F45 Training Albion

Fantastic experience: I was a little afraid to try this place for the first time as I'm an international person and have no idea about this place, so I searched on Instagram, and it looks fun to go to work out‍♀️ For the first day, all the trainers, Michael, Josh, Alex, Maddie, Lachlan, Charlotte, and Monique, welcomed me and explained well. Also, I joined their 45-day challenge and won the 1st position with helping from trainers. I am especially thanks to Michael as always asked Michael for advice for registering for the challenge or getting lion hearts, and many questions about the gym. If you are looking for place for work out, you won't regret trying F45 albion store to work out! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I completed a 21 day trial and could write an essay on my experience. The trainers are unreal, from the moment I stepped in they were genuine, supportive and have created a culture unlike any other gym I’ve been to before. They are a wealth of knowledge and are quick to help you out with your form. I would HIGHLY trialling

Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable trainers who will motivate you and make sure that your technique is safe and correct. The equipment is well-maintained and the gym facilities are clean. The members are generally very nice and supportive of each other's fitness journey too.

Fantastic experience: There is a lot of choice when considering a place to get your daily work out, including other F45's and similar establishments. However, we often overlook the basics that makes everyday training enjoyable. With the team at F45 you will always get consistency, engaged trainers but most importantly, they are prepared and always on time. These guys do the 1%'s really well and the byproduct is an energetic and enthusiastic training group. All you need to do, is turn up. Great job team. Regards Andrew and Jemma.

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th year training at F45 Albion and I absolutely love it!! The trainers are all so experienced, encouraging, warm and friendly. They really motivate you to work harder (often joining in themselves) and push yourself further in a fun way. Thank you to the entire F45 team for creating such an awesome studio with variety! I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend F45, particularly the Albion studio above all (I’ve tried a few). The trainers are so welcoming, knowledgeable and great for a laugh. You always leave the studio knowing you’ve completed an effective workout. Bonus points for me - great music and the trainers always prioritise a good stretch after the class. If you’re hesitating to join up, do it! You won’t look back.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I joined F45 Albion after moving to Brisbane, the trainers are exceptional in teaching technique whilst also bringing their fun vibrant energy to every session. Gym sessions have formed part of my morning routine and I am feeling fitter and stronger from it.

Fantastic experience: It took me 50 yrs to join a gym and I’m still here 3 yrs later ! The classes are designed for everybody whether you choose to do weight , cardio or combined and it’s all over in 45mins . I love that you can view the tv screen to see the exercises plus the lovely trainers offer encouragement and assist to get your form correct. You can also see the timer count down before you move to the next exercise .and I love that there’s no pretentiousness , no mirrors , heaps of space , ,wear whatever you’re comfortable in and we all often have a laugh. It’s air conned with fans and spotless amenities. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Albion with my partner when we moved to the area and it has become a fundamental part of our morning routine to set us up for the day. Having been to other F45 studios and other gyms previously, I can say that none compare to F45 Albion due to the high energy in the room, the caring and helpful trainers, the friendliness of the other members and the overall great vibe.

Fantastic experience: Started in January after putting on weight after Xmas time. Was motivated thanks to Emilie, my daughter who had already joined a year ago. First day was so challenging that I didn’t think I could do it…. The team is fantastic and encouraged you all the time during every exercise! Came second for my first challenge and lost 6kg! Was so happy about that! It motivated me even more to continue and set new goals. This place has great music and free car park, a great variety of exercises that I think I couldn’t do but practice make perfect! I can do my reverse burpee’s now!!!! This place keep you fit! Just pump it up….

Fantastic experience: Of the many gyms I have been to, F45 is one of the greatest. The drive of the trainers to improve you is inspiring. The equipment is top notch and the gym is always super clean. But the best part is the community that F45 Albion has cultivated.

