look after my baby while i train. The crèche has been a great addition to my gym membership and my baby loved it there. Always feel so welcome at Snap.

Negative experience: I should have known better than to sign up here, I signed up after feeling pressured from a gym tour. I never stepped foot inside the gym after signing up as I didn’t like the vibe of the gym (old and run down) nor the staff, I cancelled my membership through text message, it’s been well and truly over 30 days and they still take money from my account and don’t reply to messages. Avoid this gym, there’s better in the area

Fantastic experience: I love how relaxing the area is for me. Sometimes you just want to have a good nice workout plus the creche is FREE. How good is that. It’s easy to just book in without a fuss and cancel on the app if you cannot make it. The place is so clean and it’s just right for the kids to not be over stimulated with too much clutter. I also love how I can just feel at home.

Negative experience: After snapping my L1 in 2020 @ Snap Fitness my life had changed. After almost 14 months of rehab I had to rebuild my body. Initially Snap Fitness, I felt, wanted to help, which I was grateful for and showed through loyalty and appreciation. I believed this gym really cared about me trying to rebuild not just my body, but my confidence and self esteem, which had been completely shattered in 2020/2021. However, a recent communication via email, not via telephone or in person (until I addressed the situation), showed me Snap Fitness thought different. That communication has resurfaced old anxiety wounds, cut deep and left me to think, did Snap Fitness Ormeau really want to help me. I don't really know now! I wish the gym well for the future!

Fantastic experience: This gym is well equipped and clean with a pleasant vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Tristan was full of great advise during my son’s induction. Access is good although parking can sometimes fill up at busy times. All good though as there is additional parking around the back. There are wipe down stations at various intervals around the gym, and most of the members are courteous, and do clean down the equipment after use. The gym is currently receiving a refreshing paint job, which is nice to see, and shows their commitment to maintaining the space. Can’t fault this multi purpose gym. Cardio, strength training, muscle building, agility, injury recovery, it’s got what you need whatever your requirements. We have yet to sample the classes they have on offer, but they look great.

Fantastic experience: The vibe here is amazing, the staff and regular gym goers make this an amazing and comfortable experience for all fitness levels. The FREE !!! creche between 9- 11 gives mums and dads the ability to get in there and get it done. Have been going to this gym for over four years now it is my families second home .

Fantastic experience: Ormeau gym is always clean and a great range of machines and equipment more than the other Snap gyms I have had to go to when away from home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Initially joined in April 2022 due to their PT Tristan Lee speciality in strength training and conditioning and also observed that he was always focused on working with his clients. Therefore I invested in my health and training for specialised events and my government occupation. His ability to customise my trainings and help with nutrition shows that he is a passionate coach, going above and beyond for all his clients. My husband and friends have noticed the changes

The crèche girls are sensational with the all the kids, always a helping hand and smile at the reception desk from the manager and the PT Tristan is welcoming with wonderful knowledge to help you on your journey.

Fantastic experience: Signed up with Snap Ormeau few years ago and was impressed when I first walked inside. Has heaps of equipment and is always very clean. PT's are informative and great and membership includes free creche and classes - highly recommend Snap Ormeau

Negative experience: Absolute rip off. Happy to sign you up in person but you can't cancel in person. Happy to charge you $89 for an access card but when you want to cancel, tell you that the $89 is non refundable. Offer services, free PT session, but don't follow through. By far the worst gym I have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot in, would not recommend to my worse enemy.

Negative experience: Would not recommend joining this gym. Honestly the customer service there is absolutely appalling. Tried to cancel months ago. After multiple emails and calls they have finally stop withdrawing from my account after 3 months of trying to cancel. Seems like an on going issue with other people trying to cancel and having extreme difficulty cancelling. Beware before joining!!!

The crew are always welcoming with smiles and know every member by name. Absolutely love Snap Ormeau, Tristan has helped me so much in my journey and continues to support me and all of his clients. Jessie W has stepped up to the new manager role so well, its always such a pleasure to see her smiling face each morning :) and Jessie C is always on my butt about the chalk lol and mummas lets not forget about the fabulous creche ladies, everyone is always so warm and welcoming :) keep up the work guys x

Fantastic experience: Been training here for almost 4 years and still love it. Great equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The club and bathrooms are regularly cleaned. Free creche which is such a benefit. The community within this gym is hands down the best, you will always feel welcome ❤

Negative experience: This toilet has been like this for a month. There is no hot or even warm water at the gym so dont expect to be coming here before you go out for a quick session. One of the personal trainers told me that it’s because “the owners too stingy to pay for hot water.” The water filter tastes horrible and needs to be replaced. If you are planning on getting a membership here, don’t.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending snap ormeau for 3 years and average 5 sessions a week. I absolutely love how welcoming this gym and is. The staff are so happy all of the time and are not afraid to help wherever they can whenever they can. Not only that, the members at this snap all act like a little family and you’ll always receive a wave from someone in the club at some point during your session. Hands down an amazing gym environment. The PTs are awesome and loved by everyone in the club. If you’re an experienced trainer or just looking to get started and not sure where to go, I couldn’t recommend snap ormeau enough.

Negative experience: Went into shop to cancel my membership as wasnt using it and no one was there. Called and said that would need to send email to cancel membership. Havent heard from them and they went ahead and charged me another for another fortnight while I still havent heard back. Not impressed.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Snap Fitness Ormeau in January after a few years break from training. I was fed up with feeling unhappy with my body, tired and unfit. I really wanted to to try strength training but as a beginner I knew I needed to find a gym that was supportive and an environment where I didn’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable. From my very first meeting with Snap Fitness Ormeau I felt comfortable and supported. I left with my brand new gym pass feeling excited and ready to train! Since then Iv been training 3 days per week. The equipment is awesome and there is plenty of space! I love that I don’t have to wait for equipment and if I need help all I have to do is ask. Snap Fitness Ormeau is the perfect gym for anyone no matter what your goals are. I keep coming back which is always a good sign!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have felt welcome the moment I walked in the gym! The staff are always friendly and are more than happy to help with any questions and the members are friendly also. There is a good variety of equipment/machines that are well maintained and having the creche is great for when I want to go with friends who have kids. I have been a member of Snap at other locations but would have to say that Ormeau has been the stand out for me.
