Positive experience: Serviceis generally good with flashes of greatness. However the building and facilities need dramatic upgrading through funding etc. Building is tired and could really do with major works. Staff are friendly and know their jobs well.

Negative experience: Had to recently cancel my daughters gymnastics for the term and the pcyc has refused to refund my money, even though they expect it paid in full the previous term which in ths case was December 2019. Do not recommend sending your kids here

Negative experience: No disabled access to gym. Lady at front counter just stared blankly when asked about accessibility. Apparently this community orginisation doesn't feel those of us with disabilities are part of the community.

Positive experience: Great atmosphere, very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Ample free parking (outdoor). Yes facilities and equipment are not contemporary, but yearly membership is quarter of the big fitness franchisees. Very cheap child minding service. The equipment at the PCYC gets the job done and there is sufficient variety for most people to work what they need to. Wide variety of classes, weights room and cardio machines. If you want to save money and dont care about gym status bragging rights, this is the place for you. Only downside is that it does not have 24 hour access.