Fantastic experience: As someone who was initially very scared and apprehensive on the idea of Group classes, the team at Albion F45 instantly made me feel comfortable or better yet, apart of the team!! Since starting, with the help of the trainers and the encouraging atmosphere, I’ve seen a big visible difference in my body but more importantly, my mental health. What used to be a chore is now what I look forward to each day because of the people at Albion F45. I highly recommend joining the team!! Comparing my old gym experience to Albion F45 is hugely different! I would spend hours at my old gym and would feel like I achieved nothing. Now I can spend a quick 45min session having fun with the team at Albion and feel so accomplished for the rest of the day! Fantastic experience: I was encouraged by my daughter to join F45 Albion as she had first hand experience of this amazing studio. This is not my local F45 but due to the rave reviews and their 21 day trial I gave it a go. Months later.... I am so happy I did and I look forward to attending. I am a committed member and I cannot imagine training 6 days a week anywhere else. I cannot fault this place. The trainers are just fabulous (5 star) in their support and encouragement, and my fellow members are always happy and friendly. Fantastic experience: You will love getting your fitness on with Albion F45. Did the 21 day trial and signed up for 6 months. The workouts are always different. All the trainers are so warm and welcoming, they bring members together with new challenges and special events to keep us engaged. Our first class trial meeting Michael and Josh we knew we were in the right place, they made a great first impression for us to sign up straight away. It's a great environment to meet likeminded people and challenge each other to smash goals. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have been more happy with my experience here. Lachie n Josh made me feel very welcome from my first session in around the start of November. My goal was to drop from a size 44 to 36 in a year’s time. Fast forward to Now in July i reach my goal 4 months faster than I expected and now. I can comfortably fit into a 34 and have lost 26+ kilos and now at a weight and waste-line I haven’t been at since I was 21. I have trained in many commercial gyms, health clubs an group fitness places for 15 years and I never achieved anywhere close to the results I have had at f45 in Albion. I felt no judgment and was made to feel very comfortable in the environment from all the trainers which really help me to focus on my health goals. Straight up this place is a 10 out of 10. Facts and the results speaks for themselves

Fantastic experience: F45 Albion has changed my life. In my first 3 months of joining the gym I lost 15+kg. And now almost a year later the weight has stayed off. The trainers are very supportive and teach you a lot about correct technique but also push you in cardio classes that little be more. I could not recommend this gym more enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out for the last three months in this studio and I've seen great changes on my body. I've had full support from the traines who are checking on me regularly, giving me advise in nutrition, resting, and they also keep you motivated. Great team

Negative experience: Trainers are great, however management is very inflexible and refuse to return overcharged membership fees.

Fantastic experience: F45 Albion has made me love exercise again! I used to go to 24/7 gyms and do my own weights, never really seeing any progress. Now I am 3 weeks into the challenge and I can do 20 push ups, when previously I could do none! The trainers here really put in the effort to get to know you and your goals, and are supportive and motivating. If you have been thinking about trying it out, do it!

Fantastic experience: The F45 Albion team are friendly and welcoming. They provide constant encouragement and support, and will motivate you to work harder and push yourself without making you feel uncomfortable. I usually only work out because I know it’s good for me, but since joining the challenge, I find myself having fun and looking forward to the classes.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend the F45 Albion club highly enough! The team here are very welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. The club is spacious and the equipment new and clean. The sessions here are always different, challenging and full of energy. During sessions the trainers are consistently keeping an eye out for correct form and offering advice for different techniques. I've always struggled with finding the motivation to exercise consistently, but F45 has me hooked! These guys are definitely worth more than five stars.

Fantastic experience: The training and the instructors are really great at Albion F45. I love the controlled time / interval training style and every session is different, so it is never boring. The instructors mix it up and really push you along within your own capabilities to reach your goals. I enjoy immediately seeing my results after each session and being competitive I like to always put my best effort in and reach the higher zones. I think it is a terrific way to get fit and healthy in a group environment.

Fantastic experience: F45 Albion has made returning to exercise after having a baby really great! The trainers have modified exercises for me and guides offered advice on postpartum training and there is a crèche on site which makes going to the gym much easier.

I'm going almost everyday and F45 Albion isn't just a place to get fit but it's a room full of like minded individuals that want you to get fit just as much as they do themselves. Was only in brisbane for the Christmas holidays but the teams dedication to helping me out even though I couldn't stay long was astounding. Also, there's a good variety of class times available so there's no excuses. So glad I joined!

I am loving the loud music and the screens with all the instructions (because I forget so easily what I'm doing! ), I'm loving that there are other mums in my class too all battling the post baby weight loss challenges.

Loving the training, sore in so many muscles I haven’t been sore in for a while!! From a Physio’s point of view i’m really impressed with the knowledge of the trainers and the way they correct members when doing an exercise incorrectly to avoid injury!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym i have ever been to. I tried going to a regular gym by myself, making up my own routine, being distracted all the time, going to classes where no one knows your name and no one really cares if you’re doing something hurtful to your body or wrong, i tried programs but never stuck to any of them more than 2 weeks. I’m still a rookie at F45, but I try to go there 4 times a week, the coaches remember my name and I feel very motivated every single time to give it my best, because of the support and energy there. I have gained heaps of confidence, resistance and strengh in so little time! It is so hard, but so good! And SO worth the good money we pay to be apart of the cult... i mean. Gym.
