Negative experience: really disappointed they will do everything to make you pay the slightest cent, read your contract carefully before going to them because they will not give you a gift. I also find them very unpleasant to the point of sending you threatening emails if something does not suit them. We are disgusted with this room. go elsewhere there is choice without getting ripped off.

The place was clean, tidy and had everything you need for a full body work out. I will most definitely be returning on my next trip to Sydney.

Gym is amazing, very clean, good equipment but that's not the best feature, none of the best equipment compares to the amazing staff the gym has. Really helpful and always smiling. Fantastic experience: Great little find - friendly and welcoming environment, ample quality equipment and they will not ask you to sacrifice your newborn to pay for membership. Don't listen to the rubbish reviews complaining about space and or poor quality of equipment - it has plenty of space, and the equipment is fine. If you want a great gym, with good people that staff it - who ALWAYS greet you with a smile - give this one a go.

Positive experience: It was ok, had enough equipment to use, in alright condition. They were fixing some of the machines so that was fine. Manager was really nice and friendly. Its close to alot of shops ie bottle-o I gave 4stars only because the gym didn't have nice flow to the training areas. Was a bit scattered and crammed around the 2 power racks. Fine to get a training session in. I trained twice here on short visit from WA

Positive experience: Good... But you guys Need to Stop this cross fit people, I was training and a Guy Was trowing wheights on the ground today Jan. 30 at 23:17 mins, check on the camera. such a uncomfortable sensation, this is not a cross fit gym, people do not respect!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Been here 3to4 days per week for over a year now. Mikey is always awesome to talk to. Even other members on the weekend is very friendly. Equipments and facilities is slowly getting an upgrade. The community is also quite friendly and respectful. One downside for me is the number of school teens during certain hours sitting around on their phones hogging Equipments and leaving a mess. But, if you avoid those hours, it's no biggies.

Fantastic experience: I used to train at Fitness First and left my membership for this gym.I have been training at Snap Fitness Pyrmont for now 5 years and I love it! It has a genuine community of passionate people, appears unassuming yet boasts all the equipment that you'll need and is affordable, convenient and well located. But the most important asset of this gym is its manager Michael Burokas. I have been to many gyms in my life and he is by far and beyond the best manager I have ever come across to. His dedication, commitment and love for the gym and its customers is astonishing. He is always smiling and eager to help. You can feel the passion he has for his job and sometimes you can't help but wonder if he isn't on a 24/7 shift as his gym as he is always here doing something. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of snap Pyrmont for around 6 years, I have found this gym very welcoming by the staff that work there. There is an excellent variety of equipment for every type of workout and it’s well maintained. There is also a good community here because I got to one some of the other members. Well worth checking out this gym if you’re in the area.

Negative experience: Seriously, don’t you think its time to change and update your equipment. Unbelievable in the middle of the city of Sydney, I can’t believe such a gym exists, filthy , smelly, dirty, dusty. All the equipment need an update. Respect your clients!!

Negative experience: They’ve put posters up around the place for a $5 for 5 week deal but conveniently left out the fact the access card to get into the gym is $60 and non refundable. A $1 plastic card and the 1 min it takes to activate it cost $60. You got to hate scam companies that use these dodgy tactics. Gotta wonder what else they would do.

Fantastic experience: Since I moved to Sydney, I’ve been here. Above all, Mikey who’s in charge of this gym, He’s the sweetest guy and it’s always good to start the gym. Every time we come across in Pyrmont, he makes me delighted as a neighbor. He’s definitely an asset for all members. No matter what you are in, he’d be happy to help you. Fantastic experience: (한국 분들을 위한 한국어 리뷰도 밑에 첨부했어요) For the first time, I choose this gym just because I live upstairs. However, I found something amazing from the manager and a staff called Mikey. The manager is so dedicated in taking care of the gym and its all facilities, so, any facilities with troubles will work in a day and parts of facilities are regularly replaced for members’ safety and convenience. Mikey, he is the best staff I have ever seen. I am not so sure whether his super kindness overwhelms his diligent and professional attitudes. Also, other staff are as good as Mikey and the manager. If you want to find a good gym in Pyrmont, it must be the snap Fitness and also you are sick and tired of your old gym which is under wrong management, this is the perfect place to restart your exercise regime. I strongly recommend this gym to anybody who is eligible for good health environment. 처음에는 짐이 아래층에 있어서 별 생각없이 등록을 했었습니다. 그런데, 몇일 다니다 보니, 마이키라는 매니저랑 이 짐 오너가 그동안 호주에서 다녀본 다른 짐들과 정말 다르다는 생각이 들더라구요. 일단, 매니저 자체가 그냥 직원이라는 생각으로 일하기 보다는, 자기 짐처럼 일을 하더라구요. 한국사람 입장에서, 이렇게 근면하고 깔끔한 호주 사람이 있나 싶을 정도로 말이죠. 그러다보니, 일단 문제가 있는 짐 기구들도 바로 바로 바로 교체가 이루어지고, (이게 호주에서 살아보진 분들은 아시겠지만, 정말 흔한 일이 아니거든요) 오래된 운동기구 부품들도 짐에 다니는 회원들 안전과 편리를 위해서 규칙적으로 바꿔주더군요. (오너도 이 부분을 정말 잘챙기는 분이고, 본인도 이 짐에서 운동을 합니다) 진짜 이사람 찐이구나 싶더라구요. 더구나, 몸에밴 친절이 워낙 인상깊어서, 이 사람 일하는 태도나 능력 못지 않다는 생각도 들더군요. 물론 마이키가 이렇게 일하다보니, 다른 직원들도 당연히 그렇게 행동하게 되더라구요. 피아몬트는 물론이고, 시드니에서 괜찮은 짐을 찾으시거나, 아니면 스냅 멤버인데, 제대로 관리가 되지않는 짐을 다니면서 짜증꽤나 나시는 분들께는, 정말 피아몬트 스냅을 추천드리고 싶어요. 특히나, 좀 까다롭게 건강을 챙기시는 분들께는 여기만한 짐이 없다는 생각을 합니다. 이말 듣고 등록하시기보다, 트라이얼이 가능하던데, 한번 트라이얼 해보세요. 개인적으로는 강추합니다.

Negative experience: I have been a snap member for a year and love the other locations I train at but I was looking to use this one as I now work close. The equipment is incredibly old, dumbbells are dirty and you have to climb around equipment. It’s a shame.. I hope an upgrade on the facilities will occur

Negative experience: The gym offers a limited variety of cardio equipment and has poor entertainment options. But the reason for my low rating is the very poor customer service and the unfair policies. You need to pay $50 deposit for the key, that you’ll never get back even if you cancel your membership. You can place your membership on hold if you’re unable to attend, but if you need to cancel your membership while on hold, you have to take your membership off hold for the last month, regardless of weather you can attend. Very unethical and inconsiderate.

Fantastic experience: Excellent 24-hour gym with card access. Quite spacious inside, with a good mix of free weights and machines. It was always pretty empty when I visited and I rarely had to wait for anything. It was clean every time I stopped by, too -- looks like they do a good job of convincing patrons to clean up after themselves.
